This was a great experience! They took me back within 10 minutes of my appt time. The techs were very nice and explained everything. I had gone in for a bad tooth and the dentist was able to pull it. He was super nice and did a great job. He explained it all in detail from the procedure to the after care. I would highly recommend this dental office!

New patient. I decided to go in for gum sensitivity and pain from a broken tooth. I must first acknowledge how impressive their standard for disinfecting was. From the pen I used for completing documents, to my insurance card, they wiped down everything. The facility was spotless. Everyone had on a mask and kept as much distance as possible. They also had a shield to help protect their staff from people at the counter and vice versa.The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fit me in last minute, and I was in and out within 30 minutes.The dentist was kind and personable. He quickly gave me the information I needed, including how to best use my insurance benefits.This was an ideal experience. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Majzoub and his team consistently provide a positive dental experience for our family. We always feel cared for! He does a fantastic job with our children who sometimes come in a little nervous but leave with a smile, a cool toothbrush and a fun sticker. Some dentists seems to constant find an issue with your teeth, which I find to be more of a money grab. Not with the good dentist here. He isn’t out to make a buck, but to provide what you need to keep a healthy mouth.

They are rude !!!!!! they give you the run around but they dont stop calling you the lady in the front jenny or whatever her name is needs to go!! never going here again.. they do not care about your heath just your money!!

A great family friendly environment. They do a great job with notifying patients of their upcoming appointments. I also had my braces done here and the monthly appointments had little waiting time to see the Orthodontist. Everyone works well to make sure you are satisfied with your teeth and their service.

I would recommend Dental Image to anyone. I avoided the dentist for nearly five years and was very nervous during my first visit. Doctor Majzoub kept me comfortable and had a plan in mind right away. A deep cleaning a follow up cleaning later, I’ve seen amazing results with my gum health. The staff is wonderful and pricing is very reasonable.

I’ve been coming to this dental office for 4 years and I’ve had many issues with them. I keep coming back because my braces treatment is already paid in full and still have few years to go. Today I waited for over an hour and I was never called. I asked the lady to reschedule and now I have to wait over a month for the next appointment. I think this is not how I should be treated.

I highly recommend this facility. The staff is very friendly and always make me feel very welcome, they even know my name is Melissa without having to look at my file. I never have to wait a long time to make an appointment and theyre even open on Saturdays and have late afternoon appointments available. I have never had to wait for them to call me in a room past my scheduled appointment time. If I ever had any concerns over my teeth, Dr. Majzoub would tell me to come in right away. They are also very reasonably priced and Ive never had a problem when theyve submitted my claims to my insurance company. I will never switch to go to another dentist and am very grateful for everything they have done for me.

I am new to the city and neighborhood so I wanted to tryout a dentist in the neighborhood to show my support.The dentist provided above average service but as I learned is a major problem with this strip mall, my car was towed.When I called the owner to explain that I was getting dental work he called me a lair and mumbled something about having cameras.Asking around the neighborhood it was explained to me the strip mall owner is kicking some sort of kick back from the towing company. Needless to say I will not be coming back to any of the businesses in the strip mall anytime soon.

I have been a patient of Dr. Majzoub for almost 20 years now. Due to my fear of dentists i skipped about 7 years and just paid him a visit last month. I honesty wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I started having major teeth issues. Broke one tooth that got infected (which he warned me about) and also another infected tooth that i had root canal done on. Let me tell you! As soon as i saw Dr. Majzoub and his staff i already felt much better and at ease. He took x-rays of my whole mouth and knew right away that i had issues. He told me exactly what was wrong and what i needed to get done before things got worse (than they already were). I did not hesitate and scheduled my first deep cleaning session right then and there. I was super nervous and scared (both session were easy!) He has magic hands! Even the way he gave me the shot i didn’t feel a thing. IT WAS A PIECE OF CAKE and i walked out of there happy. 2 days ago i went back and had my two infected teeth extracted. I literally had lost sleep 2 days prior cause i was SO SCARED!I went in, got my numbing shots and both teeth were pulled within 20 minutes. NOT EVEN! I was actually shocked when he tapped me on my shoulder and said HE WAS DONE! I think he realized the look on my face like WE ARE DONE? I took about one pain killer just in case!!!! I went home and literally felt normal. Like i didn’t just have two teeth pulled out!!! When i say he has magic hands I’m not exaggeration! Dr. Majzoub and his team are a gods gift to me! I have known Monica his dental hygienist since day 1 and is the sweetest person i ever met who makes things better! Jennifer is amazing and helped me with all my questions! Ector was great and gave me all the post OP instructions and made me feel soooo comfortable. I will be living out of state by this year but Dr. Majzoub will remain my dentist no matter where i live. Dr. Majzoub was extremely patient and nice with me since I do have a phobia for the dentist due to past trauma. He encouraged me always to come back and finish. I was terrified at first, but him and his staff took great care of me (my husband and children). I highly recommend Dental image to everyone!.

