My name is Michelle! I called them because I was in so much pain with my wisdom teeth :/ they where supper nice and made me feel so comfortable! Yesterday I got my wisdom teeth removed and It was such a smooth experience they made sure I felt comfortable! Every step of the way the nurse would hold my hand and the doctor kept telling me I was doing an amazing job! I one hindered percent recommended this place ! Amazing customer service and I felt safe and comfortable

From the moment you walk in the cinnamon scented perfectly chilled room, you are greeted with warmth and kindness. Realizing having your mouth being stretched open for X-rays the assistant had soft hands and recommended a Netflix special on the TV on ceiling. On to the Dentist who explained the best course of action. Finally the finance boss came in with a detailed plan with thoughtful explanationWith so much competition on North Ave this was the Bentley of choices.

It was a awesome experience for the first time despite the fact that I was in pain and I need urgent extraction of my tooth. But my consultation with the dentist and the nurse was really professional. The dentist calm me down and gave explicit reason for not performing the surgery immediately. He then placed me on anti- biotic and pain relief followed with scientific explanation that before I csn back, there got to be a great difference before extraction. This is a dental place to visit. You cant regret it. I go back in two weeks time. Love you guys.

This place is awesome! I have never needed an emergency dental visit before and my daughter today did. We spoke at 9:30 AM and the dentist met us here at 12:30 PM on a Sunday! He was great, knowledgeable, very clean and upscale office. Definitely keep them in mind for being so accommodating and glad to know there are dentists still around that care.

Very great service! Not only was it a good cleaning, but the dentist was very straight forward about my health and well being. They were great at answering my questions and understanding of my concerns. If you are someone who hesitates to go to a dentist, I highly recommend this establishment!

I had a great first experience at Wicker Park Dental Group. I made an appointment because my search for a new dentist after changing insurance was accelerated when I woke up with awful tooth pain. This practice is open convenient hours and was able to accommodate seeing me on short notice. Dr. Raj helped me get a needed root canal the same day, and I immediately had pain relief as soon as I was walking home. The full staff is exceptionally kind. Notably, I am 20 weeks pregnant, and every single staff person (from the dentist to the assistant to the initial x-Ray assistant) made sure that I knew that they were aware of my pregnancy and took that into consideration for my care. Dr. Raj was thorough and took additional x-rays at each step to confirm the job was done well. I’m so thankful they worked hard that day to fit me in the schedule.

Not all heroes wear capes. I cracked one of my front teeth while eating lunch and Dr. Raj was kind enough to fit me in same day for me to get everything repaired. He was patient, took the time to explain what his plan was to repair the tooth and ultimately did a fantastic job. By his side the entire time was Mari, who was just as amazing. I told her that I had horrible sensitivity with my current whitening gel (Im using whitening trays). She advised me to switch to another brand and use some sensitivity gel after each whitening - and voila - sensitivity gone. Ive found my new dentist office!

Made appointment on Sunday, was seen as early as 8am next day! No wait, clean facility, very modern equipment for dental work, flat screen on ceiling to watch tv, Netflix or whatever and flat screen on wall to watch the dentist work in your mouth! Best dental experience ever! Minimal pain to none after root canal completed once anesthesia worn off! I love it!!!

Everyone at this facility is very mindful of how their patients are treated. Every time I have been at this place thus far I have felt very cared for. You can watch on the ceiling TV while they work on your mouth! Most important of all they offer payment plans for those who cant pay everything at the time of services. That was a big help to me! I am a new patient at Wicker Park Dental and I must say from my consultation to my first deep cleaning everyone has been welcoming. Mari and Dr. Rajesh have been amazing. I haven’t taken the best care of my teeth and not once have they made me feel ashamed about anything. They made sure everything was told to me in detail and since my insurance doesn’t cover anything I needed done their financial plan was clear and worked for me. I go back again Tuesday for the rest of my deep cleaning and I know everything will be fine. I want to add that I had a mini panic attack and I am not a fan of the dentist from past trauma and Mari and Dr. Rajesh was so patient with me and helped me calm down. Thank you guys for everything and helping me get on the journey to better dental health.

