Lousy service money hungry. Before they treat you they give you a quote. They say that they are a participating provider of health plex and when you walk in they dont treat you. All they do is look you over and refer you to someone else. Stay away from this office. Many have the same complaints I have. The staff and doctors forget about the HIPPA / patient confidentiality laws. The office doesnt afford you any confidentiality. They have partitions separating you from everyone else and the patients can here your conversations with the doctors or the staff. By far the worst experience I have ever had.

Had my first appointment last week, and loved the experience. Friendly and welcoming staff, everything was very clean, made me feel comfortable and safe. Angela (hygienist) was amazing, very profesional, courteous and caring, she did a great job with my dental cleaning. I felt I was in great hands. I already have my next cleaning scheduled with her in 6 months. Lina, answered all of my questions about my insurance and coverage. Kudos to the entire hallmark family, from the front desk to the doctor and his assistance, keep up the good job. Highly recommend this clinic for your dental needs.

By far the worst dentist experiences Ive had. Not patient oriented, money diven, rude staff and always behind schedule. yes we take your insurance Only to find out they do not and procedures are done. This place is a money pit. Make sure with your insurance provider you are cover before visits. They will not tell you.

This place is amazing!! I don’t want to change dentists ever again! From the moment you make your appointment, the office staff is professional and very accommodating. The dentist and her staff are extremely professional and they truly care about the patients.

Has not been the most pleasant, I was a patient for almost a year, always taking too long to see me. Going there every few weeks and always making me take unnecessary radiation. Doctors have told me to find another dentist, which I gladly will. Hopefully one that doesnt make me waste my time or makes me take unnecessary test. Also they have overcharge me on several occasions which I have had to filed a claim with my credit card company because they have tried not to reimburse my money at all costs. I have try to call them on several occasions in the past 2 weeks due to a dental emergency and they did not returned my calls, to the point that I needed to call again, and again and again, but as stated before I will be looking for new dentist.

I have had nothing but bad experiences and I have not had any services done yet. I had tried to make appointments over the phone prior to COVID but for a variety of excuses, could not. Each person who I ended up speaking with over the phone was incredibly rude and unpleasant. Since all I really want to do is get my teeth cleaned, I chose to ignore the attitude.I eventually was able to make an appointment and followed all pre-appointment instructions (pre-paying for the appointment, emailing a copy of my ID and insurance card). I know all dentist and doctor offices run behind but there should be a level of respect when having to handle it. When I showed up promptly for my appointment, I was not informed they were running around an hour behind. After I waited patiently for 30 minutes, I approached the staff to see how much longer it would be. I explained that I work as well and cannot spend all afternoon there. She informed me to wait another 30 minutes or so. I said no and to reschedule my appointment. The only thing I wanted her to understand is to respect me and my time. I feel they should have properly informed me when I arrived about how late they were-give me the option to chose to wait or reschedule. Rather than attempting to understand, she tried to talk over me. Even so much as to say that she hopes I do need any emergency procedures- which was unnecessary and inappropriate. Upon my leaving, I watched and heard her make a derogatory comment about me. Claudia should be re-evaluated regarding how she speaks to people. Like I said, being a new patient, I was quite appalled by this entire fiasco.

Great doctor, great service. I didn’t have an appointment and they did all the necessary paperwork and get me in no time. Also, very friendly personnel that truly go hand in hand with helping the patient. I totally was very impressed and this will be my dental place from now on. I will be starting soon my dental program

I was at Hallmark Dental for my first appointment. Where do I start? Upon arrival the ladies at the front where very professional and welcoming, they dental assistant guide me through every step of my visit and calming my anxiety (I am VERY afraid of dentists) Dr Puerto explained everything I need in detail and answer all my questions. I couldn’t ask more from this excellent staff. In addition, my insurance did not cover much and they FINANCED my entire treatment to make it affordable. I will recommend this office to all my friends and family.

REALLY UPSET, WAS THERE AT 8:00am my appointment was 9:00am. Outside the hottest morning! I ask them outside is possible let me in because I feel dizzy. They said our policy DONT open until 9:00am. And the service uff.

The office staff are very professional, starting off wtith the first call I made. She answered every single question I had in a kind and professional manner. Front desk the receptionist and the dental assistants were very kind and understanding. I love Dr Guzman, usually I am very nervous about going to the dentist, where I try to avoid making dental appointments, but for some reason, I felt very comfortable with the doctor and she made my dental experience better than I expected. Dr Guzman has a great hand in what she does. She is excellent. Dr Guzman and the whole staff in that office are the reason I will continue to make all my appointments I need with them. I am definitely recommending this dental office to all my family and friends!!!

Had an appointment setup, they waited till the day before my appointment to tell me I have to cover COVID costs on equipment for them on top of my consultation cost. And they needed to take my money a whole day before I came in. Sounds unprofessional and money hungry. I care about my teeth way too much to just go to one of these “factories”. I’m a person, not a dollar sign.

This is the worst dental clinic that i know. be carefull with this clinic. i paid in advance the full amount for my dental work. in the begining the doctor told me the total price and i paid the full amount. now they dont want to delivery my bridge because they charge me another $264.00 and they dont want delivery my things. for me they robber the clients with extras charges. check anothers pleces before to come to this clinic.

