I highly recommend Dr. Eduardo Lombana and his team for their attention and professionalism with which they have served me and my family for many years. I recently had to undergo a dental treatment that compromised my self-esteem and all their attention and assistance to arrive at the final product was the maximum. He is a very professional doctor in everything he does and very demanding with the results and especially cares about the dental aesthetics of each of his patients.

I have been a patient at Greenberg Dental for many years. They have always been courteous, attentive, and accommodating with all of my dental needs. The dentists, specialists, hygienist are all very understanding and professional. The front desk staff are exceptional and work very hard to ensure each patient is attended with care. They definitely deserve positive recognition!! Thank you team for all you do!

I have been going to that office for years with my kids. My oldest now have braces and seeing Dr Murray. Today I went in for my own consultation, wanted to transfer my file from another Dr to Greenberg. Dr Murray was very disrespectful, very impatient not professional. Even you not willing to take over another Dr. patient I can understand, but you should remain professional. After my oldest is done with his braces. I will never visit a Greenberg location again. Dr Murray attitude was like is not going to make that much money from me. So he doesn’t need my case. When I came for my son visit months earlier he was pleasant, too bad for him and this company my other kids will not get services from them.

These people don’t answer a phone call for a thing, any question , schedule an appointment or cancel you need to go in to that office. Their stuff don’t like answering phones Williamsburg or the one on 192 …. Convince me I m wrong, I will be waiting here

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. All the workers are rude and unprofessional. The dentist even worse. Dr. Murray is terribly impatient and barely talks to his patients. The lady at the front desk seems to always be mad at something and talks in a condescending tone. I would rather pay for my treatment out of pocket somewhere else than ever see this dentist again. If you want to be happy with your service, I don’t recommend this place.

WISDOM TEETH,I came out of the clinic about 5 hours ago after getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed. I feel great and I was already able to eat a whole bowl of soup. My experience was excellent because the treatment I received was absolutely amazing, I’ve never met nicer people at the dentist. Dr. Stevens and his staff made me feel comfortable and I had no pain at all during or before the procedure. Since it’s a procedure that you have to fast for, they made sure to get me to come in the morning so I wasn’t hungry or thirsty any longer than I needed to be. I’m 17 years old and I’m glad I got my wisdom teeth removed at Greenberg.

Dr. Edward Lombana was amazing. He explain the problem and the best way to permanently fix it. The second I felt pain, he stopped and made sure I didnt have anymore pain before he continued the tooth extraction. Great bed side/chair side manners. I look forward to my next dental appointment.

Always a long wait. It best to arrive late and wait less time in the waiting room. Also its so difficult to get an actual person on the phone ne it for appointments or payments. Its a hassle.

At first everything seemed fine even though they NEVER answer their phones. The staff is friendly they were able to accommodate me after being 12 minutes late. For my first appointment they just took pictures and scheduled another appointment for a deeper cleaning I needed. During my second appointment the Dr. came to see me told me the procedure would be $100 out of pocket after what I’m insurance covered. He asked me if I wanted to get the work done then or to reschedule. I advise him I would like to reschedule for Friday because that is when I get paid. He advised me they can set up a payment plan so I proceeded with the procedure. After everything was completed I advised the nurse that I would be able to pay $50 at that time and schedule the last $50 for Friday. This is when everything went bad the nurse then told me the total out of pocket price would be $200... I told her, before we started the Dr said it would be $100 all she did was show me her itemized receipt showing it was $200 (which I didn’t care to see) I wanted her to get the Dr and give me a real explanation. I was very disappointed I felt tricked into getting work done to then charge me more. At the end I paid the $50 and will pay the rest later on. I will not be coming back to this office.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. The incompetence in this place is nothing I have ever seen before... The assistance couldnt even remember my sons name. Kept calling him the wrong name. The DOCTOR even worst. Why would you become a pediatric dentist and not have patience and know how to comfort a anxious child... beats me. To inject a child and then decide not to do the procedure because my son was crying... beats me. Taking a child, a anxious child, and telling him mom cant even walk him to the room to help ease his nerves is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! This Doctor wouldnt even interact with the children. In and out. Vs our old dentist took a moment to ease the child, to comfort them and explain... my children never had a problem before. Our old dentist dropped our insurance.. I rather pay her and it come out of my pocket than go back to these people.

