Nurses are very nice and professional. The Doctor is outstanding. He explains what he’s doing and is careful not to hurt you. Because of the doctor’s expertise, the procedure was quick and painless.

One of the doctors used to be friendly and professional. He cared for my family for more than 20 years. When he had to take care of a filling that kept breaking, he got mad, grabbed a file and began filing away my front teeth on the bottom. I told him that he was going to have to fix the 5 teeth he filed. He got a little too happy with the file. All 5 teeth have had pieces break loose and then I find that they were full of decay. I now have to pay another dentist, endodontist, and a periodontist to fix what a doctor from Kissimmee Family Dentist messed up.

Ive been a patient there for the last 3 years and theyre an amazing group. They set you up with a treatment plan from the beginning so you know what to expect. Would definitely recommend.

The office is taking all the necessary steps to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. They rearranged the lobby to ensure social distance, take your temperature at arrival and I noticed appointment are spaced out to avoid crowds.My experience with Gabby (my hygienist) is always excellent. She is detailed, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She ensure I am always confortable and points out areas of improvement.Overall a great experience at Kissimmee Family Dentistry!

Kissimmee Family Dentistry is a very capable, friendly office that I have been loyal to for three and a half years now. They have always given me good advice on my dental care and speak with my very candidly. I feel comfortable and safe with them, and highly recommend their office, so much so that for the last two years I’ve been driving 40 minutes to appointments with them.I did remove one star because I haven’t seen a steady dentist or hygienist for the majority of my time at the office. It’s a large practice and I’ve had two dentists leave while I’ve been there, and am often with whichever hygienist is convenient. This has not really been a problem for me as everyone is incredibly capable and they communicate all the relevant information effectively.

My first appointment went very well. The dentist actually sat and talked to me about my teeth. It was the best cleaning I have ever had. I have never been to a dentist that spent that much time with me. He was very informative. The hygienist was outstanding. I could not be happier.

Just great! I went after 5 years of not going to a dentist, and even though Im very careful with my oral health, I was scared that it would be painful and cumbersome due to the time lapse. It was nothing like that! They were welcoming, easy to schedule, explain all the procedures, costs and gave me options for financing that were manageable. Most important: Pain free!I chose them after reading their reviews, and Im happy to say, they did not disappoint.

Always a very pleasant experience! I was able to come in on urgent matters and dr. Turner took care of my sudden issue. When I had to be numbed, dr. Turner made sure to distract me and I didnt even notice how a needle was poked in my gum. He has done such a high quality, professional job yet keeping it very friendly and providing a superior service.

First visit was a good visit. I feel confident I will be happy here. Doctor took his time to explain and educate me on concerns and procedures putting my anxiety at ease. Hygienist was kind and attentive. Front desk quick and efficient. Overall I look forward to continued great service.

I’ve been coming to this office for yeeears since I was a young girl where one side of the office was for kids and the other side was for adults. I’ve never once has a problem here. Every time I come I like to see Angie. Angie is soo nice,kind, and a genuine person and wonderful hygienist. I haven’t been to the office in a while and I just knew Angie was going to tell me how horrible my mouth is but that wasn’t the case . She assured me that she was going to take care of me even though I was embarrassed in myself for neglecting my cleanings. Anyhow from my last appointment she remembered everything else we talked about, now how many people can do that ? Overall if I can give it 10 stars I will.P.S I recommend everyone to come here . At one time I had just about my entire work office making appointments to come here they were so thankful for the referrals that the office manger stopped by my work office to show their appreciation.

Great service and always a friendly atmosphere at Kissimmee Family Dentistry.

Been going here for years staff has always been friendly, except for this week. One of the receptionist was rude an aggregated and me feel like I was a bother. I really appreciate one of the receptionist taking over and providing exceptional service once she said how annoyed and rude her coworker was. Unfortunately, I came in without updating my insurance because I just received them from my dad in New York and I’m a busy college student. She was bothered she had to call our insurance and I told her I can call myself and reschedule the appointment if it took time but she said then she’ll have to charge me a cancellation fee? Did not make sense since I was already there I was trying to make her job a little easier. When she called my insurance she was frustrated they couldn’t fax over my benefits info and hung up on them and said “I do not have time for this”, she was very unprofessional. I understand work can be stressful but I would never show it and treat my clients the way she did.