BEWAREWould give 0 stars if I could. Not sure where all the 5 start reviews are coming from but I have been to this office four times in the last 4 months. The first visit was quite pleasant I will admit.The second visit was to get a temporary crown, no problems.Then the problems started. The third visit to get permanent crowns was a disaster, with the only silver lining being the permanent crowns fit well. The dental hygienist who put the temporary crown on used permanent bond and it had to be pried off my teeth. Not only that, but I was very much underquoted on what my insurance would actually cover.I wrote this off as a mistake, they billed for the operation and my insurance did not happen to cover all that I was told they would. I even booked my next check up with them.Finally visit 4, a routine check up. I was informed during the routine checkup that I would need to have a deep clean done. No problem I thought to myself. As I was leaving I was told I owed $0, why would I? its a routine checkup covered under my preventative care insurance.However, my insurance was billed for a FULL comprehensive oral examination, as well as for FULL comprehensive x rays.I was in the office for an hour and a total of 5 minutes were spent looking at my teeth. The rest was just waiting and sitting.Happy everyone else seems to have had such great experiences, but I will not be returning.

I was very very pleased with my tooth extraction. I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist. The staff took time to reassure me and the dentist was very gentle and didnt rush. Omg I cracked a tooth and needed to get it pulled. The service was exceptional in every way from check in to after procedure care. After check in , Mari took me for x-rays and she is God sent. I was a little nervous but with her conversation and kindness I made it through. I got my tooth pulled in no time with no pain. I will be back. Thanks again staff!

Ive been to dental spa type places and always leave feeling a little gross. This place is well organized, furnished, tvs are available on wall and cieling, but it doesnt feel like they overdid the decor. Professionals work here. Humans. So I dont mind spending on my flex card and out of my pocketbook!Their tech integration is good, too. They are not sleeping on the connectivity nor advanced tools. Good spot. Try it out.

The best experience I’ve ever had at the dentists and I had a root canal!! Everyone who works here is amazing, empathetic, and kind. Every question I had was answered with patience and knowledge until I understood what was happening. Someone even came in to help me understand how my dental insurance worked and what percentage was covered, so I knew exactly how much I would be paying out of pocket.I ended up needing my first ever root canal. I don’t do well with needles, and Mari held my hand and helped me through it. I cannot get over how absolutely wonderful she was. I’m telling you, everyone that works here rocks.It is rare to have a great experience at the dentists, but I did. 11/10 recommend Wicker Park Dental Group.

Had a really bad experience. Deapite having a really good insurance, they tried their best to upsell services and charge money. Moreover, they were using someone else’ x rays to treat me and also send me wrong x rays. When requested to talk to owner, they have still not connected me to share feedback

Update: wicker park dental reached out and try they made an attempt to keep their guarantee in their work however I had already fixed the issue with another provider. They offered a full refund on the treatment I had done. They made it rightHad a root canal done about 2 years ago and now it has failed. Had an endodontist look at it. The root canal was not done properly. HorribleUpdate had the root canal revised and essentially redone meaning more money spent because it wasn’t done correctly. Specialist also mentioned the crown was ill fitting and recommended a new crown due to the crown not fitting flush on the tooth.

Amazingly done , Highly recommend. The staff here are wonderful. They take all necessary COVID precautions, I’ve never had to wait for my appointment and they offer morning appointments as early as 7am and evening appointments as late as 8 PM.

I found this practice online in a frenzy to get rid of 2 unbearable wisdom teeth at 2am. I was drawn to them by the reviews of how hospitable, friendly and professional everyone is. I can say from the bottom of my heart that the reviews are an entirely accurate prelude to an experience that far surpassed my expectations. First off. I got an appointment scheduled for 8 AM that same morning, which in itself is a blessing. The doctor is very communicative and lets you know every step of what needs to be done and what he is doing without needing to be asked, as well as the staff whom are unbelievably courteous and supportive. I myself have insane anxiety in a dentists chair they allowed me to take as many breathers as i needed and were thoroughly supportive the entire time without seeming like i was a burden or wasting their time. I have been a patient At Wicker Park dental, for about 6 years now. This is my favorite dentist I’ve ever had. The office and facility is very clean and everyone is so friendly and efficient. This past cleaning, I had Mo as my dental hygienist and I can not say enough positive things about him. He was very pleasant, professional, and gentle with my sensitive gums and teeth.

