Hannah was so patient as I tried two dozen pair of glasses. She was helpful and friendly. All the associates were pleasant. My glasses were ready before the time promised, and they let me know by text. I will use eye mart express when I get new glasses or a pair of shades

I love Eyemart Express, the staff is really knowledgeable in what they do and they help you figure out which pair of frames look good on your face. And your glasses are done in a timely manner. They tell you about an hour but it hardly ever takes an hour. I was in their yesterday and only had to wait about 15-20 minutes for two pairs of glasses. I would strongly recommend Eyemart Express to my family and friends.

Ive been going here since I was 16 and service is still great as always. Price is moderate, and not too high of a price. Best time to come here is when theyre doing theyre deals, but otherwise its not that expensive. The staff are always kind and generous. Never had problems to this date and Im 22 now. I come here every 2 years and I still leave satisfied.

I could not be more pleased with this excellent store. The manager, Peggy Sue, and Seth and Jackson and Cammie and Paul - personable, efficient, kind, patient and caring all. And what a beautifully organized and lovely store it is. My husband and I have been loyal customers since this location was built. Never once have we been disappointed. In the face of Covid 19, these people have forged ahead and never let their customers down. And one more thing.....these Eyemart employees are calm and do not rush ANYONE. They make you feel like you are the most important person in the whole wide world....young and old alike. I love them.

The lady that works the front desk and puts people on a list is rude and unpersonable. She was rude last year too. She is always short with us and acts like she doesnt care about providing service to us. She needs to be replaced by someone who understands good customer service.

So the lady that runs this place is awesome and she cares. Wish this lady was my mother, cant remember her name. My glasses got stolen out of my truck, one person told me that is covered under the warranty, which was incorrect. This wonderful, nice, caring women still helped me get replacement glasses. Eye mart was wonderful ! Very kind and efficient and crazy fast ! Walked in no long wait , gave them my script and picked out glasses . They were able to make them in less than 30 minutes . That’s crazy but glad they did ! Thanks we’ll be back !

I had an excellent experience at Eyemart. They really care about you and take care of all of your concerns. Big shout out to Seth, it was like having a best friend help me pick my frames. He really took his time and didnt try to just make me purchase something and rush me out of the door. I felt very much at home and I had only planned on purchasing one pair of glasses but because of Seth, I left with 2 and then bought my husband a pair the next day, so 3 total. Went to Eyemart on the recommendation of a family member. Worst experience ever. The salesperson was rude, arrogant, and argumentative. I told him what I wanted and he tried to tell me I wanted something else. Finally got the frames I wanted, then he told me he couldnt give me the lens I wanted. Had to go back to the optometrist to get a special order before he would fill it. Glassed cost me $180 for single vision lenses. I could have got them cheaper at a full service optometrist. Will never use them again and will not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service sucks.

New Covid procedures when you come in. The store has been remodeled since my last trip to get glasses. Jackson was great and found that we have the same birthday. I didnt get my glasses the same day due to a machine down but I got them the next day. Its great having a new pair. Thanks.

Ive gone here for glasses before, always super quick about putting lenses in my frames. Went in earlier to see if I could get a screw for a nose pad, he just replaced both of them, even had to file down a screw to make it fit for me. Kudos

This place must not like making money. Went in to fill my new prescription and was asked to put on a mask and I asked if I really needed it and she said yes it is a city ordinance so I guess I will be goin leg to different city.

Due to the circumstances of covid 19 i believe they handled everything as it came along. the staff was very friendly and helpful they were just short staff. It seem to take longer than normal due to the steps being taken to make sure everyone was as safe as possible. thank you.

Was a great experience and everyone was very professional. Very Covid-19 smart and cleanliness and sanitizer to every patient. They all also wore face masks the appropriate way. Arie was the best and most helpful person I have encountered! They gave me fast and super friendly service and even though I came in close to closing they made my glasses in 30 minutes since my old ones were broken. They made me feel special and I will NEVER go anywhere else! You guys rock!

This store has went so down hill ever since Dave left to go e location to the Penn Square location. I went in to get a new pair of glasses and was told that the promotion I was planning on using was only good with a coupon code. So I decided that I would go ahead and look and find a new pair of frames and place the order and bring the coupon back in to be reimbursed. When I returned they still would not honor the promotion, I asked to speak with the manager and was refused to speak with them. I then ask to cancel my order and was given a total run around about the entire thing. Once I received my refund I then went to another store and spent HALF as much and got a even better pair of glasses. I would NEVER recommend going to this store.

Krystal went above and beyond in helping us get glasses for my brother who had a stroke and was still in rehab. Since he needed bifocals, she had to have additional measurements, so she offered to come to the rehab and measure him there!! What a blessing she was! The whole store made sure the glasses were done in a fast, competent manner. Highly recommend them!!!