I had an appointment in March for an exam and cleaning. The dentist talked to me for not more than 2 minutes, looked in my mouth for about 10 seconds, and then told me that I needed X-rays and to be approved for deep cleaning and to refill some old fillings that had fallen out. As a veterinarian, I am trained in general dentistry and Im not exactly sure how he can count the 10 seconds as a dental exam. So I was told that they would call me in about 2-3 weeks while they got approval from my insurance company.Its now June and I called them back. Honestly, I should have called earlier but I have been so busy with work and traveling that it just slipped my mind. They said that they still had not received approval from the insurance company. They called the insurance company on the other line and was on hold so they said they would call me back. They didnt. So I called again the next afternoon and apparently the insurance company had needed additional information and no one sent it to them.So I just requested my X-rays and am going to another dentist. If you want poor, unpersonalized, assembly line service, this is the place to go...Otherwise, I suggest going to another clinic.

Dr Majzoub D.D.S and his staff are lovely, skilled and kind people - Dr Majzoub takes care of me, my son and his gf most recently. While I have enjoyed and benefitted greatly from his attention to my dental needs, it is his care for loved ones that is touching, refreshing. This is the WORST dental clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Majzoub is COMPLETELY unprofessional and rude. If you ask any questions in regards to your teeth or cleaning he assumes youre questioning his opinion. I would stay FAR away from here.

I first came to this office in 2016 with active tooth pain after 4 years avoiding the dentist.Im not insured for dental, and I was afraid when I had my visit there would be no way I was going to leave with any money left in my wallet or unashamed for avoiding the dentist.I was so pleasantly surprised. Not only was the appointment for a cleaning and x-rays way less expensive than anticipated despite my lack of insurance, they had me out in under an hour!I was throughly impressed by the fact that they also do cavatronic cleanings. If you hate metal tools on your teeth as much as I do, come here! Instead of the old fashioned tools they use a high pressure water jet to get all the plaque off your teeth. Its fast and painless!I ended up with a referral for a root canal that was great and reasonably priced, and then I went back to Dr. Majzoub for a half dozen cavities and a crown. The staff is incredibly friendly and always calls before you have an appointment or if its been six months and you need to schedule a follow-up. I was also never made to feel bad for having dental issues or for having avoided the dentist for so long.I never thought I would say this, but one of the reasons Im hesitant to leave Chicago is that I wouldnt be able to come here anymore.Couldnt recommend this place more, if I could give them 10 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. I carry cards for Dr. Majzoub for every time I hear someone talking about needing dental care I send them here.

Dr. Majzoub is incredible. I have years of experience in different dental clinics in Chicago, some of them run by reputable professionals highly regarded in their circles but Dr. Majzoub has gone the extra mile at every level. Hes been not only the most competent as far as diagnosis and treatment are concerned buy also in his compassionate care towards his patients. I live closeby but even if I had to travel to see Dr. Majzoub it would be worth the time, investment and effort.

As opposed to the other review (which i feel is not honest at all) oh and watch the grammar. My opinion is totally different toward Dr. Majzoub and his staff. I first came in for a special i noticed on the window.. EXAM AND CLEANING $60.. Which Ive been to many dentists and they always charge seperately.. So i got my cleaning done with some x-rays they threw (for free) in so they can check if i had any cavities. I did not which was good!!! But anyhow Dr. Majzoub was very nice and professional he explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. His staff was friendly as well as professional, very knowledgeble. Definitely Im going back for my 6 moths check up!!!

I went there for for emergency treatment and my tooth to be extraction and the doctor refused to do it , and he transferred me to UIC clinic, so disappointed i was thinking its good to go there , the staff some how was Ok , but not friendly

I went several months ago because it said in the papers that they send that there was a promotion of 75 dollars. They did cleaning and the consultation for that price and then when they came they did something else to me and well, according to what they gave me an appointment to go elsewhere that They couldnt do that kind of work that I wanted, so Im still waiting for the mail to send me to go until they break all my teeth, so they better call me ... it wasnt a good idea to go now.

I will never return to that place they charged me almost $ 600 dollars boy almost for a year and I still cant eat on the side that they covered my tooth that hurts that these places just want to get the money, they made me a cleaning I think it lasted longer I brushing my teeth teeth that what that person lasted grabbing my clean 👎👎👎 lousy
