Overall I wouldnt recommend this place. My first time there took about 2 hours, I was stuck in the chair with no info coming my way then finally the dentist came and said I had three cavities which has never happened ever but of course you have to trust them so then I tried on 6 different occasions to get the cavities fixed and on each occasion the day of they called and informed me they had to cancel and when I would reschedule again they would cancel. My first trip to them was in october 2020 I have since changed insurance which has led to a new dentist/company which after my first stop last year there were zero cavities in my mouth and everything looked great. My wife also goes to them and they no longer accommodate her schedule because she cant get their until 4 pm due to her work schedule which has forced her to find a new place. I will be honest and say the second cleaning that I had there was very simple and easy to do no issues with that but I would not recommend them do not trust them

This loaction is unprofessional, rude front desk staff. I arrived at appointment only to find out the doctor wasnt there. They completly violated my right as a patient and refused to provide my scheduled medical visit. On top of it, they discussed my medical information in the lobby, and in front of me to other staff members in spanish, not aware that I know spanish based of my race. I felt completed disrespected and I hope that appropriate action is taken place.

I went in for one appointment Dentist said I had a cracked tooth. He said I needed a crown immediately. I didn’t really trust what he said. I went in for another appointment a few months later got a different dentist. I ask her about crack, she said I don’t have one but I had many cavities that needed to be filled. Went to hygienist who said I should see him three times a year and get fluoride treatments. Do to receding gums. Then COVID happened. So it took about a year for me to go back to dentist. I left Bright now Dental and got a new dentist. I have no cracks in my teeth, no new cavities to be filled and I don’t need fluoride treatment I only need to see dentist two times a year. I feel like bright now dental was taking advantage of me. I would not recommend.

I absolutely recommend Bright Now for your dental services! I have a “ dental phobia” and hadn’t been to the dentist in years! The staff was very polite and the dentist was very comforting. Dr Reyes and her assistant continuously asked me if I was ok during my dental procedure! Thank you so much ! I feel better and trust this dental office with my dental needs!

I came to this place (Bright Dental The Loop) for last two years, I thought that they took advantage of me ; They wanted to charge me 390.00 to fix a crown that had a chip on back molars. I decided to change dentist. New dentist said, “ it’s not a big deal, it’s just a little broken.” He fixed without a new crown and no charge due to it being minor. Every time I left bright now dental I felt I was overcharged for everything. Worst dentist ever.

I would like to praise Doctor Azany Reyes and her assistant Ana for their work. They did an excellent job with the crowns and treated me very warm and professional. I wouldn’t have asked for better service.

Very disappointed . Was told at my first and only visit that I needed 4 teeth pulled and have 2 bridges and were referring me to a periodontist that was not with their office. I was not very comfortable with the dentist or what she was recommending I went to a different dental group for a second opinion who were more professional , caring and courteous. After getting another series of x-rays , it was determined that I only required a deep cleaning and go back every 4 months for the first year. I am so glad I went for a second opinion I will never go back to Bright Now!!!!

The office staff were great. Very friendly from the front staff all the way to the doctors. Very attentive. Great experience for a dentist office! I have several more visits to complete and they will be done with this office.🙂

If I could give a 0 star I would. This place obviously dont work with disable people, saying go back to your insurance. I have a disabled son 28 (autistic) that needed a cleaning and extractions but base on the Dentist its better to send to Orlando Childrens Surgery Center although my son has been to several previous dentist with no problem. Upon calling the other center was informed they have no surgeon so they dont do extractions. Called back Bright Now and was referred to insurance instead of just providing services for cleaning at least. The insurance has nothing to do with not providing the services requested when Office Dentistry is under network. Will never go Back nor refer anyone!

After waiting 10 weeks for an appointment after I told receptionist my gum was inflamed under my crown I came at 1:45 for 2 pm appointment. By 3 pm the 2:30 appointments were all taken and I was still waiting After 75 minutes of being told it will ne soon I just left

My husband was suppose to get a free cleaning with our insurance. We just felt that 600.00 for a 2 session cleaning was a little excessive. I felt that they were an office who liked to add on procedures to pump the bill up.

