I didnt know what to expect, but I was greatly surprised ,and was made to feel very comfortable. Dr . Molina put me at ease right off the bat,and was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and really helped me to understand what I needed, andnothing more. Dr. Molina saved my tooth!!! I went to a chain dental office and was told I needed a root canal, but he was able to fill the cavity and save my tooth. He has serious dental skills! Dr. Molina is the only one I will go to. The office is one hour away, but worth the drive. No way I will trust anyone else with my dental care.

I was referred to this office by my periodontist after having problems with my implant retained dentures since getting them in November 2018. I have been unable to eat a lot of foods, only eating mostly soft foods as the dentures would not stay in and they would twist when I tried to chew or bite a lot of things. I was very frustrated and at the point where I was even considering removing the implants. I had made numerous visits to my dentist who made the dentures and he neverwas able to solve the problem. After going to my periodontist and him telling me that the implants were fine, I was referred to this office. I am so happy that I went as Dr Scruggs was able to fix my problem and I even left after the visit and enjoyed a steak dinner😀 I am very pleased with the service I received. Everyone there was so nice and helpful, from the receptionist to the doctors assistant, who shared a lot of information with me regarding the implants and dentures that no one else had ever bothered to let me know about, to Dr. Scruggs himself. I would highly recommend this office. A very satisfied customer. 😁

My visit was very good. I went in for removal of a broken tooth and placement of an insert. The whole procedure was done quickly and painlessly. They really take the time to assure your comfort and that the procedure is done in a comfortable manner to the patient. They are very patient and will explain any aspect of the procedure. Absolutely the best. Bar none. Dr. Gragg is attentive, meticulous, and simply the best. He created my care plan after I was told by another prosthodontist that I was not a good candidate for same day implants. Everything went really smoothly. I’m 18 days post op and I healed with no issues within 7 days. I’m very happy with the results.

After calling several places in the area to have a tooth replaced in my husbands top denture we became very discouraged with the places we contacted. We contacted this wonderful business that was so willing to help us. Called late afternoon on wed and they gave us an appointment for 10 am nect day. We were out of there by 10 :38. I have spent a lifetime terrified of dentists. I allowed that fear to justify avoiding going to the dentist for years, I mean lots of years. Bad plan. Bad consequences. I knew about Dr. Molina because he had “gone the mile” when he treated my husband for his dental issues. I finally screwed up my courage to call for an appointment with Dr. Molina at NC Prosthodontic Specialists because I had a big problem that I knew was getting worse by the day. I was a walk in. Even though they were booked for a couple weeks. They took the time to look for cancelation and had me an appointment to fix a chip tooth immediately. I visited about 3 weeks ago and had a consultation with Dr. Gragg. He was the most personable dental specialist Ive ever met. He answered all of my questions, made me feel at ease and assured me that I would be happy with my implants outcome. Im extremely excited about the upcoming months as I prep for implants in mid summer. He also, recommended that I see an orthodontist. I visited NC Prosthodontic Specialists to repair a loose crown covering an implant. DR. Gregg did a great job. Ive visited three dentist offices in the last 8 weeks and NC Prosthodontic had by far the best Covid precautionary protocols. Everyone wore a mask and wore it correctly. I was asked to sanitze my hands upon entering the office and then wash my hands in the actual examination room. Also, the work was done at a fair price. Overall very positive experience.

We went to NC Prosthodontics today. My daughters retainer that holds a tooth came out. They were terrific. They not only fixed it, but they also made a spare retainer in case that happened again. They did this all within 2 hours, so I did not need to drive back as I live in Apex.

I have nothing but great things to say about the entire team at NC Prosthodontics, essentially Dr.Gragg. This has been a horrific experience, losing all of my previously perfect teeth due to a MERSA misdiagnosis by a surgeon who botched a minor back surgery horribly. I now have an elevated distrust of doctors and especially surgeons PERIOD! Dr. Gragg has been outstanding! I interviewed a number of specialists, prior to meeting Dr. Gragg many of whom frighteningly were mirror images of the guy that not only caused enough spinal damage to need 4 additional surgeries (Different Neurosurgeon)to attempt to correct his mistakes, but killed all of my teeth in the process. Dr. Gragg was truly a breath of fresh air! Instead of going on & on about why his is the best of the best of the best, he asked me questions about me, what I have already been through and how could he help me. I was at first a little shocked, instead of being sold AT by an assembly line as I had been pushed through at other “Experts” offices everyone on Dr. Gragg’s team was on the same page. How can we make you more comfortable, as I now have some pretty severe neck problems. I’m so glad I was patient and waited for an opening. After a 3 month search, I finally found the team I could trust to undo the damage to my mouth, gums and jaw and restore my smile, not to mention my ability to eat without great pain & difficulty. Before the advent of CT scans, he performed the process using X-rays and physical examinations with an unparalleled degree of accuracy and success.
