My children just got their braces put on at Orthodontic Specialists of Florida in the Kissimmee office and I have to say this experience has been wonderful. Rachel is super informative, answers questions and addresses concerns in a very professional way. She is patient and kind and really ensure that you understand the process. Wonderful, wonderful customer service she exemplifies what it is to deliver excellent customer service. Linda also assisted us and she was very kind and helpful. Keep up the good work ladies.

Worst place ive ever been too. No customer service and something is always hidden. There prices are over the sky so if you plan on going do some research first.

It is horrible. A year ago when we first came they were very organized and professional,now they are horribly disorganized and extremely rude. I would love to know where did the old staff went to. I have 2 more kids that need care and I WILL NOT BRING THEM HERE.I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THESE OFFICES TO ANYONE,SPECIFICALLY THE ONE IN KISSIMMEE.HORRIBLE. ITS A NIGHTMARE

The worst place I have 6 months without an appointment because they did not get a payment from my account, but instead I keep paying every month faithful and they do not want to give me an appointment if I do not pay the supposed month I owe and must be paid !!
