I really enjoyed my first visit today at Boyles Dental. The office is beautiful and emits a peaceful feeling. I was seen on time by a very efficient and sweet hygienist, Jenni. When she came in the room it was evident that she had read my profile and information which I had submitted on line. I really appreciated that she had taken the time to know something about me before she saw me! After my cleaning and x-rays Dr. Boyles came in and we discussed a dental plan. He was nice and pleasant and to the point of my dental needs. I am so glad to have found this practice to help me take care of my dental needs!

Great experience overall... I must admit, I was hesitant, but only because Ive had some really bad dental experiences elsewhere in the past. Dr. Boyles runs an impressive and straight forward business. The entire team is extremely professional, knowledgable and friendly. And they dont up sell or pressure you on unnecessary procedures. Erin and Dr. Boyles were great! Excited to finally have an excellent local dentist and team! Highly recommend!

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Boyles and his team were amazing. They promptly treated my issue without lecturing all while showing compassion. After working with them I’ve already scheduled my next appt as well. If you’re looking for a friendly team that cares then look no further. Can’t believe I’m raving about a dentist office but this place deserves the praise.

Dr. Boyles was very kind and caring when an endodontist hit a nerve in my face. It took us (and 7 other specialists) over a year to figure out what was wrong with my face. I want to give Dr. Boyles credit for his patience with me during that time.However, we left his practice for two reasons. The first being he isnt great with Novocaine. My kids have had quite a few teeth pulled for various reasons and two other dentists did the extractions and my children didnt even know they used a needle. Dr. Boyles is not gentle at all when giving it. I had my own failed filling corrected at his office and it felt like he was stabbing my face. I prefer the Novocaine done where they wiggle your cheeck and push it in very sowly. You cant feel it that way.Anyway, the other reason we left is because I had a failed filling and the first time I went in about it he said it was nothing. The tooth felt like it was vibrating under my tooth brush and he did very little to fix it. Well, it turned out the filling had failed and we waited another 3 months to actually open it and fix it. I know dentists are not perfect. We did not leave his office only because of that. We left mainly because he isnt good with Novocaine.The office staff is very kind and caring. Both Linda and Liz up front were always helpful and we really appreciated them. I am writing this review to help others.....especially patients with children.

I came to get a crown, arriving at 8:30 am & completed by 11:00 am from start to finish. The numbing process was painless & I watched Coming to America while being serviced. They even gave me a blanket to stay warm. This was the best experience I have ever had while getting dental work done & the staff has always been great. Been a patient since 2002/2003.

I was a bit concerned about going to the dentist during the COVID pandemic, but was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. They are using a new type of cleaner that isnt gritty & doesnt splash everywhere / use a lot of water. Thank you for making going to the dentist such a pleasant experience, I will definitely be back for my next cleaning in 6 months!

This practice was amazing!! With masks making human interaction less personal these days, this team made me feel I’ve been coming there for years. I felt like I was getting great care and so glad we have found our dentist after moving here two years ago.

Great Staff & super clean facility!

They truly make sure that there work is done right, even if you have to go back for a follow up bc you messed up their work. The doctor is extremely professional with a bubbly effervescent personality and you can tell immediately upon walking in that all of the staff is one big family and as you walk in the door they treat you as their new cousin. Even over a year later, during a follow up they remembered personal details about your life and follow up with YOU first. Then your teeth. I couldn’t be happier with my experiences. Writing from my husband’s account- My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Boyles’ for years. I have always thought extremely highly of his chairside demeanor and ability to be conservative when necessary. As a former dental hygienist, I want the best possible care for my entire family. My daughter recently chipped her front tooth and I did not hesitate to take her to Dr. Boyles. He was so informative with her. He was nice and calm as he talked her through the whole procedure. Even in the midst of Covid 19, every necessary precaution was taken. Dr. Boyles concentrates on his attention to detail and was so precise with the procedure. Having been the victim of a violent robbery with serious bodily injury, I went to Boyles Dental as one of the final steps in my healing and recovery. It should have been an easy and a positive process; my various surgeries and dental implants were already completed, and I simply needed a dentist to finish the permanent crowns. Instead, I was deeply upset and disappointed by my experience.Boyles Dental was not victim-centric, nor victim sensitive. They seemed preoccupied with money and insecure over cash flow. In fact, of all of my medical providers following my assault, Boyles was the only one who refused to honor the crime victim payment process. Only after I began seeing them for the work did this office insist I pay them directly, which I did, and which also made it much more difficult for me to obtain the proper reimbursement. I found their refusal to participate in standard protocol for a victim of crime baffling and distasteful.In general, this office was full of excuses and justifications. The problems are top down. The office communicated in a great deal of spin, shifting what it said based on what served them in that moment on any number of things including billing, policy, aesthetics, insurance reimbursement. Front desk staff seemed eager to lure in a patient, and when things didn’t go as promised, would say they need to put it in front of the decision-maker (the dentist), upon which the issue was quickly scrambled into a mess. As earlier reviewers have stated, false billing/estimates is a problem. Internal office tensions and bickering was also present, the last thing anyone wants to experience while at the dentist.Perhaps the worst of all was being accused of being “too academic” while I was seated in the chair by the dentist himself, when in fact I was being a diligent patient, concerned with my healing and my health. I was sad and offended that a professional who took oaths could demonstrate that little regard and that little respect.This is a relatively new office with middle-aged staff, yet it has a distance to go to learn how to treat its patients, starting with the leader and traveling all the way down the chain.

Everyone at Boyles dental is always great! Comfortable chair side manner whether cleaning or having a procedure. They are very patient focused and will go the extra mile to find the best resolution for any dental problem you may have. They are also very connected to other dentists in different fields of dentistry which helps when you need something beyond basic/general dental care. The admin staff is awesome and will always do their best to accommodate your schedule! Cant say enough about this fabulous practice!