Dentist with no dental hygienist to do regular cleanings?! What?! As the previous review mentions, if I could give 0 stars that would be more appropriate. Had an appointment for a cleaning in November, it was cancelled by the office and I rescheduled for the same thing in December (the next available appointment). I get there and they have no clue why I’m there and don’t have any of my records from Bright Now in Crystal River and tell me they can’t do my cleaning because they don’t have a hygienist and don’t know when they will get one. How can a dentist office not have someone to simply clean your teeth?! What a joke and waste of time.

Thought Id give Bright Now Dental a try after receiving a flyer in the mail for low prices. Big mistake. I scheduled my family and I for check ups and cleanings. We recieved several messages that they were limiting patients due to Covid but their office was packed. They treat you like a number rushing through each step hurrying to the next patient. They did x-rays and a check up but didnt do the cleaning. Instead they recommend all these additional services and when you ask them questions their answers are I dont know Im not a specialist. You leave with a list of treatments they recommend totalling thousands of dollars. Total waste of time and not a comfortable experience. It is unclear if the services recommended were necessary or just a way to boost their profits. Oh and on the way out they charge you an additional fee of $7.50 for PPE. Would have been nice to know that before we scheduled the appointment. If I could give it zero stars I would. Save your time and your money, go somewhere else.

I came from the State of Ohio to treat myself in this office with the orthodontist and the treatment they gave me was more than excellent. Im so grateful with all the Staff.🙂

The people working there did not show any consideration for what we wanted, all they wanted to do was sell us on bridges and stuff to the tune of $17,000.

For a first time visitor at any medical facility, I have never left a doctors office so annoyed because of the lack of organization in this office. To start off, the amount of time that I had to wait just to get an x-ray was a little ridiculous, but I let that slide. I originally made my appointment for a regular routine checkup and cleaning, all I got was a consultation. I’m insured and prior to my appointment I’ve contacted my insurance agency to make sure what was and wasn’t covered, and I was informed by my insurance that there was no co pay, little did I know I am getting receipts for my visit and told to contact my insurance about getting a reimbursement. Guess I should have read the reviews about this place scamming first time clients out of their money. Make sure you know what is and isn’t covered under your policy! I won’t be returning!

This dentist wrongfully charged me for work that was supposed to be covered with my insurance...they admitted the mistake was on there part...they proceeded to give me the run around saying a refund would take over a month. A month later was told I had to make another claim..never got my 170$ back. Needless to say this dentist is unprofessional at best. Front desk staff is incompetent. Showed up 15 minutes early, was left standing there for 10 minutes before anyone looked up and said can I help you. There were four workers. The lady told me that she called me but my voicemail was full and that they don’t have an assistant today for my appointment that had been scheduled two weeks ago. My mailbox is not full. She said you can call back to reschedule. I said, “I don’t think so”.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible place to go to. The dentist was so rude and wanted to remove my wisdom teeth and claimed they had cavities. I asked for another option and she gave me such attitude. I also paid an appointment ahead of time and they had no record of my paid appointment. Do not go here. They also did a terrible job on one of my crowns. I hope this place revaluate themselves or so God help them.

Do not go to this place! They are a huge scam and will try to take all of your money. I have never had issues with my teeth. I brush and floss twice a day. During my first time at this location, I was told I have 7 cavities and gingivitis which were not issues when I went to a different location 6 months ago. The dentist spent maybe two minutes with me and didn’t even tell me about these “issues.” I will NOT be returning. I will look for a second opinion from a competent dentist.

The staff took so long doing everything, it took three people to take the x-rays. I specifically went to this dentist for invisible aligners but the dentist told me I wasn’t a candidate for the cheaper Smile Direct Club option for aligners and wanted to refer me to their orthodontist for the more expensive Invisalign or regular braces, but I had already been approved for aligners with Smile Direct Club prior to going to this place. Also, was told that my gums were bad and my jaw bone was eroding due to that. They conveniently offered a two part treatment for it which after my insurance paid their part I would still be responsible for a couple thousand dollars. Funny thing is that I was told the same things at another one of their locations 9 years ago. I’ve seen 3 other dentist since that visit and was told I had no issues with my gums. Then, the last thing that really upset me about their over priced “services” was that I’ve never had to pay for a cleaning because my insurance covers them, well I was quoted, after they would charge my insurance over $900, that I would be responsible for $250+. Needless to say I’m never going back to Bright Now! Dental.

