Came home feeling great about the service I received. The staff were very sweet, accommodating, and had a knowledge of their field. Dr was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. He explained things in a manner I understood and answered my questions I had with a great attitude. Im so happy I found this office and staff. Theyre all top notch. Cant wait to get my new glasses! Ill be calling for contacts as well. You cant go wrong with this Dr and staff for all your optical needs. Highly recommend!

Dr. Tiffany Spencer is amazing! She is so nice and thorough and explained everything in detail. Her team is as equally sweet and helpful! I called as a new patient and they got me in in less than a week, they practice safe covid prevention, got me in and put in under an hour and knew all the details of my insurance before I got there! I would highly recommend this place, especially if you live on the eastside of Norman, they are easy to get to just a couple miles south of the new Walmart

Best Eye Doctor. I had an appointment with Dr. Spencer today and she was so caring and helpful through the entire visit. She is very knowledgeable about what she’s doing and explains everything every step of the way. The rest of the staff I also interacted with were also incredibly kind and helpful. Not to mention the strict protocols they have put in place due to the pandemic that made me feel safe during my appointment. Definitely recommend.

I recently moved to Norman and needed a new eye doctor. I am SO glad to have found Dr. Spencer at Classic Vision! Today was my first visit, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Spencer and her staff. Everyone I interacted with was so kind, informative, and positive.I switched to contacts for the first time today, and Abby and Mercedes were unbelievably patient and understanding while I practiced putting the contacts in/out. Having someone watch me while I try something new normally makes me super nervous, but these ladies made me feel so comfortable and safe.Katie at the front desk was also super helpful in making sure I understood everything about my insurance and payments. She even made an appointment with a specialist that was recommended to me so I wouldn’t have to worry about it.Again, I cannot recommend Classic Vision enough! Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

She has such a sweet personality and really makes you feel like you are her only client. Best eye doctor in norman!

I had my first appointment with Dr Spencer last week and she was AMAZING!! I dread going to the eye doctor because, but she made me feel so comfortable and my exam was quick. I would highly recommend her. The staff was amazing as well.

We are new to Norman and in need of a new optometrist so after reading the reviews and calling to ensure they accepted our insurance we scheduled an appointment. Having filled out the forms from the online repository ahead of time, check-in was quick and easy. Everyone was extremely friendly and cordial. Dr. Spencer rendered the most complete eye exam for my wife and I that we have ever received ensuring all of our questions were answered before departing. We then proceeded to pick out our new eyewear which took some time because of their extensive selection. Our inclination to choose this place was spot on and helped ease our transition to Norman.

Been seeing Dr. Smith for the last few years and have seen Dr. Spencer once. Always leave impressed. Both of them get the prescription and the type of contacts right every time. Never have to wait more than a few minutes. Very friendly staff also. I never hesitate to recommend Classic Vision.

I have gone to Dr. Smith since my cataract surgery a few years ago. I have found him & his office staff to be pleasant, professional, open, and honest. I have worn glasses or contacts since I was 9 or 10; I am now 70 and have been to my share of eye doctors. I have no plans to change!

Service and products 5 star. Giving a 3 star review because they are requiring masks. If masks work they should be optional. I’m tired of the Covid 19 shenanigans. The sooner everyone realizes we are being lied to about the severity of Covid the sooner we can get our lives/freedom back.

I walked in the office, checked in and knew I had finally found the right eye doctor. The front office is such a good indicator of how the doctor is, and this office made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had put off seeing an eye doctor here after my first experience, and had gotten behind on my necessary visits. I take medicine that necessitates a visit every six months. Dr. Smith was knowledgeable about my need for these visits, and after my exam I am confident my new glasses will give me great vision. Angel is a wonderful - she repaired my current frames for me which had been held together with tape, and was helpful in selecting my new ones. I highly recommend this team.

He not only responded outside of his normal hours, but followed up with us to make sure he was improving. He treated him not only like a patient, but like a person. I started seeing Dr. Jake about 3-4 years ago now. Appointment one I was concerned I had a steroid induced cataract previous diagnosed by another eye Dr. and discovered my eye were fairly healthy...Whoa what a relief. Then I thought the Noble office would be a good fit for my boys all 4 of them!!! The staff and Dr. were wonderful with them and talked to them in their language which is invaluable to me. I since have referred my husband to see them, every one of our needs have been met the staff at Noble is second to none I also have gone to Norman to view some of their frame inventory and was welcomed and helped to get a good fit there as well. My husband has primarily used the Norman office and I and the kids are loyal Noble office users both I would recommend. If you have a problem they will help you find a solution I appreciate Dr. Smith and all of his staff.
