I made my appointment the day prior, and upon my arrival today, I was greeted very warmly by the front staff. Within 10 minutes. I was call in by the dental assistant who directed me towards the xray room. She then took my x-rays and we proceeded to the dental exam room where more photos were taken of my teeth. A few minutes later I was seen by Dr. Ata who explained the results of Mt x-rays and pictures describing my condition and what was needed to repair my teeth. Everything was explained including cost of my immediate procedure. I was then asked if I wanted my teeth clean and I accepted. 5 minutes later I was in the hygienist chair getting my teeth cleaned with an explanation of what I needed to get done. My teeth where cleaned and I was instructed on procedures on maintenance. I was also scheduled for an extraction for the following day. This is the quickest dentist appointment with immediate followup and schedule of upcoming brochure. I applaud the entire staff and Dr. Ata for the great service.

I called this clinic with an emergency situation and they accommodated me quickly. Every person there, from the front desk to assistants, doctor etc. were amazing. Everyone was kind, caring and engaged in doing things the right way. Definitely will continue with there services!

I always come in so anxious to the dentist office but Jeremy is always so pleasant and sweet, he really takes the time to get to know you and provides great tips on dental hygiene. I went to Ata for a cleaning and crown, my experience with them was wonderful. I was very anxious when it was time to work on my tooth to put in the new crown and when I saw the needle coming towards me OH GOD! I thought to myself. Dr. Joe Ata has a very tender touch , I didnt feel a thing. the left side of my mouth went numb after a few minutes and 1 1/2 hour later everything was done perfectly. Erika who helped Dr. Joe Ata was FANTASTIC, I appreciate everything they did for me and my teeth. I love them and their professionalism. I have and will continue to refer everyone to them. I was able to get an appointment within 5 days of my call to fix a crown that had come loose even though I wasnt their patient. My visit to Ata Dental was great! I and my family have been a patients of Ata Dental for close to 15 years. In that time, weve received cleanings, extractions, repairs, surgeries and referrals to orthodontists (who were also pretty awesome👍). Dr. Ata Dental is the best Dental Office in Central Florida. Staff are very professional and caring. They go the extra mile every time.

On a Thursday, Ata Dental initially referred me to a specialist the next day to see if my cracked tooth could be saved. After finding out it was fractured to the root and it could not be saved I called Ata Dental back. Dr. Joe Ata was scheduled to close his office at noon that same day (Friday). But he waited for me to arrive just before noon and took care of my extraction and bone graph. Prior to this event I was not even a patient of Ata Dental. I live in another state and I was vacationing in FL when this occurred. This is the first major dental work Ive had done. I was scared and very nervous. Dr. Joe and his team were so kind and reassuring. My dread of the process was much worse than the actual event. I cannot recommend Ata Dental enough. They are wonderful. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Awesome dentist to go to. I came in super nervous and in pain with a tooth, and Dr. Overmeyer was able to calm me down, gave me a couple shots with very little pain or discomfort, and extracted my tooth with no pain at all. Dr. Overmeyer answered all my questions and made sure I had a pain-free extraction. Highly reccommend both ata dental and Dr. Overmeyer!!

The offices are very well equipped with the latest technology and equipment, and Dr. Santiago has the best bedside manners ever, she takes the time to explain processes and procedures and is super gentle. Dr. Omar and his assistant, Beth provided excellent care today. The office is very efficient and carefully follows COVID 19 protocols for both the waiting room and the office visit. They have the most recent high tech x-ray and photography tools for reviewing my teeth, gums etc. The images were projected on a screen above my exam chair so that I could view them while the doctor was discussing them with me. I really appreciated Dr. Omars discussion of the current state of my teeth, including veneers, crowns, gum health and current TMJ issues and his advice for continued maintenance. If you want excellent dental care close to home in Kissimmee, I recommend Ata Dental.

This was my first visit to this practice. I was impressed with their state-of-the-art equipment and the welcoming and friendly attitude of the staff. I felt very comfortable and look forward to my next visit.

In many ways everyone is very pleasant and in terms of 1:1 time, professional. My daughter especially likes them. And yet at the same time, they seem clueless as to how often the leave patients waiting on them. I think they dont seem to have a sense of how poorly they communicate what is going on. Why do I have to wait 15-20 minutes at the end of my visit for them to come up with a pricing sheet? You can e-mail that to me, or at least give me an option. I shouldnt have to spend over an hour and a half for what is really about 15-20 minutes of 1:1 time. Im really not in a place that I can recommend them--not until they really think through the customer experience.

