Very disappointed. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called for 3 days last week to schedule an appointment for my mom that came from PR for a consultation for a treatment with stem cells, but they never been able to give me an appointment. If she doesnt have a health insurance from this state, that is not their problem, because my mom is able to pay for the treatment. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone ever for unresponsive. Hopefully they are not the only clinic. I will look forward to another place with more professional service. πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

I don’t like kissimee office, very disorganized, they take forever to take care of you and they don’t listen to you, you are like another number . Bad service and bad customer service, only thing good are the doctors.I go to the best office at st.cloud they make me feel like family and give the best care. Staff at St. Cloud is amazing everything at St. Cloud Office is excellent I will never change St. Cloud office .

This office is extremely unorganized and loud. Front desk had no clue what co-pay was although I informed them. It took 15 minutes to figure it out. Then waited two hrs to be seen horrible in between was taken to the back had vitals done taken back outside. Called again taken to a new waiting room. I had to ask how much longer was told you have two more ahead of you. Unfortunately my dr has been transferred to this office I will not be coming back here. Although I loved working with my dr. I always went to St Cloud office never waited two hrs to be seen. Horrible office.

This is the worst doctor office i have ever gone to in my life. Just imagine coming out with a renal mass diagnose as cancer n waiting over. A year to get in a specialist to see u n end up going to that appointment only to be told the specialist has receive no paperwork for your diagnose after i myself going to the manager of the office and explanin the long wait and that the doctor needed all the images of the ct scan n the report of it plus having a broken toe going to the office n they broke a tongue stick in halfbplace half on bottom of toe n the other half on top n putting tape on it cause they have nothing not even a splint in office or a cane or clutches to be given a explanationnof we gona give u referal for the ortho to now have over ten days waiting for the referal that the manager wa sgona put together as well because she stated not to worry she was taking care of it herself n guess whatttttttt? None of rhe above has been done by her. Thats with the manager imagine what u vould accomplish with anyone else under her! IAM SURE THAT NOTHINGGGGGGGGGGGGG. WHAT A SHAME CAUSE I RATHER WAIT A YEAR ON A BROKEN TOE BUT WITH THE DIAGNOSEvOF CANCER RENAL MASS MEANING IN THE KIDNEY N BEING A DIABETIC, EXCUSE MY FRENCH BUT HELLLL NOOOOOOO. We moved to Kissimmee recently and my parents had to change from clinic so they choose cano health as a recommendation but until now it have been the worst experience they ever have.the appoinment are constantly cancel and if they call for any information there is always a problem and the transportation is a real mess,they offer a service that there is always a problem.they have to wait hours fir the driver to arrive to pick them up.

Whats the purpose of an appointment if your still waiting to be seen 2 hours past the set time. So annoyed. No one comes to inform anyone of the wait, but we have to wait. Looking for a new PCP asap. Probably be alot faster if I just went to the ER.

This company is very difficult to deal with as far as trying to get needed information from doctor. Unable to call doctors office direct. Have been put on hold for 30 minutes or more. If you are not hispanic I would suggest you stay away as most of employees are hard to understand.

Dr. Simpson and the staff are not good when it comes to communication with their patients. I saw Dr. Simpson over a month ago as a new patient and she assured me once she gets my records from my last doctor, they would get my Rx I need. They lie to me on every call. I have been calling every week for over a month inquiring about my Rx and every time they say they’ll have someone call me back but nobody ever calls back. They keep forgetting about me and keep dropping the ball on their patient. The staff is truly lazy and lack enthusiasm. Nobody cares to take ownership of their patients. Worst medical office I’ve ever experienced. If my Rx was life or death, I’d probably be dead by now waiting for them to do one job.

Clermont, FL, 34715.The GirlsΒ at the front desk and internalΒ office helpΒ are not just good they are fabulousΒ at 100% of in assisting you. Dr. Simpson is the bomb up there, just letting you know that She always receive her patients with small and most of the time make patientΒ feelsΒ like they are not in theΒ clinic appoint, that is what we need in case we have to go to the clinic or hospital and also to say a special to the Mrs. Yanira and her team.

We had an appointment at 330pm and waited until 6pm to see a therapist. The service today was deplorable, no patient service. If one therapist calls out its the patients who suffer. It would have been good customer service to call their patients and let them know and give them a choice to cancel or reschedule the appointment. We travel over an hour from Clermont to sit and wait so long. The coffee was cold and wellness center closed. Horrible experience

Called to talk to Melanie Simpson about my referral. Was put on hold for 20 minutes. This place used to be central florida internist. Then the staff was wonderful. But since it became cano health I do not care for the staff. Dr Simpson is my favorite doctor and friend but the staff is horrible

The St. Cloud office has gone downhill in the last year. It takes forever to get an appointment to see a doctor or get lab work, even though I am an established patient. I requested on numerous occasions, for the CT scan and MRI, one Dr. ordered to be resubmitted to my insurance because they used the wrong codes. Each time I call the office they have no idea what Im talking about. One Dr. tells you something and another Dr. tells you the opposite.Very disappointed.

I went to the Kirkman location in Orlando for many years, but the staff made me feel uncomfortable so I stopped going. I recently found out that the company changed from CFI to Cano Health and thought I would try again because I really had respect for Dr. Syed Nasserudin so I went this morning as a walk in but again Danielle the front desk clerk she asked me why I decided to start coming back very rude to me and it reminded me of why I stopped going there - she asked me if I could come back later I said yes but when I returned 3 hours later it was blocked off from a car accident so i came back home but again doesnt matter if the name changes the staff is judged by one bad apple she is rude and will make Cano Health look bad just like she did with the last company.. The only reason I went back is because Cano Health called me and notified me of a change in companies and asked if I would return to see Dr Syed if needed and I happily said YES ! but to my surprise same old same old so people I dont think God wants me at that location even if the Dr. is a great Dr. I cant be put under such persecution.

In Cano healh kissimmee they charged me $ 2,150 for a treatment for my back pain and coatic pain.After placing the 5 injections of glucosamine and plasma that did not work or relieve my pain. At the end they gave me some creams and syrup that I should have taken with the injections. Mrs. THREATENING me that I would look at the cameras according to she had already given them to me.A Venezuelan nurse told me that I was lying that surely I did not have pain that most unpleasant situationFinally in the claim the doctor tells me that arthritis is not cured.Im Venezuelan.

I am completely satisfied with all the Staff, Dra. Castro is excellent professional, I transferred my mother from another clinic here in Kissimmee where we did not have adequate care and the truth is that there is a lot of difference here in Cano we feel at home, they offer us. Hopefully and continues asi pork is excellent.Quality care, they take care of my mom and they are very patient, I just wish they already had all the services, vision and dental, Thank God we are in this clinic, Thank you Cano !!!
