Great Experience! Everyone explained everything very thoroughly before and after oral surgery. The follow-up was also great to make sure everything was on the right track to healing fine. All I can say is , Thank you all. They all make a great team.

Worst place EVER!!!!!! They never answer the phone one of the Receptionist told me they have multiple calls that been on hold for hours!!! HOURSSS.... And she didnt even Cared, And the worst part is they had me and my daughter waiting while they talk about their lunch plans smh!!!!! My daughter was an emergency case and still they wouldnt see her, i live 1:30min away and they keep changing appointments like if i lived in the City!!!! This is very frustrating, disappointing and not fair for all the patients, specially kids. Hope they can improve.....

This is my first time calling for a appointment. I was told to call in early. Because a lot of poeple are trying to get in for appointment. So, I call about 8:30, and wait for about 20mins. But, I got a appointment for Thursday, so, my husband can drive me, because of the long drive. So, I hopeful that, things go, ok. Dont have insurance, have weak teeth and have a infection have trouble chewing. I really want implants. Which I cant afford. But, heres hoping I get a great, compassionate student that can help me to find away to get them. Ill let you know how it goes.

The only problem I had was calling in for an appointment. Everything else was great!!! The doctors and dental assistants gave my son a great dental experience!!!! Coming two hours away they made scheduling convenient and these calls after to checkup on my son were awesome!!!!

Why it’s so hard to get an appointment? They only allow call in to make an appointment but never ever got a real person to answer ur call. The most ridiculous is their voice mail box is always full. How come this is your policy to not allow walk in and don’t even allow u left an voice mail? I try to schedule wisdom teeth remover for a year. Only Uic can do it and accept my insurance. I suffer pain for many times but no way to get cured.

My dentist submitted my referral about 4 to 5 months ago. I’ve been having really bad pains due to two impacted wisdom teeth that can only be removed here. I’ve been calling every other day since my referral was submitted, and was never able to speak to a real person. The mailbox is always full so I am not able to leave a voicemail. I am in a lot of pain and have been for a while now and this place is no help.

Very poor customer service. They knew my insurance before the appointment and still allowed a doctor that wasnt licensed in illinois to sign my perscription. Therefore i went to 2 pharmacies that are located far south. As well as having to drive all the way back downtown to come to this place to get 3 new prescriptions. They are still trying to make me go up the pharmacy which IS NOT ACCEPTING THE PRESCRIPTION. This is my second time up here today . My initial visit was 10:30 - 1:30 its almost 4:00pm i still havent recieved any new prescriptions sheets this is so unprofessional. And the employees at the intake desk.Update: its 4:00pm and im still here. Spoke with a supervisor its seems that she doesnt have much knowledge as to why im not taking the prescription with the same doctors name even as i continously explain to her that it will not be accepted because the doctor is not liscensed in illinois

Went in super nervous and was scared I would feel everything. To my surprise o was treated great and felt absolutely nothing 2 wisdom teeth pulled and no pain at all. Amazing People, Celeste and Ashley took excellent care of me.

Horrible front desk service and i always get the same girl that answers the phone .. she has a bad attitude towards patients … i was told the supervisor was in a meeting when i asked for them.. my son had two appointments that i couldn’t make and i canceled them through the automated system due to a illness i had and was unable to bring him .. this lady went back and forth with me about not calling to cancel.. i sat on hold for 40 minutes just to cancel and couldn’t get through ! so i canceled through the automated system when they confirmed my appointment.. my son has a toothache now and can’t sleep because of it and the girl told me that i can’t make an appointment! someone needs to contact me immediately! i am not happy with how they treat patients

Was seen in urgent care in July. They said theyd call me back for a Follow up appointment to begin work. They never called, and its been 2 months. How Negligent!!!!

Absolutely trash. horrible service, no hand sanitizer at registration desk, ignorance is at every desk. I had to repeat the name over 5x. They make you sign on a pad without seeing what your singing on any of the documents. I highly recommend it to my ENEMIES!!!!!

What many others have said. Had to search for a new dentist because my step daughter was traumatized from her experience. Now she’s fine with the newer dentist we found but it took extra time for her to adjust thanks to this place. Cannot believe how unprofessional these people act. I have horrible teeth due to radiation for cancer of my tonsil. I have been looking EVERYWHERE trying to find someone to pull my teeth, but due to my lack of insurance (I have medicade) I have been unable to find anyone to help me. I am getting very sick due to my infected, rotten, diseased teeth. After months of calling and nobody answering I finally got someone to answer and got an appointment, they take my insurance. My best friend and I drove 3 hrs to get there and wait 3 hrs ONLY to be told that they would NOT HELP ME!! My case was too difficult so they sent me home hopeless. I wonder how they learn to pull teeth?? I cried all night long.