I went here to get a broken tooth fixed. I was told I had many cavities as well. Dr. Guzman told me that they were simple fixes. After the work was done, she said I might have to get root canals. This was very different from what was told to me beforehand! I did appreciate that she tried to be conservative and just place a filling on the broken tooth rather than doing a crown, but perhaps that was what was really necessary. It is hard to know. This was over a year ago and my teeth have never been the same. I have pretty constant headaches now and cannot chew on several of my molars that were worked on. I dont believe that Dr. Guzman intentionally messed this up, and they did refund my money for the work, but still, I am in constant pain with no way to get it fixed (I have seen at least 3 other dentists and an orthodontist now, and nobody has been able to fix it). Dont skimp when it comes to your teeth!

Have been a patient with them for all my life!! Very polite and welcoming front desk and dental assistants. They are like family ❤ Both Dr. Olmos and Dr. Puerto have excellent dental service. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

I dont like to write negative reviews; I prefer to reinforce good performance. Unfortunately my experience with Hallmark Dentals office members who answer the phones was extremely unpleasant overall and perhaps management will consider providing them with some customer service training. A couple of weeks ago I called this office at least 4 or 5 times to make an appt. My calls mostly went to voicemail so I had to continue to callback until a person answered. The few times a staff member answered, they were not too courteous and sounded as if they were overly busy to assist me. In the end, I decided to not go to this office due to the difficult time I had in even trying to make an appt. Instead I went to Coast Dental, located at 2310 E Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy C- 106, Kissimmee, FL (their receptionist was friendly and professional, along with all of their staff members I encountered).

This place says they take HMO. But they try to sell you all other items not covered. Their appts slots for hmo is almost nonexistent and they only schedule patients once every month. I decided to never go back. I felt all they wanted was for me to pay everything out of pocket.

4 ways to service is excellent

Dr Puerto is amazing and so are her assistants but what ruins this office is her front desk staff.Iv had an awful experience with her front desk staff. Jomary is very nice and helpful. Leslie and Maura are the most disrespectful people Iv had to deal with. They are extremely unprofessional. Iv called many times to make an appointment and Im always hoping for jomary to answer because she is quick and helps me immediately, but Leslie and Maura they leave me on hold for more than 30 minutes and just hang up. They are very rude on the phone and in person. If doctor puerto would change her front desk staff besides Jomary because she is great, this place would be amazing!

First of I will say I LOVE THIS DOCTOR ( but not enough to go back to this officeThey operate excessively slow. it is not feasible that an office visit takes 4 hours for simple xrays and dental evaluation/cleaning.It was difficult enough keeping this appointment as I tried previously to come in but I was 15 minutes late and the apt was canceled.Then I had to wait another 30 days to get another one!!The limited appointments only between 9 and 2 Monday- Friday are very difficult to accommodate working populations.It really sucks because the doctor and the hygienist are actually really good, thorough and super friendly. but the administration of the office, their appointments, are not feasible for my family.

I owe you an apology and she was so sweet and said ..it OK Lynda...You are in pain...Wow nice customer service & patient care....Dr.Guzman with her magic hands took care of Me & her nurses came by to see if I was ok...The nurse who did my cleaning ...She also wash my face..due to my DX. There was so awesome...Yes...I paid my dues not being responsible of my dental hygiene ...So...Yes, I paid but you know what the staff took care of me...My Dentist also work too..#TheEnd **** stars...

I have worked for various dentists; general and specialists and I have never in my life seen a place more money minded that this office. Run from the dental hygienist who works every day but Fridays. She is rude, with a painful touch and will not let you speak because she knows it all. Runnnnnnnn

Excellent attention from all the staff, they have been quite punctual in their hours, good atmosphere and beautiful Christmas decorations.I found the hygienist Dimhary Descartes very professional, patient, delicate and very attentive in her work. I recommend her and the medical center, I felt well cared for.I did not give the 5 stars for the early payment of the service. IT DOESNT SEEM FAIR. It is the first time that I have been charged for a medical service before receiving it.

Terrible front desk service. They take time for everything and when it comes to solving problems or talking to providers, do they go crazy or do they send the customer to call? SINCE THE FIRST VISIT, BAD EXPERIENCES ... TRYING TO MAKE X-RAYS AND THE DAMAGED MACHINE (THATS WHICH IS UNCOMFORTABLE IN ITSELF) I PAID FOR IT 65 $ AND THEY DID ME FOR ANOTHER DAY THE DOCTOR WAS NOT IN, THEN I WENT TO CLEANING AND THE PERSON DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL ALMOST 1 HOUR LATER, THEN I WENT TO AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY WERE CLOSED FOR REMODELING, THEN THEY CHANGED ME AN APPOINTMENT AND 45MIN LATER STILL INDICATED THAT I HAD TO WAIT. TRY ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION AND THE SERVICE IS TOO SLOW, I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THEY GIVE AN APPOINTMENT TIME AND DO NOT WORK BY ARRIVAL ORDER. ACCORDING TO MY HEALTH INSURANCE, THEY CHARGED ME THINGS THAT SHOULD NOT CHARGE ME. IN FINAL .... THEY OFFER MANY VERY EXPENSIVE TREATMENTS AND THE SUPER SLOW SERVICE! THEY LOST A PATIENT, I KNOW THEY ARE COMING MORE BUT IT IS A CONSTRUCTIVE CRITIQUE!
