I have been going to Six Forks Smiles dentistry for a few years now and have always had a very positive experience. Friendly staff, beautiful waiting area, but most importantly honest employees who are not just trying to get your money by up selling dental services or worse telling you that you need services that you don’t. I have had that happen at other dental offices and I fully trust Six Forks Smiles to be honest and do a good quality job when I do need work done.

This office is wonderful. Both the dental assistant and the doctor were patient and caring for me. I had extractions done and the doctor even texted me and checked on me the day after my procedure (which was a Saturday). Definitely will continue going there!

Had to find a new dentist because of my new insurance. I was reluctant at first, but all of my visits have been great. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and my procedures were done quickly and painlessly.

Dr. Schmoor and her whole staff are SO great! Even my 6 & 3 year old enjoyed getting their teeth cleaned. My 6 year old with sensory processing was very anxious and they eased his worries from the moment he walked in the door. They talked him through everything that they were going to do and he felt confident after he was done and excited to go back to the dentist again. We will be back in 6 months ;-)

My daughter had a really, really weird, odd, super strange thing going on with her tooth, and I needed an expert opinion. Even as a new patient, the scheduling assistant, Sharon, was able to get her in quickly to evaluate. Everyone was very warm and welcoming and made us feel at home. The hygienist was personable and accomodating, including trying to find a tv channel my daughter might like. Dr. Schmorr had a great manner and knew exactly how to handle my opinionated 10 year old. She offered to pull the offending loose baby tooth, but when my daughter resisted, Dr. Schmorr gave her a hand mirror and showed her exactly how to handle the tooth situation herself. I appreciate that she recognized the budding independence and autonomy that starts around this age. We couldnt be happier with our first experience here and are excited to find a new dental home.

The staff are friendly and professional.This was my first visit and Kim was my hygienist and she was the bomb! She was very detailed about everything she was doing. Dr.Schmoor was awesome and I love that fact that she only does what need to be done. Highly Recommend

I always have such a great experience here. The staff are so friendly and professional. They make me feel so comfortable every time I go. The office itself is very clean and has a nice atmospheric. There is a plant wall and mini waterfall in the waiting room which is calming and lovely. A little bit of calm and charm like this is what every dentist office needs. I reccomend this office to anyone looking for a good dentist especially if you might be a little nervous. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable here.

Amazing, staff, hygienist, dentist, office and experience!

My appointment was for the placement of my new crown. However, I was having trouble with a molar. I told Dr. Schmorr about the new pain and she immediately isolated the problem. She and her hygenist went ahead and remedied the problem right then, rather than having me suffer through more days of pain. They took the time to do both procedures and I cannot be more thankful. The hygienist, Shawna, is the most caring, competent hygienist I have ever had.

Dr. Schmorr and her staff are an extremely skilled group. The office is well-run and everyone is very nice. Best dentist I have ever worked with!

From the time you hit the door you feel welcome. They greet you by your name after one visit.The Dentist and hygienist ( I will not use another as she knows me and base her care on my anxiety) are the best. I started out by getting 10 to 12 Novocain shots just for cleaning. After 4 years, I have now completed two cleanings with no shots. Nobody loves going to the dentist, and everyone dreads root canals. However, Dr. Schmorr and her team made my recent root canal as pleasurable as it could be by providing great operative pain control, efficient work and a really cool feature of TV’s on the ceiling! Dr. Schmorr also followed up with me to make sure I was doing well after the procedure. My tooth pain is gone!

Six forks smiles is the best dentistry Ive ever been too. They make you feel so important... like president status. They are vary knowledgeable and great with explaining and resolving any issues that you may have. I would recommend this to everyone. Shout out to chad great receptionist, he got me in right away. Rabecca the P.A. was wonderful she took my x-rays and calmed me down from being so nervous. Finally Dr. Gandhi she was able to explain my treatment perfectly and is vary professional!

Today was my first visit here and I absolutely love them! Everyone from the front desk person, hygienist and Dentist are extremely friendly and kind. Jamie was my hygienist and she was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and talked me there every step. She made me feel so comfortable. This will definitely be my new dental office.