Had a 1pm appointment. Didnt get seen til 2:20pm. They looked in my mouth for three minutes. Then walked me downstairs to radiology to schedule X-rays which is a totally separate visit. Not to mention they are paid for out of pocket , because the specific type of x-rays they want for the screening are not covered by Medicaid. The third appointment would then consist of the cleaning. Then the 4th appointment would consist of the fillings if needed.Very unorganized. They want you to come back and forth for multiple appointments, instead of just taking care of everything in one trip like a normal dentistry.Never going back!

Some of these reviews are funny, you lazy people are just peachy, learn to read and listen phones open from 8am-10am! early birds get the worm, cant expect to hang out all night, sleep all mourning, then wake up and expect the world to cater to you.Now on to the review.....So far has been great since being reopened, service fast, never have problem making appointments, parking is near and affordable, dentists stay in contact with you and provide you with a personal number to reach them, and if you dont have insurance costs are cut in half, Im almost done with my dental work and big thanks to these students for helping out, look forward to the future work to finish.

Since its a crowded and public place they are not professionaly trained to handle childrens behavior. I cant recall the assistant name but she was the one that was so rude & unprofessional. Rolling her eyes, I can tell she was in a hurry to get him out because of how crowded it is.. She was more worried about the other patients around than trying to make him feel comfortable and safe. I have been going to UIC Prosthodonic department for the past 2 years for full mouth crowns per their suggestion. They charged me up front 15000 dollars. Have to say never seen such a unorganized place. Not enough supervision of residents. They have no control over the lab work. I am still walking with my loose provisions, waiting for the lab results after at least 4 times painful impressions . I was charged another $20000 recently and have no confidence when the job is going to finish. I was told they have no control over the lab. Don’t thing this fair to the old patient. They were so careful and informative with my daughter, before giving laughing gas and extracting her tooth. Excellent service and care to the children. They truly are here for children.

They are the worst when it come to service. They rush you off the phone. I told the lady that the other number they had me calling, I can’t leave a voicemail because it say it’s full, she goes to say I’ll make sure they answer knowing damn well they not gone answer. I drove my niece for an appt at 230pm. We left with more than enough time from Onarga, IL and wouldve been in the parking lot by 2pm but something happened by I57 around 119th st that caused traffic to slow down to 5mph or less or stopped...I dont know what has going on. We were 25 minutes late to the appt because of that and we tried calling to let them know but can never get through. Last call took an hour to get ahold of someone. Now we have to reschedule after taking time off work already to bring her to this appt from 1.5 hrs away. They are not even understanding to the situation.

Always a faculty dentist checking in with the student dentist. They have all you need in one place. I went thru several major dental surgeries, implants and partials and could not have received this level of exceptional care anywhere else. And with my insurance, the costs were so minimal. I love my fabulous smile!

Do not go to the student clinic - its a chaotic three ring circus. They violate patient rights which are clearly stated on the UIC College of Dentistry website.

I really expected more from this place but there is a lack of professionalism. I drive 50min to get there and when i went to the front desk to register they asked me for my appointment card, because apparently they never register me, but they never informed me of that, so mu daughter was seen by a different doctor that just decided to do a basic job that could have been done at my closes dentist office, and there wouldn’t been no need to drive that far. Not only that i also call during the week to confirm my appointment but i was never able to get on the phone with someone. Also when i was out of the patient room i went to front desk to ask a question and make my next appointment and the only response i got from them was “IM CLOSE ALREADY “ i hope this doesn’t happen again because it was an awful experience.

