Find another practice in order to receive Dental services with professionalism and respect for the consumer!!! If you are seeking services from a practice that delivers services with both knowledge and compassion this is not the place!!! Your practice is only as good as your support staff assists you in the reputation of your practice, The support staff lacks professionalism and proper knowledge of insurance policies. They also fail to properly follow up with patients and engagement with insurance companies. I went to this practice to obtain services however what I was left with was nothing. After approximately three weeks of no follow up and leaving messages for someone to call me back to let me know what was happening I decided to contact the insurance company in order to follow up. Perhaps the insurance company was dragging their feet with processing claims. Well that is not the case. The insurance company provided me with the one date a claim was submitted and payment total. After obtaining this information I decided to try and call the office again in hopes of speaking to someone to follow up. However, after being placed on hold for fifteen minutes I was hung up on. I proceeded to call back again only to be received by a unprofessional hostile office manager. She did not attempt to resolve the matter however she proceeded to tell me that I should call the insurance company back until someone provided me with the answer that I wanted. Somehow that does not seem like the appropriate response. When asked if that is the way she addresses patients she indicated that was the way she responded to me because I was supposed to call her first. After informing her that I have left several messages precisely three during the week no one returned my call. I asked to speak to someone in a higher position who can help me she stated that it was to bad because she is the only person whom I can speak to. I went to the office to speak to the doctor and inform him of the poor communication skills this ignorant woman proceeded to have with me. While he listened to my exchange with another technician at his side he really didnt seem at all interested in rectifying the situation. He listened just to appease me however no resolution was offered. Therefore, I contacted another facility to give them my business seeing as how this facility was not interested. At the other practice I was provided with courtesy and proper directions as to how to follow up with insurance company. Now that is the way in which a consumer is addressed and questions answered. DO NOT SEEK SERVICES FROM THIS PRACTICE BOTTOM LINE END OF STORY!!!!!

This dentist has been in practice for a long time. He knows many procedures and dental practices that are helpful to his patients. He is honest and polite. His office staff are very helpful and committed to helping you have a positive experience.

Dr. Sharma and his team are very professional people with a great heart. I would not change them for nothing. I am happy with their attention.

My wife had a wonderful experience going to Mid-Florida Dental, after each visit she was at ease, and wanted to go back again.

Amazing experience I was having pain for more than 48 hours and I went to another dentist that gave me wrong medication. Soon as I show up to Mid fl dentist the receptionist was very friendly and professional I was able to get seen as an ER was in and out in less than 1hr. Dr Sharma gave me correct medications thanks to him I’m able to sleep and eat. Def returning back :) thanks Guys amazing

If I could give no stars I would. Seriously the WORST dentist I have ever been too. I go in with so much pain and they refer me somewhere that denies me time and time again yet they can clearly see my tooth is half gone and rotting away. You guys should be ashamed of yourself

Did not get passed the phone call. Lady who amswered the phone is a complete loony. Mean. Disrespectful! And worse communication ever. I read a comment on here that said she is hispanic and will not help her own people, yo there are other races in this city then hispanic and she should treat ALL people with reapect and care. Im American. You may be American or not but I belong here too!!! I have had enough of the disrespect towards other races just because they are not hispanic. Now this dental office needs to remove that piece of work in the front or he is gonna keep on losing patients. I also reported you to the dental board and medicaid. Its discrimination to treat me different because im not like you.

If I could rate this place less than one star, I would! Didn’t even make it into the office and I experienced the most childish behavior from their front desk woman named Lisa. She hung up on me TWICE and refused to give me or my mother the answers we were looking for. If you value professionalism and wish to be treated as a HUMAN BEING never ever go to this Dentist.

Im so ecstatic! Dr. Sharma is the best! I was very pleased with the deep cleaning that I received from him. I love the fact that there is just one doctor because you receive all your services from the doctor which I really like. I know Im getting the best service. In the past I have visited dentist with a large staff where you rarely see the dentist and all your services are received from technicians and you hope for the best. My teeth have never been this clean and I am very happy this place was recommended by my 72 year old mother who has been seeing Dr. Sharma for over 15 years. During the consultation Dr. Sharma was very honest with me and his recommendations. I have no insurance so the cost for this cleaning was high but worth every penny. Now I have to follow up with periodical cleanings or it will be a waste of my time, money and efforts. If you want a job well done and healthy teeth and humble people then this is your place. I highly recommend this Dr.

Worst Experience ever! I give this place a 0 stars! The staff is terrible!!! The hygienist refuse to let me in with my minor child (I understand maybe for x-rays) but when I demanded my way in I found the hygienist working in my minor child mouth WITHOUT MY CONSENT, and without the presence of a parent. The manager? She could get away with murder and there will be no accountability! WORST PLACE/SERVICE EVER!!!

I wish to give this place 5 starts but i give only one cuz the receptionist is mean, not professional and she dont have manors that a shame shes Hispanic and dont help others from the same race, horrible she do watever she wants, i was in need of my medical records transferred to my new dentist i was dealing for days at the end she never sended shes a liar. And the dentist as soon i was there i have this that that this i went for a check up and i finish with other treatment he works at hes convince i dont not recommend it i ended calling my insurance and they never transferred my medical records.. worst people to dealing with...

Terrible dentist or terrible staff. the front desk lady never picks up the phone or will hang up the phone in your face. The teeth cleanup is done in 7 minutes,like Cmon they just want to charge your insurance and get rid of you as soon as possible. they only have 1 certified denatl doctor! They need a whole new set of staff that actually care about their patients and have a passion for their career.

Complete trash, I made an appointment in March and they kept rescheduling me ....finally June 30th they saw me , they took my x-rays and rescheduled me....fed up I switched dentist