Great atmosphere and folks go above and beyond for their patients!

I showed up a day early for my appointment. Everyone at the office made it possible for me to get my teeth cleaned while I was there. I have always been happy with the everything about this dentist office, this visit just reassured me I am at the right place. Doctor G graciously cleaned my teeth and did a great job and had lots of great suggestions for me!

Broke a tooth on Tuesday, the Six Forks office was able to get me in on Wednesday and Dr. Schmoor was able to save the tooth. Everyone was very helpful beginning with Sharon the receptionist.

I am extremely satisfied with the services that were provided to me. Being a single mom I have to take my five month with me wherever I go and they were very helpful and patient with me while I dealt with him at the same time. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for dentistry services.

Doc and all the assistants are professional and cool. They are always flexible; they have gotten me in next day for chipped tooth twice. I moved to Cary but am staying with them because they are that awesome and do great work (both cleaning and cosmetic).

I recently cracked a tooth and I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Schmoor. I was very pleased to have the problem evaluated so quickly. I was in agreement with the treatment plan which greatly decreased my anxiety about the situation.

All the staff is awesome!! You wont find any bad service here. I took a break from dentist after a bad experience with a previous dentist. But after coming here I look forward to my appointments.They are friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and positive. They have created a great environment that relieves any stress and anxiety that one may have from going to the dentist or having dental work done. They learn each of their patients and make sure to give you first class treatment specific to you. There are TVs in each of the rooms to distract you while they work and make you feel more comfortable. They talk you through what is happening.I would give them 10 stars but only 5 are above.

Always excellent. I have anxiety and a very sensitive gag, and yet I always have a great experience. I was referred to Dr. Schmorr and Jaime by a colleague and in turn I’ve been referring everyone I know. Their entire staff is wonderfully patient, understanding and professional.

I hadnt been to the dentist for a while, so before coming to Dr Schmorrs office, I was quite nervous. The waiting room was very comforting and it didnt take long before I was called to go inside. My dental hygienist was fantastic - she was so friendly and made me very relaxed. She explained everything she was going to do and asked if I was okay several times throughout the check up. The overall experience was great. I definitely recommend this dentists office!!

Dr. Schmorr and her staff are professional caring and great at what they do. Even though I moved out of the area I still continue to make the drive back because they are the best hands down. They handled my insurance and got me a last-minute appointment when I really needed it. Their office is beautiful and you will feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you walk in. It’s nice knowing that they have their finger on the pulse of the latest dental innovations, products and procedures.

As always, Dr. Schmorr is an outstanding Dentist for (you know) all the DENTIST things you normally expect a Dentist to know and do. BUT - additionally - she is ALWAYS able to help with any OTHER question I have about changes going on above my shoulders (except for things that would require her to pop open my skullcap and work on my brain). She still surprises me with her WEALTH of knowledge and information on such other issues and I appreciate her even more because of it!

Good dentist but the office manager is impossibly incompetent. Many many mistakes over multiple years. I was over charged, plus my insurance company billed and they still sent my account to collections. When I tried to correct it and communicate with Dr. Schmorr, the office manager called and gave me more excuses. I was over billed 5 months ago, was promised a refund check would go out but 10 days later, office manager still didnt even know what name should go on refund check. So sad!

The technicians and dentist are very knowledgeable and the office seems to have more technology advances than other offices than I have been to. Overall, first great visit. I have my invisible retainer appointment next week (not Invisalign) and plan on using them for all future dentist needs.*Please note if you want to get your teeth straightened, there are more cost effective ways to do so especially if you only need to move a few teeth like me. Six Forks Smiles offers clear retainers with no attachments and inman retainers, which are great substitutes to Invisalign.

Friendly staff who are gentle but thorough! Dr. Schmoor always takes time to ensure I feel well-taken care of. Some places you go are like an assembly line and you see the dentist for a few seconds but at Six Forks Smiles they treat you like family.

I am so excited that I finally found a good dentist, in the Raleigh area. I moved here about three years ago and I was shopping around for a dentist that was knowledgeable and someone that I felt comfortable with and a place where I felt welcomed.