Worst experience ever. Avoid this dental office. The from desk staff was rude, spoke to me in a condescending tone despite me telling them it was my first time there and I wasn’t aware of their procedures. I had taken my stepson to have some of his teeth treated for cavities due to a health condition he has, we were referred to Dr. Yueng from another Greenberg in St. Cloud. They refused to treat him, lied about the treatment plan he would need (tried to say that he need a root canal for a baby tooth) and now we’ve come to find out after cold calling multiple doctor offices that his file says he was uncooperative and refused to service him. He was perfectly well behaved and never even shed a tear while getting x-rays and having the dentist look at his teeth.

Had nothing but good service from all the Dr sand staff. Thanks you all for what do do with great care.

Excellent facility. Kind / considerate / compassionate staff. Hygienists Andre and Kayla are the best as is Dr Daniel Garcia. As a child had been traumatized by dentists. However, this Greenberg staff is very reassuring and competently skilled. Highly recommend them!

The dentist was very impatient. I felt like I was ran in and out like a fast food place. They prescribed me medication and told me to come back next week for consultation. The medication is to make the swelling go down and if the swelling goes down then they know it was infected and if the swelling does not go down then it was not infected. I told them that the swelling goes up and down naturally so medication would not be measurable data. I also came in and told them my issue and they did not listen. They insisted I get a general exam. I told them my particular issue and they even saw it on the x ray. However, they instructed me that they did not know what the issue was after I told him what my issue was. I won’t return to that office of 1379 vine st. I went to a different office and they were able to tell me the issue and move forward.

Pleasant visits...Wish I could set up my next visit while Im there after my visit. ...would be much easier than waiting two months before my next due date to call in to make my appointment 😎

Half my tooth got knocked out. Went in as a walk in, staff was super helpful. The Dentist and assistant were also great. Gave me a temp crown the same damn and I could barely tell the difference. Going back for my permanent in a few weeks. Great place overall. Btw, this is a real review lol

The office called me on a Friday to confirm my daughter’s appointment for Monday. They told me that I wouldn’t be allowed in the treatment room with her. She was having a tooth removed and needed gas to calm her down. She is 8 years old!! One, I would never leave my 8 year old child (gassed up or not) be treated anywhere without my presence. Two, she already doesn’t like going to the dentist and needs a little help to calm down so there was no way she would of went in by herself. Their excuse was Covid... but I was there the previous month with my son and went in the treatment room with him.

This place have the worst customer service. Most of the ladies on front are very rude with no reason at all.

This place is a total joke. Weve been trying to reach them for over a week with no return phone calls or emails in regards to my sons dental condition. They are unresponsive unhelpful and a complete joke of a business. If I operated a business like this I would be out of business within a week truly pathetic find another office that actually cares about their patients.

They were very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment almost 2 months prior for both my kids (12,7 years old) and they called me to cancel my daughter (12) appointment 3 hours prior saying the dentist that was scheduled for her was a pediatric dentist and since she was 12 years old she needed to be seen by an adult dentist and they would need to reschedule. Mind you they were the ones that scheduled the appointment. After lots of back and forth of me saying they were the ones that made the mistake and I should not be penalized specially since they didnt have an adult appointments right away for my daughter, they ended up seeing her with the pediatric dentist. And to just end the visit they told me I needed to come back in 6 months, I went to the front desk to schedule a new appointment like I always did and they said I needed to do over the phone, explained I would prefer to do it in person to avoid being scheduled with the wrong dentist for them to tell me that I needed to make sure I told the person on the phone when I scheduled the appointment to make sure they were scheduling my daughter with an adult dentist. Like how unprofessional. Shouldnt it be on her file the type of dentist. Also shouldnt the person scheduling know what type of dentist to assign to which patient. So I will be looking for a new dentist. Not happy at all.

Worst experience at a dentist office. I was in excruciating pain, went to the ER. They numbed my mouth and gave me a script for pain. They told me to see the Oral Surgeon within 2-3 days and gave me his name and number. I called the office and tried to explain the situation. The lady on the phone cut me off immediately and said it’s a walk-in, so just come in. I get here and only the general dentistry dept is walk-in and the oral surgeon I was referred to is only in the office Thursdays and Fridays. Not only that but he didn’t have any APPOINTMENTS available for this week. If they had took the time to listen to me when I called, they would’ve known I needed to see him and I would have been able to see him this week. I went ahead and saw the general dentistry dentist, Dr. Erik Nunez. He was arrogant, rude and rushed. He did absolutely nothing for me. I’m leaving this office in extreme pain with no relief in sight. The lady that checked me out was unbelievable rude. This was the biggest waste of time, especially going thru this while in so much pain. This place is awful. Do yourself a favor and never come experience the same thing I did. The young lady that checked me in is the only reason I would give any stars at all. Very nice and very pleasant.