I first learned of Wicker Park Dental after being referred by another customer. The ease of scheduling an appointment, especially during the pandemic, was also met with warm kindness from the staff. After not visiting a dentist for several years, I was quite nervous, yet the staff were calm and patient-offering reassurance and thorough explanations. Ultimately, I received a root canal from Dr. Krishna who has a welcomed conservative approach. And whilst I was extremely nervous, Dr Krishna was effective, reassuring during the process. It’s also worth adding the facility was very clean, and modern. I was also seen within minutes of arrival. Not only do I recommend this dentist office, should a need once again arise, Wicker Park Dental has absolutely won me over.

I was SO incredibly nervous about having a root canal done because I always really struggle to stay numb during dental procedures. I am such a baby that I am more scared of tooth procedures than I am of actual surgery... I talked to the docs at Wicker Park Dental and they worked with me to make sure I was comfortable the entire time, and they really made sure I was at ease. I had less pain with this root canal than Ive had in the past with even small cavities, and Im so thankful that they listened to my concerns and helped get me taken care of! Everyone inside was incredibly nice, they checked on me constantly and adjusted any time I needed anything, and the office is clean and beautiful. Highly, highly recommend!

I have gone here for a few cleanings but today needed to have a crown put in. I was really nervous about the procedure but every single person, from whoever answered the phone when I called, to the receptionist today, to the dentist and the dental assistant, made me feel better. Everyone answered all my questions. The dentist was so kind and checked to make sure I understood what was going to happen, why they recommended the procedure, and paused throughout to make sure I was okay and made adjustments. Obviously no one wants to get dental work done, but I felt really happy I was here for mine! Also felt very COVID-safe/professional.

Had to have an emergency root canal after a week of serious pain in my teeth and jaw. They made me feel so comfortable, constantly checking in asking how I was feeling, and you can even watch Netflix during your procedure! Definitely going back to get my wisdom teeth extracted with them, and probably going to keep coming for regular cleanings after. I absolutely felt like they knew what they were doing and I could trust them. They have state of the art equipment I had never seen in other dentist offices before. They also explained the billing very clearly and upfront, before the procedure. I also felt much safer (in terms of COVID) than at my last dentist office, because each exam room is private, whereas my last dentist office everything was open and you were breathing the same air as all the other patients. Thank you to all the doctors and entire rest of the staff!

Everyone was extremely friendly and respectful (especially during COVID)! I haven’t been to the dentist in a while but there was no shame or guilt-tripping. The Hygienist asked me frequently if I was comfortable, if the pressure was okay, if I was feeling pain, etc. Very considerate and I felt like my comfort was their top priority. Only spoke to the dentist briefly at the end of my cleaning but he was very friendly. Prices were broken down line by line and were extremely easy to understand. I had the dentist fix some old fillings and put in crowns and it was a breeze -- seriously the easiest dental work I have ever had done. Highly recommend!

It’s not everyday you run into a business so well put together that you feel safe in a pandemic, you feel well cared for even after the visit and the place has lots of protocols for masks and distancing.Further distinguishing themselves from even great practices is how they recover from an issue, as I had one during a procedure.They holistically took charge and listened as well. I was treated like their most important client and I would bet you would feel this well cared for too.Expert tooth extraction and also crown. All the newest tech to make it the most comfy and precise.Add to that their opening hours are early and they always get right back to me when I have a question.Thanks to all. Recommend to everyone. Do not go to this dentist unless you have big money. hes the most expensive in the area. Got a estimate of 1400.00 for a 4 quad deep cleaning. Went to 5 other dentist in the area, they were the highest by far. 2 were 4-500.00 cheaper and three were half the price. Thats urban smiles, the art of dental care, and west village dental. So save yourself some money and stay away from this place, nobody is that good. Happy new year.