A friend recommended this office and I have been disappointed with the experience thus far. My husband and I were seen an hour later than our scheduled time. Then all we did was get xrays done and sit in the chair for long periods of time waiting. We were supposed to have someone look at our gums to see what type of cleaning we needed but after waiting and waiting, we were told that the person was out to lunch and asked if we could wait for them to come back. We had already been at the office for two and a half hours. I don’t understand why this office only has one person to do that job so if you have people scheduled to be seen, what are they supposed to do while that person is out to lunch? Wouldn’t that person need a lunch break everyday? So my question is does this happen daily? I’m hesitant to make another appointment for me, my husband, and my son who are all new patients. How do I know that when we go back again we will end up waiting for this person to come back from lunch again? My son went as a new patient today and all he got done after an hour and a half was xrays and someone did look at his gums but he was told the hygienist was out today so he had to reschedule. I actually did reschedule for the next day before I left and then I got a voicemail saying that the person I needed to see had an emergency and would be out. ??? That’s probably why my son had to leave today (or I would have joined him) and reschedule his cleaning for another day. If this is very confusing to those of you reading, I am confused, too. I hope that I can at least get my cleaning done soon without more rescheduling and long waits. 🙏🏻

I am a new patient at Bright now dental. I am someone that has had some really horrible experiences in the past with other dental practices and an aversion to going to the dentist overall. Not only were they able to get me an appointment with very little notice they also made the whole entire process extremely simple and easy While showing empathy to the dental needs I have currently.They have excellent safety protocols in place due to COVID-19. They were incredibly affordable and we’re very thorough and answering all of my questions and providing me the different options for what I needed.I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist. Thank you Bright now dental!

Update: I’ve gone to my emergency appointment and they desensitized the area in which my fillings were done. That lasted about a few hours and went right back to the same amount of pain. I’ve also gone to a different dentist and these fillings can naturally be painful. It is not very common but it does happen more with white fillings then the old school metal looking ones. The sensitivity and pain has gone down alot since and on the way to being normal almost a month later. I’m glad nothing is wrong.Not sure how to feel so far but it’s not a great first impression. I thought fillings are suppose to be pretty much painless the next day. I don’t remember ever having such sensitivity and pain 1- 3 days later. From the first day (on appt day) I was told that my appointment had to be rescheduled earlier on the same day because the dentist had to leave early (not really my problem but ok things happen). Then 10 mins before the new scheduled time they call and say they must reschedule for a different day because their system is down. They tell me there’s appointments for a week after which I can’t make so they proceed to tell me I can reschedule for weeks out into the next month. I’m just shocked that not only have they messed up my scheduled appointment twice but that they are willing to push it out that far rather than squeezing me in somewhere after they’ve made it hard on me as a first time patient too. Anyways, I finally get there and wait 40mins to be seen. Wait another 20 in the exam/ X-ray room and then the machine is broken and I can’t get a full exam. I’m told I have to come back to see the hygienist an hour later because he has to finish with a patient. Hygienist is nice and tells me I have two cavities which I’m confused as to how but I know I don’t always brush twice a day so ok... I decide to get the fillings done the same day. Out of the two teeth they wrote down one was incorrectly noted. Thankfully the dentist caught this before drilling into it. It was a painful process but I assumed it’s natural since I haven’t had this done in years. Now I’m reading these reviews and wondering if my fillings were done incorrectly and that’s why I’ve stayed in pain for the past 3 days. I can finally chew not too hard food items on that side but I still feel stinging and sensitivity. I’ve called and made an emergency appt for Friday. The only time they had available because I am currently out of town and not able to make it in today but will be available before then. I just hope this isn’t irreversible. I’m thinking maybe I should go to another office altogether. Will update.

