The dentist office was the nicest I have ever been to! I’m 18 years old and my mom sent me there for the first time and usually I hate going to the dentist but everyone was so friendly and and nice it made me feel safe even though it was the first time I went without my mom. They were very gentle during the whole time it didn’t hurt at all! I have some cavities but they said I could make a payment plan which is great because I don’t have $200 right now to fix my teeth. I will definitely go back to them soon to get my teeth fixed and from now on I have my own dentist and don’t have to bug my parents to make an appointment!! Thanks so much you guys are so cool I’m no longer afraid to go to dentist and my mom won’t yell at me to go and tell me how important my teeth are because I can take care of them by myself with infinity!!! I just moved to central Florida and was lost finding a good dentist. I seriously found a incredible place. I was flawed how nice everyone in the office is and how knowledgeable Doctor Ulloa was and how patient!!! I seriously RECOMEND this group!!!!

I went for a toothache but after consulting with the doctor I made the choice to save my tooth. As someone who is afraid of going to the dentist, I cannot thank the staff and dentists at Affinity Dental Group enough. I scheduled an emergency dental appt this morning due to extreme toothache. The guy at the front desk was very respectful and friendly. He explained the sign in process, insurance/paying up front and what would happen next in the processing.The tech who did my x-ray was very patient and gentle, which eased my anxiety a bit. Last but not least, the dentist was patient and explained the procedure to my throughly. Even though I ultimately wasnt able to get my tooth pulled there (my body didnt react well to the numbing agent), Im glad the experience was pleasant and will definitely go back for my routine cleaning.

Bait and switch they told me $155.00 to clean 2 denture post which I thought was high but I agreed when I got there after they took X-rays of my mouth which has no teeth in my mouth and the dentist came in to check me they told me it would cost me $310.00 plus tax. Big rip off

So I just moved to Florida and last minute I needed a dentist. I called around but this office right away from the phone calls I could tell cares a lot about their patients. I went in for X-rays and cleaning and I can honestly say, this is one of the first offices I’ve been to where they make you feel comfortable. Very nice and caring! I highly recommend them to everyone.

After going to my dentist in Orlando for over 25 years, I went to Affinity Dental today since my move to Osceola County. I was very nervous and apprehensive about starting anew with another practice. I have to say the transition went smoothly without any issues as I was received warmly and all my fears were left at the front door. The staff welcomed me with open arms and treated me like I was a regular. They answered all my questions and concerns in a professional manner and they didnt make me feel like I was bothering them. As a matter of fact, it started raining and the young man at the front desk ran out to cover my window with plastic covering so the inside of my car wouldnt get soaked (I forgot his name but kudos for his kind gesture)! I look forward to going back and I will tell my friends and coworkers of my positive experience here!

I have a phobia of going to the Dentist and have not gone to one for a long time. My daughter started getting treatment at Affinity Dental and was extremely pleased. I allowed the Office Manager there to talk me into getting x-rays. I only needed a deep cleaning but was still afraid since I heard that was also painful to do. I scheduled to do the right side and was so relieved that my hygienist, Alex, made me feel so comfortable. She was so gentle, numbed the area with no needles, and I felt no pain!!!! If you are afraid of the Dentist, this is the place to go!

Affinity Dental has great professional staff. Location is clean and services received were excellent.

I signed a contract for upper dentures on four implants. I paid in full, but what I got was a removal of 6 teeth and a couple of roots were left behind. After 6 months, they tell me I have to find a different doctor to finish the job, but they used 3/4 of the money I paid for 1/3 of the job. This is not a trustworthy place.

I hasd to get 2 procedures that required my gums to be injected with anesthesia. I was extremely nervous and afraid, HOWEVER, Dr Biami did an EXCELLENT job. I realistically did not feel the needle. 1st time I had such a great experience with anesthesia being injected. She made me feel calm and kept me informed of everything she was doing.I am super happy that I gave Affinity Dental another chance at caring for my family. The new location feels inviting from the time you enter. The staff has great chemistry, so there is a natural flow of service. I felt appreciated and well cared for.I cant remember the name of all the team members that I interacted with, however, I do remember how the office Manager was always available for her team members when they called for her. The X-ray tech, hygienist, financing lady, and most importantly the gentleman at reception as he is the 1st person you encounter.I HIGHLY recommend Affinity Dental to anyone looking for experienced professionals who really care about you, the individual.

I was loving their service but I dont know what in the world happened over there that I never want to go back there. They started randomly calling me to see if I wanted to schedule an appointment for the work I needed done, because they had openings, which I though ok thats convenient because Im going to forget to make the appointment . So I scheduled the appointment for my son and I at 30 minutes difference. I had to cancel for some reason (I cant remember what it was) and the lady tells me that next time I could not make the appointment at the same time because now she had two open slots back to back(with attitude mind you) .... Ok... I didnt like the way she said it and I kinda felt a little insulted because this was just not like them. So then started the text messages, emails, written letters, all telling me to come in. The letters were in the tone as if I was in trouble or something... They started off it has come to my attention that you have not come in for whatever service ect. Instead of sending those we miss you messages it was like demanding, or at least thats the way I felt.I just dont want anyone else to go through that. Finally I got so upset with the last letter that they sent that I wrote return to sender, please stop sending me text messages, emails and letters! I feel like they are desperate for money. Im so disappointed, it was such a GREAT vibe they had before... I dont know what happened or what changed! I hope they can get it together again.

First time coming into this dentist and even prior to coming in I felt very much welcomed. I was having issues with my insurance and the coordinator was so helpful. Ana was super nice and super patient with me. Also the hygienist was very gentle with me. I honestly have to say that the two times I’ve been there so far it has been worth it. I would recommend this place to anyone. I can keep going with how great they’ve been.

I was in much tooth pain... Driving around seen this great big sign Affinity Dental... Could go in right away due to Corona Virus but at the entrance it the sign reat tex to register so i did and got and awmser right away . An assistant came out and gave me some paper work to fill out shortly another one came out and took my temperature. Than yet another one came to say she was ready for me to come in. As she led me into the office we walk into what was the exray room. The young lady was friendly and funny. Alway with a smile. Then after the excellent exray picture she then took me into the room with the Chair. I told her i hated the dentist. But i was in pain and need this tooth out. After the introduction to Dr. Brewer funny man... Try to make me relax with a joke... Look at my tooth and seen it need removal. After all the numming... It was done and over. The assistance Jennifer was making sure i was alright. Then i said i would of payed anything to make the pain erase.. Because of my numness i was speaking funny we just busted laughing. I try to say stuff that was just making us laugh harder to tears. At the end i was was so happy ... I had the best ending to a tooth pain extraction. Thanks to Dr. Brewer and his assistant Jennifer...

Such an incredible team! Was down here at Universal with my kiddos and my tooth started killing me! They squeezed me in and took care of everything as soon as they could. Had to get an emergency root canal and they did an awesome job! Just came back because the crown wasn’t perfect and was actually looking forward to seeing Dr. Lee! He’s AWESOME!!! Can not recommend him enough! I live 2.5 hours away and I come here just for him and his staff! Everyone is awesome and make going to the Dentist a much more pleasant experience.