When you came on time for a scheduled appointment but was told they couldnt find your appointment and you had to wait for 2 more months for a next appointment. Its an awful experience.

As someone who’s taken years to find the right dentist, I’ve been to Ata Dental twice and have really enjoyed it. They are very friendly and have done wonders to make myself and my fiancé feel comfortable. They also do a thorough plan on what steps are necessary for care which I thought it’s great!

I had a dental hygenist today who did an excellent job of explaining how to use the water pik pocket pik to get rid of food that was beneath the gum. She showed me a video and explained that bacteria and inflammation can occur in this spot and could lead to periodontal disease. It definitely inspired me to use the pocket pik correctly.

I highly recommend this very professional dental office. Dr. Joe is a great dentist. Unfortunately, they dont accept any Medicare insurance plans so I may have to leave them in January.

Absolutely fantastic dental practice! Id been looking for a family run dentist practice for quite awhile before finding them! The practice is on the second floor and shops on the ground floor. The second floor is very nice compared to the ground. The hygienist cleaned my teeth well and the dentist was very caring. I have been going here now for 2+ years!

Dr. Joseph explained issues with my teeth very well and answered all my questions. Assistants are very knowledgeable and office staff is friendly. The practice has a handheld x-ray(no heavy lead apron) and makes crowns in-house. I had to wait a bit for my appointment but Dr. Joseph and Ms. Ruiz apologized sincerely and there were plenty magazines in the waiting room to keep me occupied.

Just had my teeth cleaned by Jeramiah. ATA has relocated across the hall to their new suite of offices. Well WOWSER! the offices are beautiful, spacious, all new furniture, fixtures, everything. Now for the BEST part, apart from my awesome Dental Technician, the patients chairs are heated and have vibration. Not as intense as the pedi chairs in a salon, but very relaxing. Very upscale it is!

ATA Dental has the latest equipment. I went in for a mouth guard and their equipment didnt require the gooey purple paste used for modeling. I always felt that the paste would pull out all my teeth. The new method used by ATA requires less time and less intrusion into my mouth.

I just had the best new patient experience I have ever had at a dental practice. Like most of us, I am a bit wary of dentists and it can be hard to find one Im comfortable with. From the moment I walked into ATA Dental though, I was put at ease. The staff are all very professional and helpful. They are even welcoming. Rigel, the tech who took care of me, was very nice and explained all the xrays and photos he took before the doctor came in. Dr. Omar Ata came in for the exam and specifically asked me, not only if anything was giving me trouble at the moment, but also if there was anything Id like to work on. His kind and gracious manner immediately put me at ease. He did the exam and explained all his findings, making sure that I could see what he did and agreed with his conclusions. Rigel did the cleaning and it didnt hurt even once! When I was checking out, Dr. Ata approached me to make sure I was happy with everything that had happened there. I assured him that I was and I also thanked him because, in my experience, the fees they charge are Very reasonable. They also take Care Credit for payments, which makes things even more helpful. We decided on my treatment plan and Ive already scheduled my next appointment. I am so glad to have found them and Im really look forward to working with them.

Semi-annual cleaning. Staff was efficient and and friendly.. The visit was as normal as possible with the COVID-19 procedures in place. I was called into the exam room on time and was out in 45 minutes. Their excellent service record continues.

Dr. Mikhail was great. She explained the procedure for a rear molar extraction. My tooth was fractured, and she was so gentle. She would stop whenever I flinched and even took the time to give me more Novocain. The tooth cracked in my gum, and she took her time to remove it with minimal pain. I would definitely recommend her and the dental office.

My family has been with Ata Dental in Kissimmee for a very long time. Personally, I was deathly afraid of the Dentist all my life, now I look forward to my visits. Had a lot of work done on my teeth as I avoided them for years due to my fears. I can assure everyone nothing ever gave me pain, even the needles. My biggest fear are those injections. LOL. Immaculate office and as a healthcare professional very tuned in to hand washing, environment washing after each patient and making sure the instruments are sterilized to standards. Not to mention the staff from the moment you walk in greet you and are very informative and friendly. From the Dentist to the Office Manager, Pam, right down to the check out, the best customer service skills are implemented.