Ive got no problem with paying. None, but at least have the decency be honest... Its obvious the people here, dont care and are only there for their paycheck, I just needed a cleaning ughh.. Dont be fooled by fake smiles! Youll receive unreliable false information (and thats where you lost me), wait longer than you need to and pay more than you have to. Terrified yet? My appointment was at 12:00 p.m and at 1:42 I was asked if I had any surgery done with in the last 5 years. I said yes, and he stop right there, because I needed a letter from my doctor. Why they dont say this when you call to make the appointment, or when you first walk in? Almost two hours later, REALLY? YOU CANT BE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES TIME LIKE THAT.

The front end receptionist and dentist were very disrespectful to me and my child. The dentist would not even see us and the receptionist had a cold demeanor. I feel that you need to have a great attitude when dealing with people. Poor customer service was the 1st red flag. I also feel there was a racial component to the way I was treated. Bad business all the way around. When you are ignored just because of your skin color , or prejudged on the basis of a previous experience with someone who looks like you, That does not justify bad treatment. All of us in this world have health issues and need help. Treat me as a human and with the same respect I give you.I will not be coming back to this location. The Sandlake location was much better in service and staff.

So I get a text about a week ago saying to call and make an appointment. So a few days later I call and get the appointment and ask before I make the appointment if my items have came in? I was told yes there were! Now the morning of appointment I get a call that I missed a nd listen to message and was told to call regarding said appointment! Trying for 45 minutes with no luck. So I gets here and now they said the items didnt come. So now a Im getting upset because this is not the first or second time that this has happened this year! I said when I called to make the appointment I was told my items were here! So they look in the computer to find out they are here! But now I guess no one knows where! So now we play the wait game! Ill keep you posted!

Not impressed with my cleaning I had this week. The hygienist basically just brushed my teeth, not the usual scraping the tartar off my teeth & didn’t even floss my teeth. He polished my teeth & Gave me some mouthwash. I’ve had much better cleanings, I like the dentist, but because of this hygienist, I will be looking for another dental office.

I usually dont have very good experiences at the dentist but this time was very different. I went in for a cavity and possible root canal. The staff is very professional and made me feel at ease. They explained the procedure and answered all my questions. They made sure I was never in any pain and was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Bright Now! to anyone. Good job guys and thanks.

Please DO NOT go to this office. I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment only to wait over an hour to get my X-Rays done and another hour just to be seen by the dentist. Despite my wait, the visit was extremely rushed and their service was HORRIBLE. Right after my visit I asked them to send me pictures of my X-Rays to my email and was told they will be sent the next day. Many weeks past and several calls later, I have yet to see one email or received a phone call in response. Not only was this the WORST dentist visit Ive ever experienced, I later found out I was SCAMMED. I was told by this dentist that I needed 5 fillings. After being treated so poorly, I decided to not follow up. My new dentist told me I require only 1 filling and the other 4 teeth can be treated with sealants (cheaper and safer alternative). My new dentist spent at least 30 minutes me, answering all my questions, and triple checked the X-Rays for cavities. If you value your time and money, I suggest you AVOID this place at all cost.

This place is such scam i went there for a routine check up in cleaning they took my xrays the lady who did the xrays was nice went into the dentist chair it all went down hill .1st the hygenist came out with the stuff to clean my teeth then the dentist tells her cancel the cleaning .She goes on to say that i need all type of other stuff done to my teeth nothing i came there for she referred me to another dentist to do the work i asked her about the cleaning she lied and said the hygienist is not there.But thats why i booked my appointment for a cleaning so why seat me in the chair if the hygienist wasnot there .she was there it was a lie the whole visit was a lie and a scam i will never go back there ever AGAIN Beware of this place

Excellent customer service, Rosa and Nati are awesome and not to forget the wonderful service of Dr Reyes, Ive, Tony and Milly. Manuel is very kind and did a very good service cleaning to me. I recommend this team 100%.