I been coming to this office for the past 2+ yrs for my cleaning and my bracers. They have been very good on both departments. Billing I have my reservations. But overall the ladies in the front they are the sweetest, the ortho personnel great and the cleaning/hygienist Natalie is great, gentle, nice always tells you what she is doing and what can you except she is amazing.

Impossible to get in or get them to answer their phones. Wont do things all other offices will do. Gives a lot of excuses why but simple reason is they dont want to. Im not stupid. Called to try and get appt so many times. (More than I can count) Have only been able to come here once. Place is ridiculous.

Staff is very nice and professional. I had many teeth removed including my wisdom teeth. I was in so much pain so the surgeon numb me so i would be out of pain while i waited for him to finish a client before me. Very thoughtful and courteous. I live in Orlando but i will definitely be switching my office to this one and take that drive.

Changed my appointment without confirmation.Was seeing this dentist for years due to convenience and never had my concern regarding teeth addressed. Dentist always rushed. Finally decided to change dentist and they address my issue without me even mentioning it to them. This dentist is ran like a corporation and less personal.

The three stars are for the receptionist in the front. I am the guardian of a new seven-year-old foster child and we are both new to Florida. I’m coming from Washington state and I was very surprised at the lack of warmth upon entering the facility and the the room. The child sat in the chair and there were no Photos or prints on the walls, there was nothing to speak of except the big fly in the ceiling lighting fixture , he seemed fixated on that, the hygienist was nice but could’ve been warmer. I believe explaining what you are you about to do to the child makes things a lot easier. 20 minutes later when the dentist enters the room he did not introduce himself but went straight to the Monitor to discuss the photos with the hygienist, he did not bother to look at me so I asked him if there was any grinding of the teeth that he noticed because Sampson suffers from anxiety and PTSD from the previous foster homes he had been in. The dentist then proceeded to check the child’s mouth but I interrupted and introduced myself where he replied “Oh I’m Dr. Young” my foster child name is also young and you would think that that he would’ve used that as a fun topic. Just because it’s state insurance doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be warm and friendly. Just asking for basic friendly customer service, and make it fun for the kids. please add some prints to the walls, even if you have the kids draw pictures while in the waiting room which was over 20 minutes.. this is my first time dealing with state insurance, i’ve heard horror stories about state one facilities but you would think because this is for children that it would be warm and Family friendly. So glad I raised my children in Washington state where customer service, diversity, equity and inclusion are very important in ones every day life. #EachOneTeachOne

The office is shabby and unorganized. They do not keep the appointments they make. They also expect you to arrive early or on time for your appointment, but they are never on time. You will wait and wait and wait. The adult dentist here robs the insurance companies by charging for services that were not rendered and scheduling multiple office visits for work that can and should be done during a single appointment. They also take minors into the rooms and do not allow parents to be in the the room with them during procedures, even simple ones like fillings. If your child is 12 or older, take them anywhere other than here.The orthodontist and pediatric dentist are the only professionals in this office. They are knowledgeable and courteous.

If you can spend 2 to 3 hours of your life waiting to be called then this is the place for you, they only had 1 doctor when I went but its always the same...wait and wait. Otherwise the staff is nice.

Even with appointments they always leave me waiting 1 hour before I can see the dr..they dont answer their phone however I send several voice messages and if I get lucky they ll answer u after 8or 10 days. Their general dr had to shave one of my molars to make a bridge he end up hurting me and now I have to spend another $500 to do root canal because he shaved my tooth soo deep that I got very sensitive tooth.

Im so sorry, but it took me weeks to get someone on the phone to arrange an appointment. I had to make many calls and finally call your customer service number twice to reach anyone. Then, on Wed. my dentures doctor needed to talk to Dr. Sterritt about exactly what I need done. Then I called and left messages to cancel the appointment and call me back. I never heard from anyone - again. I dont really know where I stand when I cant communicate with anyone there. Again, sorry to have to tell you that. I like Dr. Sterritt, especially after my terrible experiences with Dr. Karpovck.

This place just like the Winterhaven location ,just horrible. I figured if I drove an hour and a half I would be ok. This place is almost worse. The receptionist said she couldn’t find any of my information or my referral. I was here just checking in for 49 mins. She was rude and kept telling me to sit down. I told her I preferred to stand from the long drive. It’s like you are cattle and they are passing you through a herd or something . Learned my lesson twice I guess... They didn’t even have my referral. They said they never received it. Then the dr that I came all the way there to see couldn’t even see me today. He no longer performed the procedure I needed done. All of that for nothing .

