It was a joy to have Laster Orthodontics to help me with my dental problem. They were very up dated on equipment and how they did things, I had never encountered. The X-Ray procedure was new to me and not hurtful to my teeth, trying to get this large piece of what ever in my mouth to take pictures. My daughter said her appointment went well. The appointment started on time. I would love to get an update after visits. When we leave appointments, I would like communication from the practice directly, not needing to rely on my daughter for communication. We were originally told she would have bands put in but she said she isnt sure if they will still do that?

As usual, a fantastic experience. We have 3 children in braces/retainer (with Laster) and child #4 went in for a consult. We dont go out of loyalty - with each child we assess the best cost and the best plan. Laster has just been at the top each time! My son, whose checklist is not the same as ours, is thrilled about the point system. Even though Dr. Laster was honest and said to come back in 6 months for a re-check (we always appreciate honesty and will be back), he went for the points for stopping his thumb sucking habit. I have not seen him suck his thumb since that day and each day he reminds me of the points he will earn. :)

Got my braces done here a few years ago and they did a great job! The staff is very friendly!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Laster for any orthodontic needs! My initial consultation with Dr. Laster was due to an interest in Invisalign after my teeth moved from losing my retainers as a teenager (when they say dont put your retainer in a napkin at a restaurant, its for good reason...). However, I ended up choosing to do a Laster Perfect Smile (LPS) treatment instead and I am absolutely thrilled with my decision + the results! The LPS treatment is basically the same concept as Invisalign (clear plastic aligners) except they are made on-site and created using a 3-D scanner and printer! It was much more affordable, the quality was much more controlled, and if I broke an aligner (from grinding my teeth in my sleep) then I didnt have to wait for it to be sent to an off-site lab.You can tell Dr. Laster loves what he does and it shows! I will definitely recommend Dr. Laster to anyone I know that needs aligners or braces! Thank you, Dr.L and team!

Laster Orthodontics has provided excellent care for all four of our children through the process of braces. The positive, non-judgemental attitude of the staff always makes arriving at appointments and waiting for treatment an easy experience. Their responsiveness to urgent situations and their flexiblilty in adjusting appointments is always surprising. As a whole, they continually handle situations professionally and with understanding. Most importantly, we are very happy with the treatment outcomes and our kids are happy that the staff makes coming to appointments fun!

Unfortunately, I was a few minutes late due to the construction. The reception staff was polite when I called for directions making sure I arrived safely because of the high volume of traffic in the area. Mrs. Friedlein was a doll. I have always been self conscious about my teeth, but she did her best to make me feel comfortable and smile at the same time. Because she too had worn braces, should could empathize with my anxiety. Dr. Laster was cool too. He was straight forward, knowledgeable, pleasant, kept a smile on his face, and even wears braces himself which did make the process a lot less stressful for me. When Mrs. Fredlein gave me the quote, I didnt freak out because everything is laid out in black and white with no hidden fees. I would recommend Laster Orthodontics.

Dr and the two lead hygienist were great! However the front desk wasnt friendly at all.The only thing I regret is not doing my research before such a huge investment ...My bite is still off, I have a slight space in between a few teeth. I never recived my bf and after pic.. it seemed as if I would always get in the chair with someone who was in training. After my brackets were off I didnt get my teeth shaved down I literally had to ask. Another thing happened were my HAS was Stop due to documents that needed to be sent in.. I had this conversation with the girl at the front desk and she was extremely unprofessional about it... a patient over heard it and sent in a check to cover my balance. The manager called me and told me this never happens but then finishes the conversation by saying u need to pay it forward in a very condescending way.. I wanted to get a second set of retainers and had to pay full price after spending over 6,000 dollars. Just horblie customer service . Dr Lassiter and the two lead hygienist should find a friendly staff.. my daughter needed phase one.. and I took her to Gladwell and they treat us like family and not a number!!!!