I usually don’t give reviews but I had 2 very horrible experiences with this place. My first visit took forever. Waited for over an hour and by the time they did my x-rays they wanted to reschedule my cleaning. When I stayed I didn’t have time in my schedule to take another day off, he finally did the cleaning and rushed through it. I gave them another chance and scheduled a filling because I understand that some times things get busy. Got there 30 minutes early and waited 1 hour from my appointment time before being brought to the back. Even in the back I waited for yet another hour. When I commented about the wait time, the dentists said “This is not Burger King and I have other patients”. I am a Doctor and usually don’t speak on that, but I brought up that I have patients of my own and never in my life have I made them wait 2 hours esp with an appointment! She was actually very personable but this place is absolutely horrible. I will call corporate and complain. I didn’t even bring up that she only did 2 fillings when I had 8. I’m assuming she only did 2 because there wasn’t enough time to do more. Please don’t come here.

We had a very pleasant experience at Bright Now Kissimmee location . Both my wife and I was made welcome and comfortable by the the staff ( specially Rosa there is no check in and check out like yours ) and the pleasant environment of the office itself, Dental hygienist Manual took care of us like family. We both are happy with his work. he explained all the procedures , he is very professional and passionate about his jab. Over all awesome staff !!!!

These people must pay for the ratings on here cause theyre just fooling everyone. I waited more than a half an hour for my appointment. I saw people that came in after me get taken inn before me. When I tried scheduling my appointment on the phone, the women kept getting the date wrong but sweared she was correct. There other branch gave my wife the same problem with having rude attitude receptionist . Incase they want to reply and say sorry in a response on here. GO FLY KITE

First time visit I waited 35 minutes past my appointment time. When I approached the receptionist and asked what the problem was, she took me back to a room where I waited again for the X-ray technician. Several people stopped by to say that someone will be with you shortly.The x-rays went okay then I was moved to a chair and visited by the dentist. I think she was disappointed that the x-rays showed no immediate need for fillings or root canals. Almost from the minute she arrived she was telling me how I needed to replace several crowns.Then the hygienist came and started poking into my gums finding pockets of 5 and 6. I had just had this predure done last December and they found only 1s and 2s with an occasional 3. At that point I told the hygienist that I was terminating my appointment and left.I had dropped my private dental insurance and decided to try Bright Now because my Medicare Advantage plan covers checkups and cleanings. Big mistake. All they seemed to want to do is tell me how much work I needed. I think they call that up-selling.I followed up with my former dentist a few days later and was reassured that my crowns were fine and my gums were too. She is a well respected and reviewed DMD who had been in practice over 10 years. I will stay with her and pay my own way.

Had a appointment at ten clock today first thing the lady behind the contour says when I walk in if I was new and I said yes. Then she said that if my insurance call me to tell me that I was no longer covered and my visit would be 60 dollars. By the way never ask for my insurance card. And say no thinking why didnt you call me to warm me then. But left went call the insurance the insurance said they never call and I was covered. My wife calls to ask whats going on. On the phone a good 5 minutes then the lady says we could not get a hold of my insurance but we were able to in no time. And that I left before I could give her my insurance card which she never ask for and said I was no longer covered. Says I could go back but I didnt if that how your you treat people Im good. First time going there will never go back hope this does not happen to other. Cant recommend sorry.

My experience at Bright Now has been amazing. They took such good care of me for the 2 years that I went. I can say that everybody is friendly and they care about you. I was always satisfied with how they took care of me. Thabatta was who took care of me and I can say that she quickly became a friend of mine. They answered all of my questions and made sure I was always comfortable. I could not be happier with how they treated me.

TERRIBLE office!! DO NOT COME HERE! Hate that I even have to give it a star, it’s more like in the negatives. Never in my life have I made a review much less a negative review but here’s my first one because it was SO bad. The dentist herself handles situations terribly, doesn’t take your pain seriously, prolongs your pain and makes you go through hoops to get what you need done. It took me TWO months to finally get a solution to my SEVERE tooth pain. Every time I went it was a waste of time and always something new. I always had to run around to different offices to get a solution to my problems. And now during the whole COVID situation they close the offices without even a heads up! That is extremely unprofessional. I had oral surgery and got stitches that need to be removed but apparently they are closed and the only way I found out is because I called to confirm my appt only to see that my calls aren’t going through. They should have called the patients with appts to let them know their appts will be cancelled and offer some sort of solution for it. Do not come to this office they will not take care of you and don’t really care about your issues. I will be finding a new dentist and office.

