Ive been coming here for a few years now and they are AWESOME!! I got 3 fill in recently and they were QUICK and painless. The ladies are all very kind and helpful. I especially liked Dr. Rasas gentle hand during my procedure, she was willing to answer all my questions and give me her best recommendation without trying to up sell in any way. Her assistant Ana was SO SWEET , attentive and very helpful during the process. I highly recommend.

I went in and my experience was great. Had the pleasure of meeting angel carreno he was the greatest ever and calming my nerves for my visit. Will go back and hopefully I get him as an assistant again.

I just want to let this office know that the girl in the front desk her name is Maribel is a very professional employee and how welcome she made me feel when i got there and as scared as i was with the procedure i was going to have done, she assured me not to worry she really did make me feel so calm and relaxed. Everyone in that office was so nice i would definitely recommend this dental office to friends and family.

This was our first appointment at this office my mom didn’t want to go but I so happy we picked Brite Dental. The office was cleaned and everyone was so caring and professional. Sara and Irene were so kind and patient with my mom. I am very grateful to the staff for all the attention they gave my mom. Sara even helped us out with my mom’s oxygen tank. I highly recommend this office and mom is looking forward to seeing the staff.

My daughter and I have been coming here for a couple years now. We’ve moved to Rockford, IL last year and I will still drive an hour and a half to come here. This place is very clean, the receptionist feels like your best friend. She greets you right away and makes sure you’re checked in. They address all of your concerns and explain the procedures in detail & makes sure you’re comfortable during the procedure the whole time. I’ve gotten done deep cleanings here and the procedure was a breeze. They’ve given us referrals to orthodontists, they work with. The receptionist always gives you a friendly reminder of your appointments a day before your appointment. With our busy schedules, I love that. I’ve gone to many places and this place is by far the best. The staff members here feel like family, they are so nice and friendly! I highly recommend this place to everyone. Very clean and professional. Took my daughter to her first dental appointment and they were very patient and kind, she had a assistant named Maria Lara, she seemed very good with children, my child didn’t cried as much as I thought she would and when she finished got some stickers and received a new toy! Would recommend for anyone looking to take their child for their first time! Looking forward for the next visit!

After horrible experiences with other dentists I dreaded visiting a dentist. However Irene was very friendly, patient and professional. I loved my experience with this Bright Dental. I had a really bad past experience with a dentist and hate dentists. However this place changed my mind. The guy Louis helped me with my X-rays which were almost impossible to get. He was kind and patient bc I’m pregnant. Him and the doctor did not judge my teeth and made sure to help me with all my options for my teeth. I will definitely be coming here for now on!

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do wisdom tooth extraction and Dr. Fahad did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on.

Staff was very friendly, was running 15 mins late due to traffic called and they said they’d still take me. The dental assistant I had Maria was amazing she talked to me to make me feel comfortable and explain everything she was doing.

Went in for a whitening. Maria was did a great job and answered any questions I had clearly. Even provided some info on how to keep my teeth whiter for a bit longer. I would highly recommend this location!

To speed this up - this small practice brings a dental experience to a whole new level. After a couple appointments Ive felt very confident in referring them to my friends.

What I really like about this business is the honesty of the staff. I made an appointment and before the appointment began they let me know how much my insurance was going to cover. Rather than wait til the end like other places do. They were upfront from the beginning. My insurance only covered half but I still went ahead with the appointment. Dental was just as good as the call staff. They didnt leave me hanging long in the waiting room. The appointment went by fast and painless.

Sure the staff is nice and all, but dentistry is like medical and should have a facility that is clean and put together. Equipment is old and the dentist could t even get the air to work right. Compressor was loud and distracting making the visit uncomfortable.Also dust everywhere, not clean at all. Which doesn’t seem safe when doing work on my person. I’m sure the staff is capable but I’m not comfortable with them working on my teeth with bad/old equipment that might mess up my teeth worse than before

I was previously going to the suburbs to see a dentist and needed something a bit closer so I set up an appointment with Brite Dental. It had been over a year since my last dental visit. Like most people Im not a fan of going to the dentist but its something we all have to do once in awhile. I checked in when I arrived and didnt have to wait too long (about 5 minutes roughly). They did a full teeth cleaning, thankfully no cavities. While in the chair the dentist asked if I was comfortable more than once. No complaints at all. Everyone was friendly and did their best to make sure I felt comfortable. I dont have insurance so I expecting it to be expensive but it wasnt too bad at all!

Brite dental was amazing I have a daughter with autism and The dentist Villa was Great with her made her feel really safe and also the staff was very helpful and professional!

If youre looking to upgrade your smile in a pain free way then this spot is a good option. I came in for a second opinion on my underbite. Another dental office explained that I needed Jaw surgery $$$$. So I was looking for options that were more cost effective. I came in for more consultation and the Dentist said he could straighten out my jaw within 3 visits. No surgery needed. I couldnt believe it at first. Veneers were put in place and things were adjusted. Within a month and a half my smile looks 10 times better. I have a whole new level of confidence now and have no problem smiling in photos. Brite Dental helped me save money, correct a crocked smile and helped me avoid getting expensive surgery.

They offer a wide variety of services and treatments at very affordable prices. They are upfront with costs with and without insurance. Just ask and youll get all the info you need. Got a tooth extracted here with little to no pain or discomfort. Very impressed by their knowledge and expertise. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The dental providers are great! Excellent Front desk staff, especially Sara. She explained the cost of the procedure and assured me that I was in great hands!

After reading some mixed reviews on their locations I was a bit skeptical but went in anyway because I was long overdue for a dental checkup and this location was convenient. There was no painful or discomforting moments like Ive experienced in the past in other dental offices. Very deserving of a 5 star rating.