My son was placed on a waiting list for GA to fill cavities and i was told it would be over a year and a half wait!!! And they would call me at at random number so i should always be aware. I was never called and it turned out my son was never placed on a wait list. Went to Childrens Dental world on Wallace street and wait was a month with constant contact back and forth communication. There are those with excellent experiences giving UIC Dental five stars, and those with horrible experiences giving UIC Dental one star. With me having both, I think this place deserves three stars. Not one more, not one less. Readers be warned - novel ahead!UIC Dental is a public clinic. The care is done by dental students, overseen by certified dentists who are licensed and write the prescriptions (e.g: for PreviDent and other prescription-grade oral care you might need). The clinic provides care to almost anyone and take almost all insurance. They are comprehensive in providing dental care to you, and will go over all of your teeth from the ground up. They offer root canals, wisdom teeth extractions, implants and more. The latter two being done by outside departments and come with insane wait times that, if you are in pain, should never consider getting from here on account of the delay.Sitting in the waiting area can be a bummer if youre antisocial, claustrophic, or just not trying to get sick. I get it. But it is helpful to remember this place doesnt serve only you. Plenty of outlets there to charge your phone, everyone in the waiting area are respectful.Once you check in, the wait time is really dependent on your student dentists prep work and the person being treated before you. Some student dentists, like mine, were almost always on time, courteous, and communication was through her person cell phone. Others are impersonal and wont even bother to message you, leaving you in the dark and to the clinic staff, which is only there to handle the paperwork and do not cross the threshold into the clinic rooms themselves.The level of care I had varies by student dentist. My first student dentist was excellent and treated virtually all my teeth, getting them back to a really presentable and pearly white state. Do not expect short-term dental appointments, because they wont exist for new patients.Heres the bad part - when my student dentist graduated, I got a new student dentist who was early in his studies and very unprepared to treat me. He did a wisdom tooth extraction, supervised by the dentist Walter Busse. After the student administered an improper nerve block, he began to extract my tooth. With no anesthetic, I felt every part of my tooth and its individual roots detaching from my mouth, and I began convulsing in pain. Tears flowed through my face, and Dr. Busse continued to be abusive toward me and characterized my cries for help as disturbing other patients.I wrote to the the Patient Advocate (run by the people who oversee the clinic). They said that they would investigate the incident. I told my student dentist I would be withdrawing with UIC Dental until the matter was resolved. Im no longer a patient there, as UIC Dental never informed me of the outcome of the incident.In hindsight, I should have complained to the state board, but I wasnt thinking of that option at the time. I bring that up now as something you should be aware of if you are ever treated that badly by a dentist who oversees patients going to the largest dental clinic in Illinois.If youre going here and like it, Im not going to change your mind. If you had a bad experience here, Ive proved youre not alone. If youre thinking of coming here, with a lot of dental work and state insurance, give it a shot and by the first three visits youll know if youre in it for the long haul.

This place is horrible I had a surgery scheduled right before covid-19 hit. My scheduled surgery got pushed back to remove four impacted painful teeth I ended up getting one removed by outside dentist because they werent open then Ive been calling since then to try to figure out when my surgery is going to happen they claim they call me back August here it is its December and I had never received this call left multiple voicemails and messages be able to get my teeth removed at this point do not go here at all. By the time you even see a surgeon to get your teeth removed youll be almost dead and full of infection please try somewhere else.

UIC dental school is the WORST!! I had full trust in them to do my dentures, which I was terrified about, and they really messed them up. Not even fitting my mouth, HUGE gap in the middle. I looked like a chipmunk and couldnt eat, so I had to work on the gum area a little myself because they abandoned me for more than 3 months after the quarantine. Neither them nor the insurance is admitting that UIC had any fault, and they want to make me pay to get them redone. The person on the phone and other staff are rude. If you dont like your job, find another one. If you can afford to go elsewhere, please do....certainly not here!

Wish I could give no stars. After months of waiting I got an appointment for my 70 year old father thats in a wheel chair today at 1:00pm.Due to the automatic doors not working and being stopped for our temperature being taken we ended up checking in 6 mins past his appointment time and were refused service. The girl behind counter talks over you and will not listen to your concerns. Than was charged $5 for 5 minutes of parking all this after driving for over an hour to get there. Totally ridiculous! No care for senior citizens at All!!

Student docs are great and friendly; however, they don’t know how to work with children who are afraid. My son was promised he would be able to watch a TV screen during the operation- the screen didn’t work and they knew it even while making the promise. He was told he wouldn’t get a shot. They had to give a shot to numb his gums and from that point he would not corporate. You cannot lie to children and expect a good experience. The nurse / attendant Sonya was rude, mean and called my child defiant because he was afraid and the doc couldn’t complete her task. Wouldn’t recommend for children who are special needs, or highly afraid.

Honestly just terrible. The office doesnt prepare you properly for your first visit (or, at the very least, didnt tell me I needed anything other than showing up 15 minutes early, completely ignoring the fact that i needed x-rays and my retainers and night guards) and they seemingly NEVER(?) call back.It seems theres only one person running the phones but with no expectations set, theres no excuse. I consistently wait over a week for a return call and usually have to leave multiple messages before that happens.Additionally, one of the doctors is condescending and rude. I wouldnt go back if the only other TMD treatment facility wasnt in St Charles. But Ive started seeing a physical therapist hoping to just cut these guys out.

