Rarely can you find professionals these days. Adrienne Barnes werent able to help my situation. But her office followed up with me. They were kind and professional. I believe this dentist office is solid and worth trying. I would recommend Dr Barnes office to my friends and family. And the office is super close to Lotus- excellent Bah Mi sandwiches.

Horrible customer service! My son has been going to Dr. Barnes for years. I scheduled a consultation at the office for the affiliated orthodontist that serves the location a month or more in advance. I confirmed the appointment via the messages the office sends out, but when I got there, the incompetent scheduling assistant tells me that my appointment was rescheduled to a date a time that I never spoke to her about or agreed to.The receptionist proceeded to lie and say she spoke with me on the phone about the change, which is an insult to my intelligence and out right lie. She nor the other staff present tried apologizing for the error, which is upsetting because I took time from work and made my schedule around getting my son to the appointment.I really like Dr. Barnes and was looking forward to my son seeing the affiliated orthodontist, but her scheduling assistant is unprofessional, dishonest, has poor customer service skills, and does not care how she handles certain patients appointments. I’m sad to say I will not be returning because I can not deal with dishonest people.

Dr. Barnes and her staff is AMAZING!! My 5 yr old son is a new patient here. On our first visit, the staff had his name on a chalk board, welcoming him to the dentist office. SUPER SWEET! Everyone is professional and sweet. Dr. Barnes is very patient and kind. When it came time to do Xrays on my son panicked. Dr. Barnes refused to go any further because she didnt want him to be uncomfortable and had me make another appointment (which I appreciated)When we came back - the assistant made the process so fun for him, all of his fears went out the window! I cant see me taking my son anywhere else. This office is stuck with us!!!!! lol

My two daughters have been seeing Dr. Barnes for about 4 years. I love this dentist! Dr. Barnes explains everything clearly. My oldest needed a lot of dental work and everything Dr. Barnes did has been successful. Everyone in the office is kind and compassionate.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My son broke his two front teeth playing basketball on Saturday. Dr. Barnes came in on her off day to take care of him. My children have been her patients since they were 3. They are now 19 and 15. Would recommend her in a heartbeat.

I love everything about this dental office - from reception, to hygienist to Dr. Barnes. Professional & personable. My children actually enjoy seeing Dr. Barnes and her team.