I went for my deep dental cleaning and I was a little bit scare due to my previous experience in another dentist office, but Hollie change that. She was above and beyond. She started with a great introduction an information about what I will receive from her in that visit. During the procedure I felt so confident and in peace. Right after the procedure she went over the X-ray results, recommendations and post care in order to keep a good dental health. She is an example of a great human being and a professional. Patients be careful with Dr. Reinaldo Rosas, specially with your children’s care. He did TWO unnecessary surgeries to me in the past for money. After that, i reached out for a second and third opinions for my dental care, the other doctors said that i didn’t need any surgery for my dental care. Look for a second and third opinions before you do a surgery with this “doctor”...

Yitzy was great, she made me feel so comfortable. I was feeling real down but she literally did everything she could do to help me and explain to me step-by-step to make sure I understood.

I had very bad experience and The location was not good and staff was also very bad.

I had the absolute best experience today!! Called the office feeling panicked after a filling broke and took part of my tooth with it! The receptionist assured me not to worry and the would doctor review my records and call back. Which is exactly what they did!! Also gave me a same day appointment. Upon getting to the office everyone was sweet and helpful! Sherry answered all of my questions making me feel super comfortable and Dr. Allen explained all the next steps! Thankfully my tooth was saved. I am so thankful for their expertise and patience with me!!

I made an appointment three weeks in advance. I requested a cleaning. I was told that I had to come in at 8:00 am since I was a new patient and would need x-rays. They only do new patients at 8:00. I got there on time and was seen quickly. Dr. Allen was very professional and knowledgeable. However, all I got was x-rays and a consultation. Not the cleaning I requested. I was told Jo Jo would call me in two weeks and set up a cleaning. That means I got up at 6:15 in the morning for x-rays ?? Ridiculous if that was all that was going to be done it definitely didnt need to be done at 8 in the morning. A disrespect of my time , since I didnt get the cleaning that I was expecting. They need to be clearer. Maybe I would have gone somewhere that could do x-rays and a cleaning for a new patient on the same day. Ill proceed with caution and if I dont get the expected service again Im gone. Office is clean but much like an assembly line. Several cubicles providing very little privacy.

Dr Turner is the most compassionate and greatest Dentist in Kissimmee. He made my 9 year old laugh and all his fears just fade away from having his tooth extracted. The staff there especially Tiffany is such an amazing person that you know what it means to be in the right profession with empathy and a will to help others feel better. If your looking for a professional dentistry with compassion and love for what they do and the people they help service than look no more. Thank you Dr Turner and team for being a heaven sent and for every person you have blessed. Being in pain especially having a toothache is no joke and its so important to find the right place to give you relief and comfort. Words cant describe how thankful I am for Dr Turner. I always have a wonderful experience when I go see Dr. Turner. I got a new crown made of zirconia and it fit beautifully. The staff is always friendly and professional.

I have been going to this dentist for about 6 years now. I have always had a great dental hygienist and dentists. They are caring of your time. I have yet to have them try to pressure me into a procedure that was not necessary. I havent had much luck with dentist in Florida until Kissimmee Family Dentistry. Ive recently become a new patient and have been so impressed with my care and treatment! I am finally being treated like a person rather than a number. It is also the first time Ive had such a comprehensive check up on my very first visit. They also have a discount program which helps save $! This was my first visit. They were very kind and professional. They seemed to be very thorough and told me all that was wrong and what they think was needed with some options. I just had a bunch of x-rays and a oral examination. Was in and out quickly.

Everyone was great! I have a HUGE fear since I was a child and they made me feel comfortable and I will follow through because of the service I received. Office is clean and modern and well decorated. Staff have awesome customer service skills and that is so important! I highly recommend them!

Gabby and the staff are awesome. Disappointed however in the amount of time it takes to get a treatment plan in place and treatment. Seven business days for the treatment plan from the time of my visit and additional time to schedule a visit for treatment is simply not acceptable. Concerning as the diagnosis is one of a cracked filling.