I am so very disappointed of their services. I know they have a waiting list but I feel like the dentists dont care about providing good services to patients. When they called that the kids dentistry was back open after the pandemic closure. I told the I needed time to because I was recovering from the Covid. So a few weeks ago my 5 year old started having trouble with a cavity and a receptionist very nicely helped schedule an appointment. So I went to the appointment on Monday August 10. They checked our temperature twice before entering the examination room however when the resident started asking questions about Covid because she saw in the chart that we were sick in April after a explained what happened she gave me and my daughter unpleasant looks and said she couldnt give her any treatment until we got tested again and proved that we were negative. Basically she turned us back and didnt care that my daughter was having problem with her molar. She said she was going to talk to the supervisor and they were whispering in the hallway which made feel bad and humiliated. She had an arrogant attitude. My advice if a patient tells you they had Covid ask them to get tested first before making them come in a waste their time and energy. Also if they see that you are Hispanic they treat you as if you cant speak English before talking to you the resident asked the assistant to ask of you speak English just because were Hispanic doesnt mean we dont speak English. To begin I’ve been in the dental field more than 10 17 years. The staff was friendly the reason I only give 3 stars actually only 2 1/2 if I could is first the phone service is horrible. Second I scheduled my daughter because her wisdom teeth are impacted. Instead they did a screening about to see if she “qualifies” for them too pull them here. I scheduled her here because they do GA. I’m not sure what she has to qualify got. Second I also brought my husband because he needs extraction and a partial again only a screening was done. they both have tooth aches but have to wait at least 6 weeks just for a comprehensive exams and then maybe get an answer. I’m not sure we want to wait. Also the fact that they want both an fmx and pan is nonsense. No insurance what so ever covers both on the same day because it’s categorized as the same thing. But the dental school requires it before they can make a decision whether they even will take them as patients. I though we option of just seeing a regular dentist. I think the receptionist have to be trained way better on categorizing what kind of appointment to make.

I had a very positive experience. I had a dental bridge replaced by Dr. Zurich and he was awesome. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. His bedside manner is phenomenal, very genuine. I also required a root canal to be redone as well. Dr. Zurich did not proceed with the implant until he was absolutely sure I wasnt having any pain. The staff is friendly and professional. I was impressed and would definitely recommend the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry.

Made a appointment on May 8, 2019. Went there to get just 1 cavity filling. On that visit, student examined my teeth. Paid $176 for procedure D0147 provider U21670. Went downstairs for X-rays(students also doing X-rays ). Very SLOW in that department. 2nd visit on June 5, 2019, student wanted to do everything except for what I asked for. Please I didn’t do all this for your to pull the back of my teeth out. I appreciated your concerned and attentive but HELL NO. He refused to do my cavity filling until he examine all my teeth. I LEFT! I want my money back $176. He didn’t do NOTHING to my teeth. Terrible! I’m very disappointed. It didn’t say “NONREFUNDABLE” on this diagnostic initial fee. Who can I contact to get my money $176 back?

Im trying to set up an appointment with a dental student to put a crown on. I lost my job and my new workplace doesnt have dental insurance. I tried emailing and got no response, I tried calling and the one time I got an answer she couldnt hear me and hung up. The answering machine doesnt even give you enough time to leave a message. Can someone help me out here? Frustrating!

This rating is only for their new patient customer service. I have called about eight times at varied hours in past few business days for urgent care and always get automated messages. Can’t leave a voice mail, no one calls back, and there’s no way to email the department I actually need to see. Definitely needs to be fixed for urgent care at least.

They have the most infuriating appointment setting process Ive ever seen, they can only schedule appointments for three hours for some unknown reason. Good luck trying to get someone to even answer a call in the first place even if you do call between 9:30-11:30, no one has even answered. Everyone there is really nice though. I want to punch myself in the face every time I try and setup an appointment

Bad service in answering phone calls all the time they take longer than 30 min to answer wth. I wish I didnt rate no stars whatsoever. Ridiculous service.