Be careful about what they tell you when you sign your paperwork. Had a bad experience. They told me I wouldnt have to pay for Fluoride treatment and double charged a deductible. When I submitted insurance paperwork, they ended up charging for Fluoride treatment as insurance doesnt pay. Wont be going back here again.

I have so many mixed feeling about this place.... The staff is friendly however I was almost duked into paying a quote of over $5,000.00 for work to be done. Had appt for 9:30 got in at 9. Seen at 10:40 got x-rays by 10:55 moved to another room sat til 11:10 not seen by anyone asked to reschedule left 11:18. No explanation as to why running late will go back to be seen by dentist the 28

I enjoyed the promptness to see my son and me during the 15-20 min window time of my scheduled appt.. The detailed information and the excellent customer service that I received was one to appreciate! I would have liked to talk to the dentist a bit more after she did my exam though. I was asking her a question and she was already gone to the next patient. That transition was a bit odd to me but she was very pleasant.They hygentist was able to see me that same day and was very gentle and informative ! This is a great place to go!

This location of Bright Now Dental is literally the best dentist/orthodontist that Ive ever been to! Doctor Reyes made my daughter so comfortable and my child is a self proclaimed scared cat! Im not sure how they were able to make her so comfortable and happy. I felt like we were in a pediatric care dentist. ..But we werent. The hygienist Hector (I think) .. Im not sure of his name but his card says May the floss be with you (which was so adorable), was so sweet go my child and was do knowledgeable I felt the utmost comfortable entrusting her to his care. I will never go anywhere else for dental care... Theyve earned a lifelong patient!

Sadly the service was really bad. There was a dispute between the doctor and the assistant and because of that my treatment was delayed. It was not professional at all to see two employees being unprofessional with each other.

The people who work front desk work slower than sloths, taking their time to do things while talking to other people in the office or patients nonchalantly while other people have to wait for them to finish their conversation.The first appointment I had the dental hygienist was thorough and she knew what she was doing and answered all my questions. The second appointment I had the dental hygienist I got was different. Compared to the first cleaning I got, this man was messy and very rough, water going everywhere. It was the worst. Thank god Ill never have to get a cleaning here again.The front desk couldnt even get the right information for my insurance. This whole place is a mess. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I came to this place recommended by Wilmarie, my friend and today I had an appointment with Dr. Ruiz, she was sweet, kind and I really felt that she was trying her best to help me. Her assistant mrs. Milly was amazing! She explained to me in details and in words I could understand the procedure. Thanks!

The Bright Now Dental Office in Osceola county is one of the nicest dental offices I’ve ever been to. I really liked Jorel, he let me play with his fish. 10/10 would recommend again.

My first visit ever, and the entire staff was so wonderful! I was in so much pain because of a partially impacted wisdom tooth and infection and everyone was so sweet trying to help making sure I was okay. Today was my first patient appointment. Had my paperwork already completed before walking in. Waited for an hour. The young woman at the desk did tell me after 50 minutes of waiting that some one would get with me in a couple od mintes. By then it was well over an hour and I still had not been called. I Just told the ladies up front to cancel my appt. No one should ever have to wait that long for a dentist appointment. Very unprofessional place. Stay away!

It was a little pricey for a cleaning but the doctor was very quick and thorough about it

My wife had a 9:30am appointment and they are very unprofessional. They said oh they had to take someone in her slot because they had an emergency. This is the 2nd time they do this to her with the same BS excuse. My wife waited a little bit to see if shell be the next called anyways and the dentist came out at 10:15am and called a different patient and at that point my wife had it and called them out on the same BS excuse they always give her. P.S. The reviews are bought they tell patients we give you $10-$20 off if you give us a great review.

This office is a joke. There is no professionalism at all. The waiting time is ridiculous even if its with appointment. And they always find something to get more out of your pocket. If you have 2 or more kids get another office or you will have to take a whole day off from work to visit dentist.

