I just gotta say this place is awesome!! The staff is so friendly and nice! There was very little wait time. And my teeth cleaning and check up was AMAZING! The doctor and the hygienist Saline are so friendly and educational. And if you don’t have dental insurance (like me) they have deals and you can get a full cleaning for a really good price. I had a great experience so Definitely worth 5 stars!

This office is by far the best dentistry experience I’ve ever experienced. The best dentist, assistants and receptionists ever. They care so much about giving you the best treatment and customer service. I have done a filling and two temporary crowns before the impression was taken and the final result was absolutely perfect! They make sure that you feel comfortable every step on the process as well. I have been going to this practice for the past 10 years always a positive experience! I have never had any issues or complaints!! I Just had a root canal done by Dr. Asadi who was awesome!! Besides being very competent, he was very gentle and comforting through the whole procedure. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. A very positive experience for sure! I originally came in looking for a second opinion and was not necessarily on the market for a new dentist. However, as soon as I walked out of my consultation I called my old dental office and cancelled all future appointments with them. First of all, if you’re nervous about getting dental work done, ask for Dr Asadi. He’s very patient and kind. I am happy with all of the work he has done on my teeth so far. Most importantly, I feel like I can trust his recommendations and don’t feel the need to go looking for second opinions anymore. The front desk ladies and the dental assistants are also friendly and awesome. 5/5

Honestly from start to finish, this place was great. Damaris and Jenny at the front desk are pure GEMS! The dental assistant Abrata (I may have butchered the spelling) is super sweet and down to earth. She put me at ease right away (plus shes also hilarious). My dental hygienist, Oscar, performed the most thorough dental cleaning I have ever had in my life (this did not feel pleasant - but he was doing his job and a great one at that). And Dr. Asadi has a great bedside manner, listened to my concerns, was super kind and explained everything in laymans terms.Unfortunately my insurance sucks so Ill be paying quite a bit out of pocket for dental work but at least I feel great with this team and know Ill be in good hands!

The service at BVL FAMILY DENTAL CENTER IS amazing starting for the enrollment process which is very fast just a phone call and you are ready to go there, the staff takes care of you in a way that you feel at home especially Ginny, Oscar, Damaris and doctor Asadi , they take the time to explain you everything, and i’ve been in some other places in orlando where i live so i know what i’m saying in orlando is hit and run, i will definitely drive 20 min to go there again ,. For sure my family and friends will go to BVL FAMILY DENTAL CENTER after my experience there 🤓👏🏼👏🏼

Had an appointment, arrived on time, with paperwork in hand and completed. I waited in the waiting room for 1 hour, then explained to them that I had to get back to work, they said it wouldnt be much longer. I waited an additional 1/2 hour, then decided to leave. I wasnt irate, I simply asked them for my paperwork back and explained that I had to go. In my mind, I was a bit frustrated because I had an appointment yet waited 1 1/2 hours without my name being called. The front desk lady, spoke with the dentist about me leaving, she returned, handed me my paperwork and that was that. The dentist didnt come out to apologize, nor did the front desk lady do so. It felt like I didnt matter. I would not recommend this place, as the customer service scores a ZERO. There facility looks old and very outdated. The loop has a great NEW facility called BRIGHT NOW DENTAL, Im here now. So far so good. Ill post an update on there site this afternoon.

As for me and my Husband BVL Family Dental along with their staff gave us Great Service A+++++. A lovely atmosphere very professional. It has made us feel great in all my visits. Dr. Shamin K. Khan we trust her work as a caring dentist. Highly recommended. They all did go out and walk that special extra mile that we needed. Also would like to say that the kindness and generosity Dr. Shamin K. Khan have showed to us is much appreciated. Thank you again for your Excellent Customer Service.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had some fillings done here and one of them is done wrong/not drilled or filled properly. It hurts bad every time I eat n seems to be getting worse(My teeth looked n felt fine before the fillings I supposedly needed) Now I’m stuck with a huge bill from them and have to go to a different dentist to have my tooth fixed. FIND A BETTER DENTIST!

I love this office and never had any issues. I literally would go every Tuesday with Dentist Dr. Amber and she didnt get tired of see me at all...lol I had several cavities which I am truly embarrassed about. I must give a shout out to front office staff and Ginny she is awesome. I always will to go over my insurance with me and explain thing in detail. My husband had Dr. Khan and loved her as well and he usually cant stand the any dentist office. Minimum wait time and personalize care with the Doctor.

Not a good experience at all! Haven’t seen a dentist in a while and on my first visit they were more concerned about a root canal from another patient then my arrival. They x-rayed my teeth so quickly that it came out bad that I had to go to another dentist and pay another fee for the same work. I was looking forward for them to be my primary dentist but from the looks of it they just want your cash and to shoo you out the door. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I FEEL LIKE I GOT SCAMMED! The dentist wanted to do fillings on teeth that didnt even have cavities yet and the filling that I did get ended up falling out a month later. The dentist was also extremely rude and kept chastising me when I wasnt understanding her directions. I mean I should have asked where the heck she went to school cause shes honestly not a decent dentistr. I now to to Miami since my Dentist there is a long time family friend that my family can trust. Please dont go here theres better places with hopefully better doctors.

I arrive with a pain that God knows I had an urgent extraction ..I never imagined that all-inclusive would be so cheap. People, I left so happy with this treatment here that I return for a complete bleaching procedure much less than what they asked me for in other clinical offices.Thank you BVL Family because I am already your family.

I went to have a cleaning done in February, they told me they had to extract a tooth, due to the pandemic I returned in August and called to make an appointment for the extraction and they told me that they would only look at me that day and then I had to make another appointment for the extraction, I told them that I was not going to pay TWO visits to have a tooth removed, after all I knew that they were going to remove my tooth because it was the doctor who told me, I went to another dentist nearby and I explained the appointment and the same day they removed my tooth, anyway! Bbl dental just wants to steal your money with extra appointments! And when I do the calculations there were many incense appointments that I went to!
