Had a crash landing on my frames and they completely replaced the frames free of charge. I am not careless with my purchase but fully expected to pay for new frames. Friendly, fast, efficient. No reason to shop anywhere else with this kind of great service. Love this place!

I would have gone with 4 stars, but I cant stand the unethical practice of charging a patient before telling the patient exactly what they are getting. Quit adding on extra exams that are optional that insurance doesnt cover. I walked in, checked in, and was told, That will be $70. I told the lady that didnt sound right because I knew that my insurance paid 100% of the exam. She quickly printed a coverage statement and handed it to me. It showed $0.00. I asked her what I was being charged for and she said it was for the exam. I said that my insurance covers 100% of the exam. I again asked what exactly is the $70 for and she told me it was for some exam that look into your eyeballs and points to a display. I asked if that was necessary and she said no. I then told her that I didnt want the extra exam.Other than the initial experience, the girls there were really nice. Dr. Powers was nice.

We came to Vision Works after having such a terrible Eye Mart Express we came across the street to Vision Works and were treated SO much better. Super friendly and efficient staff!! Thank you we will be coming back next year!

****Update—ever since I’ve been back to pick up my glasses and deal with other issues—the customer service has been absolutely outstanding. Both the gentleman that seems to always be there (I don’t know his name) and Lexi. Thank you so much!****Never buying glasses here again. I contacted the store Tuesday to schedule a convenient time to pick up my glasses—they said no appointment was necessary—I told the representative it’d be two days before I could come in. Hours changed all of a sudden—I drove 50 minutes to pick up my glasses—got to the entrance of store at 556pm—and there was a newly posted sign stating new closing hours of 6pm—the two employees closing down the store saw us and didn’t even at least acknowledge us to make us feel better about the change of hours. You know what would have been awesome? If you scheduled my appointment like I asked you to. This could have been avoided. I am frustrated and disappointed with service.

This was my first time in using Visionworks and it will definitely not be my last!!! The store was clean, well organized, had ample selection and the associate, Nate, was both professional and knowledgeable! Nate is a true asset to Visionworks!!!

Went to Eye Mart Express first. They would not use my insurance to its maximum benefits. They limited it to 75% towards frame and 75% towards the lenses. I went to Visionworks today. They used my insurance and it covered 100% of the frames and 100% of the normal progressive lenses. I upgraded the lenses and still came out cheaper than I would have from Eye Mart. I also came out a few hundred dollars less than the place I bought glasses last year. ..I highly recommend them for anyone. They also have a friendly and attentive staff.

This location is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Mandy, the store manager, went above and beyond for me and my family while purchasing our glasses. I truly appreciate her genuine kindness which reflects the overall atmosphere of this VisionWorks. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you for everything!

Went in today to get my nephews and my own glasses adjusted. We were welcomed with eagerness to help and customer satisfaction mattered. Kylon did a fast and wonderful job on all our glasses. He was so nice, pleasant guy. Great place!

I could have ask for better customer service. They stand behind their glasses 100%. I ordered two pairs of glasses, one were sunglasses. I didn’t care for the sunglasses because they were to dark. They replaced them for not cost. Thank you!

Really mixed feelings about this but decided to one star on the basis that even though they have great package prices for the non-insured, they will lie to you about your private insurance to try and get you to cash pay instead. Very shady and deceptive!

This place is amazing. We were here today fixing our bended glasses and Kylon not only did the best job fixing them at no charge, but also, he was very kind and shared a great conversation with us. The store and Kylon were beyond any expectation. We highly recommend this place. They are not interested in charging you, they care about their customers.

Well, customer service is awful, waited patiently for 47 minutes while the one sales lady tried to process one pick up order and answer questions from about 4 other customers who came in after I did. She assured me she was going to take my order and then when she did come over to take my order another lady, who had been there about 10 minutes, asked her a question and she said well Im just going to look up some information for her? I said ,no thats it and I took my order to another business. Really need to have more than one person working in the store

Stood in the store for 45 minutes while some brunette ran around by herself trying to help 6 different people. No one else there to help her. I got tired of waiting. Ended up going to lenscrafters, got help immediately and bought 3 pair. Maybe hire more help? Or you’ll continually lose customers.

Really enjoy my visits. They are dont run you out the door and answer all my questions. The prices are great here. Everyone os super nice.