Excellent staff all around. I got two pairs of glasses, and was in and out with my glasses in about 35-40 total minutes. I wish I could remember the name of the awesome lady who helped me, because shes just good people all around, as well as the manager who helped when I tried on my completed pairs. My experience at the Norman Eyemart Express was fantastic!!! The staff are very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The wait time is minimal plus the location is easy to find. I love my glasses! I was able to buy 2 pair for almost half of what I paid at another place. I am very happy with my glasses and very glad I came here! Also, the optometrist was great! She is kind and caring. Eyemart express has a great selection of glasses and the best part was mine was ready in a few hours. I have Indian health insurance and couldnt find a pair I liked at the Indian clinic. I was so happy to hear that Eyemart express excepted IHS vouchers from my tribe.

Relax folks, I am unsure about some of the reviews I reads. I have been in one of their establishments, and it was busy for sure, but I was a walk in, and did not have an appointment. Others came in with an APPOINTMENT, and I expects appointments to go as scheduled. My wife understands making a hair appointment versus walk-ins waiting, appointments are the rational way a business runs, like your doctors office. I waited also, but oh well get over yourself. I have been to 5 other eye places around the metro, and yes this includes Norman, and it is the same ole wait, but wait, if the establishment you went to had no customers waiting around, and they have lost a lot of customers, then yes you may not have to wait. Do not confuse priority for yourself for selflessness. I was told my glasses was in, and made an appointment for a less busy time, simple stuff. I also had an appointment once before, and waited while my time was 15 mins over while an older lady was taking longer than her appointment, but I really didnt mind. As far as cleaner, and wipe cloth, I am finding at other companies unless you purchase a certain name brand, or premium pair it is no longer free, welcome to changing America, just accept it. They are super busy sometimes. Probably because they are incredibly inexpensive, helpful and fast. I would not go anywhere else. My daughter had her glasses ready in 12 minutes and the manager showed my little ones around the lab. Love this place.

The first experience I had with Eyemart was at the store on Santa Fe. The prescription was read incorrectly and I could not see close up or at a distance. The tech that helped me told me to take the glasses home and try to get use to them. I couldnt believe she said that and I told her I wanted a refund. The manager was on vacation and when he returned and called him and suggested his staff get better training.Did I learn a lesson, no! I went to the store in Norman in April 2016. After four attempts to have my glasses adjusted I bought a pair of peepers so I could read. I was told to go back to my eye doctor and have my prescription reviewed, which I did. Then they suggested I go to the eye doctor next door and have her for another exam. Thank god she was on maternity leave so I didnt waste my time or money. I did go back to myeye doctor November 2016 and was told the glasses were not adjusted properly. After spending $205 to have new lens put in my frames at another facility I can now see close up and long distance. For those that have not had any problems with Eyemart, good for you, but I will never use them again!!

First let me say the staff are super nice, prices are reasonable for sure. My complaint is they seem SO understaffed. I waited 1.5 hours yesterday and 35 minutes today to pick up my glasses once they were ready. Since the remodel it seems smaller and more cramped. AGAIN the staff and services was fine and they were super apologetic just seems they need a better system to get people in and out if they are only going to have to people service a very very busy location. Maybe a kiosk for check in? Anyways just my thoughts. Love my new glasses tho!

Very long wait times. Not enough staff even on a Thursday afternoon. The company requires upfront payment before you receive the product. I bought for my mother, and had a wait to pick up glasses as well. Poor customer experience. Try a different location or a different company.Update: The very next day I had to return with my elderly mother in tow, because my mom is unable to read any print with the new prescription reading glasses. I called here and was told to return, and here we sit one more time. Take a number and wait. They have our money, we have an obvious problem, and Im told to give them my name to be put on the waiting list, and wait to be helped. Frustrating!

I had a fabulous experience at the Norman, OK location on Main Street. Bryan, the General Manager, assisted me through my entire experience of ordering lenses for my glasses and when I picked them up. He offered me a discount, without my having even asked for one, due to my employment at the University of Oklahoma which was super genuine. Upon picking up my glasses I noticed my lenses were too concentrated. I went back to the eye doctor where I had my prescription done and Eyemart gladly remade them when I gave them the doctors remake note. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is in need of glasses!

This is a great place to go for your eyeglasses. They have a wide selection of frames, that will please everyone. They also have the tinting for your lenses and other options that will make your glasses last a long time. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent.

First time customer. Walked in a little after 5pm and they seemed very busy but was instantly greeted, signed in and invited to look at frames. Looked for about 20 min before my name was called, huge selection of nice frames in all kinds of styles, colors and price range. Was waited on by Jeremy, very friendly and professional. He took some measurements and the frames I chose and both sets were done in about 20 min. I was there start to finish less than an hour and the entire process was easy, very affordable and felt like my business was appreciated. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Feels like a grind trying to buy glasses from here. They try to pressure you into spending $500 on a single pair of glasses.$65 to upgrade to anti-glare. Seriously. Trying to use guilt as a sales tactic.Seriously need competition in this sector.
