The only place I will go to for all my eye care. They are so genuine and kind when they are helping you they seem to forget about all the noises or people other than you!! Very sweet people.

Dr Hughes and her staff are always friendly, thorough and seem to truly care about your health. Ive never felt rushed. They listen to what you have to say and explain their results carefully. Very pleasant experience every visit.

I had my annual eye examination at Ideal Eye Care just yesterday. Dr. Hughes and her staff are kind, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. They can and do explain each test they perform and the reason for the test. Dr. Hughes and her staff are like family, I have gone here since Dr. Hughes opened and plan to continue.

Dr Hughes is a caring and attentive doctor. I have had difficulty in the past with my complicated vision issues and she has been excellent at identifying and correcting them. The staff is exceptional too. Thank you all!

I have been using Ideal Eyecare in Norman for 5 years. They are the most professional group of people I have encountered since having to wear eye glasses. Ive been a patient of Dr. Hughes (Ideal Eyecare) for a few years, and I have full confidence that she has my best interest as her priority. Dr. Hughes and her staff are always friendly and eager to answer any questions or help resolve any problem. Some health care providers seem to just go through the motions but lack any sincere connection to their patients and I have never found this to be the case with Dr. Hughes or her staff. Anyone looking for an eyecare specialist should give Ideal Eyecare a try.

The reception staff was genuinely friendly, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Dr. Hughes was very nice, she clearly explained everything and was very patient. It was a very pleasant experience overall, and I will definitely be coming back in the future.

My experiences to date with Ideal Eyecare have been very pleasant and I felt like I was an important person to them. Taking time to carefully exam and listen to my answers to their questions during the exam time made me very appreciative of their time and consideration to my eye health.

Dr. Hughes is great! She takes time to explain things to you and is pretty much the smartest person I know.

I agree with Tylers comment. I had to go back 3 times just for a contact len examination. First time, they never told me I have to wear my trial contact lens for my appointment. They insisted they did tell me. Okay, fine!!! Second time, Dr Hughes left early because she had an emergency. The receptionist never called me to reschedule the appointment. When I showed up, the assistant looked at me like I had no appointment at all. She asked me to show her my appointment card. Luckily, I had it with me. If not I will be a big liar. The assistant said she could do the eye exam. I refused. I was not comfortable to let an assistant to check on my eyes. I was there for a Doctor, not an assistant. It took me 2 months from the 1st day of visit to the last day I received my contact lens. I went there for a first time and will be the last time....

This place is horrible. I have been to them 3 times for just one issue and an eye exam and they wanted me to come back for a 4th (maybe even more). The nurses and doctors talk down to you like you are some kind of child instead of an adult. I will never go back to them.

The best Eyecare office to go have your eyes check.
