Recently Halley has been my dental assistant to Dr. Smith for some substantial work being done to my top front teeth. Although I’ve been a patient of Triangle Dentistry for 20 years I walked out of a cleaning appointment two years ago, then never went back due to the lack of positivity shown by my last dental hygienist. While I loved Dr. Smith, the woman that was getting ready to clean my teeth couldn’t answer even my basic questions about what my portion of the deep cleaning would cost me and then got short and frustrated with me. At least this was my perception of the events. HOWEVER, when I presented before the Christmas holidays with a terrible toothache and then needed an emergency root canal, then major work on my front teeth Halley came to my rescue! She has been a delight through the entire ordeal. She is extremely positive and witty yet very straight forward. This is the type of person I want in my corner and my life! She held my hand when I needed that self-assurance and instinctively knew when I was scared and filled with anxiety. She has kept me laughing even when toothless. My face hurt pretty badly after some extractions because my muscles had frozen up on me. Even when I couldn’t open my mouth she had me tearing up with laughter which in my opinion is the best medicine! She is an absolutely phenomenal woman and does her job extraordinary well. She is the reason I trusted my instincts in returning to Dr. Smith for this additional surgery. Dr. Smith and Halley make an amazing duo and I will not be leaving this dentistry because of that fact. Thanks to Halley for restoring my faith in Triangle Dentistry and Dr. Smith! I am eternally grateful to her. I give her my highest recommendations to anyone that I have spoken to after this work and I will continue to sing her praises. She’s remarkable! Dr James Smith has been my dedicated and wonderful Dentist for several decades now. And i consider him a good friend as well. Im sure most , if not all, of his patients feel the same way. After Dr. Tart noticed a spot on my daughters tongue (she is 20 and was there on her own during a PANDEMIC), she told her it needed to be watched and to come back in 3 weeks. scary enough for a 20 year old to hear. then the HYGIENIST decided in her wisdom to tell her that is the first stage of ORAL CANCER. they then proceeded to give her a written estimate for a BIOPSY. you know to be prepared for the cancer diagnosis.disgusted with the awful way in which they handled this. after going there for 15 years we will be finding a new dentist. to drum up business in this manner is atrocious. if they were that concerned they should have referred her to a DOCTOR.