What made me rate them is because of phone call. They take forever to answer, my provider gave me a referral and I needed to see this place but it seems like they don’t want to run their business because they don’t like answering call, it took me more than an hr and still nothing! So fade up

This rating is only for their new patient customer service. I have called about eight times at varied hours in past few business days for dentistry and always get automated messages. Can’t leave a voice mail, no one calls back, and there’s no way to email the department I actually need to see. Definitely needs to be fixed.I will let people know if you have a dental emergency DO NOT GO HERE!They dont accept walk ins no mater the urgency.

Very friendly atmosphere from the valet service to the housekeeping staff

I have been utilizing the services of the UIC College of Dentistry for many years, as Ive never had dental insurance. They are reasonably priced; but, more importantly, the dental students are top notch. I am currently with my sixth student, and Ive been very impressed with all of them. The only downside is that most steps of whatever treatment you are receiving need to be checked by a professor, and that extends the time you are in the chair. That can also be a positive, however, as you are assured that your treatment is monitored. I still give them a giant thumbs up!

An amazing place! Dr. Kelsey and her assistants were so patient and so kind to my daughter who has a fear of dentists. She explained every step and made my daughter and I feel safe and cared for! Love them!

I came into the urgent care today for a visit with my Wisdom tooth poking threw and got it pulled the same day! My dentist was nice to me and so were the post grad students who pulled my tooth out. All together I was there maybe 2 hours tops and all this was done thanks to these talented students. I was comfortable, and had less pain walking out. Thank you UIC ! Great place to have dental work done for low cost but high quality.

I called back in July to schedule an appointment for oral surgery and I was waitlisted until November and STILL did not receive a call back. I tried contacting them numerous times but always sent to voicemail.. I’m so upset

You are treated at best as an animal here. Nobody will contact you by phone or email. I have sent 2 emails and left at least 5 voicemails over 4 weeks and no luck getting my concerns answered. Im due tomorrow for serious work but will not be there as I have no idea of the total cost or procedures involved or if they will even continue to see me. Its been 3 months since my first appointment and still I have not been told if I am accepted as a patient. Supposively it takes a few weeks but here I am months later still more confused than day one. Wish I never heard of this place. Wasted months in pain. Never felt like anything was being taken care of. Im sick to my stomach just thinking about it. Animals are treated better in the vet near my home.

When you first go in the building there is a security guard behind a small stand/desk and he likes to leer at women and girls.

Four stars because it was literally impossible for me to get a hold of someone to schedule my daughter to be seen. Finally I left a message and 3 weeks later a woman called back to set her appointment up. Anyways my daughters dentist is amazing with children. He is just great, and Im so happy we got scheduled with him. We also have been brought back right away, no wait time for us.

This issue needs to get reviewed delicantly. Besides from no longer getting informed about insurance coverage after my deep cleaning or dental cleaning dental implant but somehow some way. For the thriteenth time or the Nineth time The lead men policy/regulations/supervisors/management/managers since Sent me a bill more than twice and sent me a bill more than three times I paid for already without informing about access to insurance coverage or not.

I had some major implant work done here. The team of Doctors maintained professional care all through the process. The atmosphere is bright, modern, and comfortable. When you have an upcoming appointment an automated phone prompt contacts you to assure that youre aware of the date. You can also have a text message sent to you. Ill be returning to the school for ongoing dental care. They do excellent work. I give them a superlative.

As other people have mentioned, good luck getting a human to answer the telephone in any department of this building. I have been able to talk to someone once in the last three months.

Is it impossible to make an appointment. I called the supervisor and still waiting on a call back. I was told my son has a tumor in his jaw line and I was referred to the best oral surgeons yet it is impossible to get someone on the phone!!

Dr. Alder is always very helpful and professional. She made me very comfortable during all my Dental work with her. She was always punctual and informative as to what work I needed done and why it was needed. I felt very safe with her as my dentist. Jamie Weed Beck

Shawn Jung was my student dentist he was exceptional he worked with my schedule. I also worked with Dr. Marinis he was amazing. I had to take a break due to a chemo infusion and as soon as my schedule is clear I look forward to continue treatment with Diora who is my new student dentist. She has been great communicating about scheduling.