I was very amazed nice clean office staff are very friendly and a A tentative and the pediatric dentist was very very helpful in explaining the situation and what can be done and very quick to get the procedure started I am very very happy with with Greenberg Pediatric dental located in Kissimmee I do highly recommend this location 😊

Waited an average of 1.5 hours from the time my appointment was scheduled for. This happened 3 times. I finally found another dentist that sees me on time everytime. Would have stayed but the Dentist are so arrogant, they show no genuine remorse for being so late. Not to mention they charge just as much as an out of network dentist charges.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Every visit is like visiting friends. I had to do a root canal and They explained very well what was going on. I chose Greenberg Orthodontics in Kissimmee for my braces journey, and it was an awesome experience. From the initial consultation up until the day I got my braces off, everyone involved was so supportive, encouraging, and kind. I never waited long for my appointments (most of them were early in the AM), I was always informed of what was going on, and you could tell everyone was experienced with what they were doing. I had my braces for 18 months and although painful/challenging at times, it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I am so happy with how everything turned out and I want to say thank you to everyone who made it such a great experience for me.Shoutout to Dr. Murray for always keeping me laughing & updated during our visits, and to the dental assistants who did the tedious work of caring for and tightening my braces every month. I felt like I was apart of a family here, and Ill miss you all.Highly recommend!

I had a deep cleaning today and finally for the first time in a long time I felt comfortable in the dentist chair. I was nervous at first but was cared well and therefore felt at ease right away.

Everyone was so great . I was made comfortable by the assistant and she was answering all my questions.

If i could give it 0 stars i definitely would . The orthodontic staff is extremely repugnant. Dr. Andrew Murray is not professional at all, he doesnt know how to deal with patients, hes extremely disrespectful, and he doesnt know how to do his job at all. I had braces for 2 years and after i had them removed, my teeth moved and when I went for my following appointment, he refused to fix them when the entire procedure was paid off. He kicked me and mother out of the office in the most disrespectful way you can talk to a patient, he yelled at us aggresively. I do not recommend this place. It has been the worst experience of my life. It was extremely humiliating.

OGM the front desk and the scheduler Adriana NEEDS customer service training from basic to advance. Not willing to help customers, I think they are too comfortable and complaisant.

Visit was positive with friendly reception through the actual examination with the Endodontist and his assistant. Very through and professional.

Dr Andrew Murray was the worst Dentist. The dentist he replaced was happy to answer all my questions and was very detailed explaining the procedures. But then they hired this Dr Moron running in and running out without a word unless you stop him with a question. Then he will give you a look like he is annoyed. Looks like he has a bad temper too. They need to hire a Dentist that cares for his patients.

*CARLOS* is a superb employee. He is a dental assistant and he really was patient with me and really helped me out (Since I hate going to the dentist!) I never do reviews but his customer service and knowledge was greatly appreciated. I hope he can somehow be recognized by management because he is asset to that company. (Other than that I would not have take the time to rate this place)

I love Greenberg. Everyone is always friendly when I walk in and they are quick to help me with anything I need. I havent had any issues with them yet and have been going for a few years. The only thing I would say could be better is the timing of scheduling appointments. This probably happens everywhere, but I hate that I have to schedule an appointment 3-4 weeks out unless its an emergency.I also got braces this year in March and I think the orthodontics side is my favorite! They move so fast, Im never waiting long and they get straight to business. They are always accommodating to my schedule and I love that. I see them every month and its starting to feel like my own little dentist family.

I went to Greenberg to have a tooth fixed. They did the procedure wrong and then the dentist at the time blamed it on me. WHAT??? I did not take out too much bone from my jaw!!! Thats insane.I had to go elsewhere to get the job finished. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Unfortunately, my uncle went there to get dentures, I did not know this. They made his dentures incorrectly and he has gone back many times to get them corrected with NO success. They started with one price, but once they started they started adding monies to what had to be done. They ended up paying so much, my uncle could have had it done with a true professional who cares about his workmanship and reputation and had it done right. He is embarrassed to eat out or go to family reunions, he is afraid his dentures will fall out.That is sad. I do not know how they have 3.7 stars, thats insane. I keep away from them and when asked what dentist to go to, I tell them DO NOT GO TO GREENBERG DENTISTRY, they are butchers. They are not professionals. What gets ME, is why do the medical insurance have them on their companies to go to. My recommendation, KEEP AWAY. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