The best treatment Ive ever had so far. Everyone from the doctors to the staff are very friendly and professional. I had a deep cleaning done and some fillings and i was very pleased on how well it turned out. if you want a place where they take the upmost care for their patients with great professionalism this is the place for you. The doctors make sure you receive a treatment plan with the costs and possible extra cost if anything were to go wrong but they never do any type of work without letting you know how much its gonna cost you.They treat you very well here. Dr. Gopisetty was the one that examined me and made my treatment plan, very nice guy and explains what needs to be done to your teeth. i was also seen by Mo the dental hygienist and he was nice and gentle when it came to examining my gums. he even gave me a recommendation for an electric tooth brush that he finds fit for keeping your teeth clean and wont hurt the bank, i thought that was very nice of him. i had 3 fillings and a deep cleaning done on the same day which was very convenient for me. My fillings and deep cleaning were performed by Dr.Raj and he was great. he was very calm and gentle and did an incredible job. The dental assistant was amazing. Lucy the dental assistant was so good at her job. She took X-rays of my teeth and was very kind sweet and gentle. She was assisting Dr.Raj the whole time and made me feel comfortable and calm (i have a fear of dentist since i had bad experiences when i was child). Lucy finished my treatment by flossing and polishing my teeth and was careful at doing so. After she was done she took me to the front with The receptionist. Ashley was nice and very helpful in making an appointment for my next cleaning and explaining was what my insurance covered and my out of pocket cost.Overall, best experience Ive had in a dental place. After a rough first visit with them I decided to go back. They worked with me on the cost out of pocket so that I was able to get the procedure done that absolutely needed done. I had an anxiety attack while there and the dentist and tech helped me threw it by giving me meds to relax and talking to me. And I love that when I call to set up appointments the normally get me in next day.

Had my bottom two wisdom teeth removed here and me having a fear of needles made it a little stressful. However, everyone at this office is so accommodating. They gave my a cozy blanket and let me watch the office while they prepared me for the extractions. Dr. Gopisetty was exceptional. He saw me for an emergency oral surgery on a Sunday. He was very patient, friendly and professional, it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had.

The office feels very clean and safe in these uncertain times.

I went in for an emergency dental appointment as my previous dentist office was still closed. I had a tooth that was broken off and had previously had a root canal done to try to preserve the tooth. The pain was excruciating and had been going on for about a week and a half. Dr. Gopisetty and his amazing team were so friendly and took care of me right away. They provided me with excellent service and I highly recommend Wicker Park Dental Group.

Disappointed in services and up-selling. As a first time patient I had scheduled a cleaning, and instead left after an hour with only x-rays and a brief exam. Many of the x-rays were repeated 2-3 times which made me uncomfortable. After an hour and the financial consult I was told I could wait longer for a cleaning - unclear when that would be. Historically I have had no cavities or any dental complaints. Leaving the office I received a treatment plan for an “advanced cleaning” for moderate or severe gum inflammation, periodontal scaling and root planing, quarterly periodontal treatments, and a mouth guard. I will be seeking a second opinion.

Visited due to my dentist not being open after 2pm(???...) so had an emergency and called them up. They took me in within 30 minutes of calling and started the process for a root canal. Came the next day and got second of 3 phases done. One thing, they are open late. Second, the staff is extremely nice and helpful as well as understanding with insurance concerns. The Dr. and assistant were very courteous to my pain needs and did everything they could to alleviate any pain.This is not some scam in an out place. They do take their time. They give you a shot then let you sit and watch tv for a little while to let it come on. So this is not exactly the fastest dentist you will go to if you have work needs. But they are absolutely thorough.They are gentle and caring. I recommend 100%. We all fear the dentist but this is a place that I dont feel judged, they care for my pain, and have a definite plan to get me on the right path.

Everyone is super friendly they made sure to stay safe with the Covid going on. Only complaint is it is very pricey. But Dentist did an excellent job. I would come back

I really enjoyed my visit. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over four years and was nervous about finding the right dentist, and thankfully found Wicker Park Dental Group! From the moment you walk in the receptionist are kind and professional. The atmosphere is calm and clean. Everyone I came into contact with was very personable and knowledgeable. I was happy to learn I had the option to withhold from anesthesia for a deep cleaning. Which meant a lot to me for having my request respected. I will be returning! These people work hard and efficiently.

I highly recommend Wicker Park Dental Group if you have a dental emegency. The staff was super nice and professional. Dr. Rajesh spent a lot of time with me and explained what was going on with my TMJ. I chipped part of my canine tooth with my dental splint and he filled it. I appreciate the time he took with me and the gentle staff, because the eased my fears of losing my teeth from grinding and tmj. Recommend.

Great first experience at Wicker Park Dental. Extremely welcoming staff all around. Very clearly explained the costs and considerations of the procedures and were very efficient and accommodating.The office itself is also quite modern while also having a nice, relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Seriously the best Ive been to. The staff is so friendly, they are willing to work out payment plans and are very upfront with costs and what needs to be done (and what can wait). The office is extremely clean and they are going above and beyond with precautions to prevent Covid - I felt very safe.

I have been coming to WPDG for “decades”! The entire team from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doctors are top notch. Their new dental hygienist, Mo is absolutely AMAZING!!