It has taken me a month for my son to get a visit his dentist sends all information to this God awful place coming from lake county taking me an hour and 45 minute commute for them to not answer their phone so I could let them know I was going to be late when I finally get there 15 minutes after my appointment they tell me they canceled my appointment 15 minutes ago and they werent going to do anything for my son until he complained of pain. Really pathetic place dirty I wouldnt recommend to anyone only people who are looking for a cheap fix and not worried about them doing things the right way never will I go there again or recommend them to anyone they need new staff so rude and for working with children not sympathetic at all I would give them negative stars if I could

Dr Alder is always helpful and professional. She made my wife very comfortable during all of her dental work (which has been extensive). Dr Alder is always punctual for the appointments. She was very informative as to what work was needed and why it was needed. My wife was very happy with Dr Alder and very confident with her abilities as a dentist! The only negative I would give is the Parking. The lot is an absolute nightmare in the afternoons. It took over 45 minutes after 1 appt to wind our way though the different levels. Having one attendant on duty was not efficient!

My 2 year old was referred to them as of now 2 in a half weeks ago. I was told that they would call me never happened. I call them everyday and leave a voicemail. I am currently still calling no call back or anything. Im getting the feeling my son will never be seen unless we go up there. That tells me the service will not be A1. RIDICULOUS!

Whenever we try to make an appointment to UIC Dentistry they never answer the phone. They will pick up the phone and hang up and they wont call you back even when you have left them multiple voicemails. When you go to UIC and see the ladies who operate the phone they are always talking and ignoring the phones. They are also extremely rude. It has awful service.

A great place to get dental work done... Very calming and upbeat environment.... My student dentist Betty is fantastic... Shes extremely skilled and knowledgeable... Plus you cant beat the prices...

Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone. I had an appointment this week and just needed to confirm the time of the appointment and cant get anyone to answer in ANY of the departments. Ive had this appointment scheduled for three months and in four days no one can answer the phone? Thats ridiculous and has been a waste of my time. Thanks for nothing.

Went in for a painful abscess. Was expecting the appointment to take forever, but I didn’t have to wait long at all, and I could ask for more professional treatment, and actually affordable for someone with no insurance. A lifesaver.

I was having a hard time scheduling over the phone. No one was answering. I had to drive there to schedule an appointment in person. I walked in the PG Endodontics department and there was a long line of patients checking in and some were trying to schedule too. I now understand why its so hard getting a hold of someone over the phone. There are only two receptionist working in the front desk putting patients on hold while trying to schedule the patients that were walking in. Very nice front staff, explained to me what my insurance covers and what it doesnt.

The dentistry is spectacular with their service. The dentists and staff are very sweet and nice as they always place their care towards their patients. I have been attending UIC dental for the past 16 years and I had never had an issue or complaint about this place. I highly recommend this dentistry as my experience has been mellowed with satisfaction and in no doubt will I change my mind about this place.

I love this place because I suffered for a very long time without answers to my problem untill I went here! They are so very nice and patient and took time to explain things to me. They treated me with respect and great gentleness. I now have, thanks to UIC college of Dentistry an answer and a plan towards healing. Thank you Doctors and Students. See you soon. Donna

They never answer calls and never return calls! I’ve left various messages through out the year hoping I’d get a call back and not once have they even bothered! If you don’t not want to help people why are you in the healthcare field!? I’m definitely changing my son’s dentist provider.

My treatment is already 4 and a half months late because these guys are taking their sweet time. They have zero communication skills when it comes down to interacting with the patient and keeping them informed on their procedure. Last time I had any communication with the staff was about 2 months ago. I was supposed to be in post op and recovering already; however, the AMAZING doctors at UIC are treating my life like a game and my treatment has been prolonged by weeks and they still cannot give me a specific date for when my surgery is supposed to occur. I think about committing suicide on a daily basis, but I guess that would just make them happier since they wouldnt have to deal with me and my problematic surgery. Absolute medical care disgrace.

I went and got my wisdom teeth removed March 20th 2018. I was nervous but the procedure went pretty smoothly . My app was at 10:00 am they called me back there about 10:25 so not to much of a long wait . I would recommend going here however he down parts are it’s hard to get in Contact with someone to make an app over the phone . They are constantly busy so I suggest email them what your trying to come in for and send your referral papers . Or go inside to make an appointment.

Excellent care but very hard to get first appt. Keep trying Save tons of cash compared to regular dentists. Understand that calls will not be answered UNLESS they have appointment slots open.! Many want this service but slots are limited. Once you get in Its more than worth it. Calls are accepted only at certain times in the AM ...

Dr. Rodriguez, who is a faculty dentist at the College was terrific. Shes very friendly and great at explaining what you need done. I highly recommend the College for dental care.

Overpriced and its impossible to schedule an appointment with them even if you call at the appropriate time. The machine tells you to press 1 to schedule an appointment then it transfers you to a voicemail that is not monitored. If its not monitored and no one listens to voicemails then why have it?
