I started my journey with braces in 2018, I just got them taken off this month. From start to finish my experience has been wonderful. Dr Eric and Ashley Barnes are great and so is the staff! Omg, Ive never been to a place that I want to give my money to with welcoming arms. They was so welcoming,professional,patient, and informative, there wasnt 1 question unanswered. The office was super clean the technology was in the 21 century and they was in my area with parking.Did I mention super fast so be on time. I love how they explain everything in detail. Dr. Ashley Barnes is very attentive to patient needs and she has AWESOME bedside manners.

Called to see for retainer replacement due to this location was near my home and wanted to keep my business in the neighborhood only to be told they only do replacements for previous clients. I guess ill be taking my business back to wicker park orthodontics on the north side .

I came to Braces by Barnes for a second opinion. After meeting with Dr. Ashley, Braces by Barnes became my first choice! I’ve been getting treatment since October 2016. What another office told me would not be possible without multiple surgeries resulting in excruciating pain, major facial structure changes with plastic surgery literature. Dr. Ashley and Dr. Barnes were able to correct with what Dr. Ashley calls the “full kitchen sink”. In other words, a lot of different tools and corrective devices but without any surgeries and no major facial structure changes. The office staff is always pleasant and friendly. The office is always clean, smells great, and they play good music. They work with you to get your appointments scheduled when necessary and are even better with scheduling emergency appointments when/if necessary. Braces by Barnes comes highly recommended from me.

I initially came in to Braces by Barnes for a consult, exam, and pricing for my braces on February 22nd. Dr. Eric Barnes was thorough and direct with everything and the staff was extremely professional.I didnt get a chance to spend a lot of time with Dr. Ashley Barnes but the time that I did was an honest and genuine vibe. She was very welcoming.I asked Carolyn if it was possible to get my braces applied that day and it was! The process was quick and painless, definitely exceeded my expectations. I had been to 2 other orthodontists before selecting this practice and was not pleased with the service, nor the environment. Refused a consultation because I currently have braces. How can someone commit to a new doctor, without knowing prices or his practices. Dont feel comfortable taking my braces off for a doctor Ive never met. Unfortunate because I was looking forward to meeting them.

Awful experience!!!! After signing in using their system and sitting for an hour and a half. I was told everyone is at lunch and asked if I wanted to reschedule to insult me even more. Unbelievable!!!!
