Dr. Q and Mia have provided me with the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. At first, I was nervous to try a new dentist after so many unhappy experiences. I honestly wasn’t the type to go based on reviews but I now understand their ratings. Dr. Q was very gentle yet detailed. Getting work done here has been such a stress reliever(I can’t believe I’m saying that about a dentist) they were very honest and realistic as to what would be the best option for ME. They are clearly knowledgeable and truly helpful. 10/10 recommend.

I had an amazing experience today they were able to take me in on the same day I called. The staff was really friendly Alex and Daniela gave me the best service and explained the procedures throughly. I would definitely recommend this location.

Amazing, amazing, & amazing! From the time I called in and spoke with Alex, she gave me the confidence to set up the appointment, I was worried about pricing since I did not have dental insurance, she got me in right away, to the dentist along with the dental hygienist were so unbelievable kind and it was all affordable! My normal dentist could not remove a tooth that was causing me so much pain, but not here! I was in and out within 25 minutes pain free!!!! I found a new dentist! Definitely recommend Precision Dental Care for everything!

They constantly checked for my comfort level and adjusted it when necessary. The front desk is organized, and the appointment system is up to date and easy to manage. I have had such a great experience with Precision Dental Care. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the service is excellent. I felt very safe, which is really important for me because I have felt very uncomfortable and tense with many other dental providers in the past. I also felt like the employees who helped me truly cared about my experience and needs, which was especially comforting in the midst of pandemic times. This is a corporation and not interested in your oral health. I came here for cleanings for the past 2 years.My last cleaning was in Oct 2020. I felt uncomfortable at Precision Dental because the dentist was cold and I didn’t feel he cared. It felt like he was just going through the motion and I was just another dollar. In Feb of this year I started going to a traditional dentist and found out that the cleanings I was receiving were below standards and I had an infection. Since I had just had a cleaning in Oct I had to pay out of pocket to get my teeth cleaned properly.I recommend a traditional Dentist for your Oral Health and stay away from these corporate run businesses. You need a professional who enjoys their profession and cares about people not just the almighty dollar. .

This was the first time in 20+ years i ventured off to find a new dentist. I felt neglected at my original one and i couldnt take how bad my teeth got with no help with fixing just filling after filling. Precision Dental welcomed me with such kindness I felt so comfortable. I even cried at one point I felt understood and now we have a plan of action to help get back teeth on track. Thank you for the respect and kindness and explaining everything to me free of judgement. I’ve been having trouble finding a good dentistry around Chicago and I’m happy to say that I will be coming back here. The service is quick and easy and the employees are very welcoming, even in covid times! The assistant named Alvina Arroyo attended me and she was just the nicest!

First of all it took me some time to finally sit down and write this review. I used to go to Brite Dental a couple miles away which was mediocre (do not recommend) and needed a better dentist and office staff experience. Precision Dental is amazing!! The front reception staff are extremely helpful and kind. They took the time to answer all questions and did not have attitude like I previously experienced at the other dentist office. I have seen Dr Chung and he is the best dentist I have ever seen. I experience anxiety and panic attacks and he was extremely patient and kind. Very accommodating, took his time. Made me feel very comfortable. Explained everything in full detail. And even worked with me on my fixed income during these hard times. I am so happy with my crown and will continue to see him him for future appointments. I will also bring my son here from now on. I will continue to recommend this office and Dr Chung to my friends and family.

Ive always been scared to go to the dentist! I usually leave with my gums hurting, BUT PRECISION DENTAL CARE WAS THE BEST!! The staff was so nice! The dental hygienist I saw was so personable and didnt hurt my gums at all! Underneath my mask, Im smiling a bright, white, cavity-free smile at everyone I see!

Dr Ahmad is the best dentist in the Chicago area, he made me feel very comfortable in my first visit at this location, definitely will be keeping coming back for all my dental work, definitely recommended him and will give him a 10 stars if possible.

Well they are open on Sundays, so thats great. Before starting the procedure they push for 5 star review ( unprofessional) and then they start drilling the wrong tooth. There are far better out there.

Id give them more stars if I could. Weve been coming here for a few years and have seen several different dentists through that time, but Dr. Chung is the absolute best! Hes great with explaining the procedures and will work with you on payment plans if needed. The staff here has ALWAYS been awesome. Very friendly, attentive, and professional. Will continue to come back as needed.

All the girls were amazing and helpful but Jackie specifically made me feel so comfortable and answered all the questions I had! First time coming to this dentist office and I have to say it was an amazing experience. I already have a primary dentist but he wasn’t able to see me right away for my severe toothache. So I looked up emergency dental care and Precision Dental Care popped up. I called and asked if they accept walk-ins and explained my situation and they were able to attend me in the matter of minutes. Everybody was so nice and friendly made me feel so at ease and The Doctor answered my questions, helped me, and informed me of all my options. I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

I would recommend this place to anyone. Dr. Chung helped me immediately with my aching tooth and was very careful to make sure I was okay through the whole process. Their prices are manageable (less expensive than the suburbs) and everyone working there is very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel very lucky to be in such capable hands!