Came in for a cleaning and it was great! Manuel is such an expert, he’s fluent in Spanish and English so you won’t have any problem communicating! El mejor!

We have been going to Bright Now dental offices for years and love them. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Jorel and all of the other staff are personable and knowledgeable.

I have brought my Wife here twice and both times she waited over an hour to be seen. They always have an excuse but this time they used the same excuse both times!If you check there response to negative comments you’ll se it is the same computer generated response every time.This office doesn’t care about the customer just how much the can gaff you for!Stay away!!

I chipped a tooth and needed to have it repaired ASAP ... I was able to make and appointment right away and the team really went above and beyond, I was able to walk out with a great smile ... the entire team from reception to assistants to Dentist make you feel welcome special and appreciated.

This is a great office , everyone here is amazing ! Ortho and all staff here is great , I really do love my Kissimmee office 🤞🏼. I would not leave for another , by any chance .

Staff is nice, however the few times I have been there, I have waited way to long to be seen. They need to hire more dentists for their office since they are growing and getting busier. So if you want to use them, expect to be there for a few hours. Today was there for an hour and a half before I asked to reschedule. Staff doesnt even let you know there would be a delay. Excuse was dentist going on vacation and they needed to take care of their patients. Either hire more dentists or just schedule patients after he gets back from vacation.

They are a band of Thieves who dont know how to work and everything is a mess. they are inept

Giving one star because I had to write this review. Very bad and unprofessional service. They dont value your time. I waited 2 hours and got home without any treatment done as they didnt have hygienist available. This is ridiculous. Never coming to this place again.

I called to set up an appointment, the call got dropped. I immediately called back, they went on lunch. I left a message. Two days later, no one returned my message. I called them, they answered, I set up an appointment. The soonest they had was over a month later, so I took it and took the day off of work to make it. I called the day-of to confirm and they had my telephone number wrong in their system, so I never received a called to tell me that they were cancelling my appointment because the doctor was leaving early that day. So I asked her if she had an earlier appointment available while he was still there, she said no. I told her to cancel my appointment and that my family and I will be finding a new dentist.Short of the long, if you want to work really hard just to do to the dentist, this is the place for you. If you want really ineffectual and unhelpful people, better sign up with this office.I used to go to Bright Now! Dental in Winter Garden and it was wonderful. This office doesnt equate.

It is by far the most efficient and friendly staff. Everyone goes out of their way to way make you feel good.The doctors are super knowledgeable and go out of Thier way to give the best treatment possible without making you spend money on anything unnecessary..If you have financial problems they will make it affordable..They will negotiate with you to help you in the best way possible..I had $10,000 worth of work and had no insurance and I got what I needed for half the price. They are absolutely fantastic. They understand people and they really care..I recommend them to everyone..Dont go to the usual dentist that only has money in mind. Go to a Dentist office that treats you like they care and are there to help you and not just for the money. Bright Now dental is by far the best dental office in florida!!!

Avoid this place. I went in for a checkup and to have a restoration plan made. I received a call the day of my appointment saying they couldnt verify my insurance and that I needed to call in before the appointment, but if I didnt, it would be $29 for a new patient. I called in and gave them my information again.The x-rays were thorough, but the exam was a joke. The dentist poked around like one time, then stopped and said I needed a list of cleaning procedures done before he could give me a plan for restoration.During checkout, I received a price for the cleaning they wanted to do and conveniently, it was something that was outrageously priced, and I would owe money out of pocket. The total for the cleaning was $1333.00, and after a $50 dedcutible, I would still owe $367.50.Last thing that really makes me regret ever going to this place falls back to the new patient exam. If you just walk in off the street, it is $29. These scammers charged my insurance $355. So now I am going to have to pay another $128 on top of my deductible the day I went to the office.Whatever you do, find a more competent dental practice than Bright Now.

Worst place ever made me wait over an hour before telling me they cant do nothing. THEY DONT GREET YOU OR TELL YOU NOTHING. In extreme pain from broking tooth thats what I told the idiot on phone. WASTE OF TIME. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