I am extremely pleased with Kissimmee Family Dentistry. When I moved up here I had to give up a dentist I was very comfortable with and it was scary.Dr. Turner is wonderful and very competent. My last visit I also had a great hygienist, Gabriela, who started there around 6 months ago. I have requested to have her as my personal hygienist for subsequent visits. The staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend them if anyone is looking for a good dentist in Kissimmee.

They are very professional, friendly, efficient and took my insurance making it very inexpensive. Had to have a tooth pulled. Will be back next week for the check up and consultation to fix the rest if the mess. Thank you. Been years since I was able to feel uneasy going to a dentist.

Dr. M. Turner has been my Dentist for over twenty five years, and I must say that not once have I had any bad experience with him or his employees. DrTurner is very professional in his work. I rate him a 5 star.

I think they are nice do a good job, my family has gone there 2 times a year for 19 years. Only negative comment is In the last few years they always want you pay extra for something. For example “You really need a deep cleaning” $400, “you need a mouth guard” $500, “ you should replace that filling it is old” $350 etc

Ive went three times so far and each time I enjoyed my visit. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I would recommend.

Had my teeth cleaned, went very well. Gabrielle has a very soft and gentle touch. Which I like. Dr Turner adjust my partial. All seems well now. The only problem was, I was not on the appointment schedule. It is the second time that this has happened. My wife and I moved to Florida from Ohio and searched for a new dentist. The reviews here were mostly 5 star so we went here. We have been going to dentists all our lives and were always told our teeth were completely healthy and only required basic office cleaning every standard 6 months. However, Dr Turner told us we both had periodontal disease that required expensive deep cleaning and visits every 3 months. The finance officer JoJo tried to tell us we must buy a $110 electric toothbrush because of the poor condition of our teeth. This diagnosis was made without contacting our former dentist for our history records, which is proper protocol. We declined these completely unnecessary procedures and requested a regular cleaning, but was told we had no choice. Obviously we canceled our appointments and went to another dentist but discovered we were already charged for the procedures on our credit card. This office is obviously only interested in making money on unnecessary procedures than they are about providing care for their patients. On closer inspection, you can see most of these 5 star reviews have words like “awesome” and “amazing” which are red flags that they are not genuine reviews but created by paid reviewers. A google search found a news article that reports this office is responsible for the death of a teen undergoing a procedure recently. Find another dentist!

I drive 30 miles just to see Dr. Turner... who has been my dentist for more than 20 years. Dr. Turner has been an excellent dentist for me since the day I had my first appointment in 1994. From root canals, to crowns to simple fillings, I go to him for everything and have had great success! Professional, fun and extremely caring. Carol rocks as a hygienist too!

I was nervous after not being to the dentist in a long time (too long), however the entire staff walked me through my insurance benefits and Dr. Mokris is the man with the plan! He was straight forward and made it very easy to understand what my mouth needed and explaining everything. 10/10 would recommend and I’m very happy my insurance suggested this office.

Really nice experience. I did not feel rushed. Very minimal wait in the lobby. The dental assistant was awesome and caring. She made great conversation and communicated with sincerity. The dentist was in and out and knew exactly my next step. There was another assistant that came in and went over the cost and all my options in detail. One of my best experiences going to the dentist. I’m Looking forward to my root canal and crown. That may sound strange, but at least it will be done in a high quality dentist office where I feel comfortable.

Michael Turner was my dentist for 7 years starting in 1989. I came to him after not seeing a dentist for 13 years and he did a lot work to fix all the issues I had. My current Dentist here in California always compliments Dr. Turners work and recently had to dismantle a bridge he built for me that lasted 26 – 27 years. ( I cracked the back tooth). Dr. Michael Turner not only does amazing work but he takes such care with the patients. He gives painless shots and helps you to feel comfortable and relaxed. He has a fun personality and truly loves his work. I’ve send many a friend to him and he did a beautiful front tooth replacement for my brother in Florida. My brother was so pleased. If you are afraid of the Dentist or nervous about going, Dr. Michael Turner is a Dentist to trust. He does beautiful work that (both) my California dentists have complimented and I am sure they are a little bummed because they have not had to replace or remove any other work he did. It lasts and looks great.
