The staff has been great from the front desk until the doctor. They always find the time to explain in details the treatment and options, specially Dr.Santana. Dr.Santana make everybody comfortable . I never liked going to the dentist but this office changed my perception, I have been a patient there for over two years, I highly recommend them.

My son and I both recieved orthodontic and general dentistry services here for over 10 years. Despite the occasional changes in doctors, I continue to be satisfied with their service. The Sat open hours accommodates a Mon-Fri work schedule. Overall this dental clinic meets my expectation. The ladies who manage the office are exceptional as well.

We’ve been going for my sons braces and so far the staff has all been very friendly and we love the time and care Dr. Santana takes to explain everything. We’ve been very happy with our choice to get his braces done here

I have been coming to this office since they opened. The staff/customer service is amazing as well as the service they provide. I can’t believe that there are negative reviews for this business. Disregard those comments and go for yourself you will not regret it.

My experience has been great. Clean office, great staff, great doctor. Ive gotten 5 cleanings, one filling and a crown so far in the past 3 years. I am usually not too receptive to anesthesia but the doctor always takes his time to make sure I was feeling comfortable. He also made sure I understood what the issues are and how to fix them. There is one hygienist that really goes to town during cleanings, but it is worth it! You can literally feel all your teeth smooth (unlike cleanings ive gotten in other places). Its kind of odd to see some of the other negative reviews on here considering my experiences.

Dentist recommended two crowns and one was much smaller than the other one. He also had a person that was not well trained to take the mold of my mouth and tried multiple times, six to be exactly, and I left with my mouth hurting a lot. Maybe some were lucky, but I was not. I wont return.

Great bilingual staff, clean office, Dr Ortega is very knowlagable, professional and funny. Will definetly keep doing my dental work here. Highly recommended.

So I wasnt impress with this dentist the few time I went here in the last two yrs. Their customer service was pitiful, their dental hygienists touch was rough, and I dont know exactly why but I suspected they were recommending I get procedures done trying to get rich rather than just do what I really needed. So I wanted a 2nd opinion before going in for the four crowns and cavity filling he told me I needed.My old dentist is located right off of I-4 & 436, an HOUR drive away (this is the ONLY reason I switched dentists). It was great office that has been there for over 20 yrs with very nice staff who have a gentle touch. It was recommended to me in 1998 when all my co-workers went there, took their family there, etc, they all said it was the best dentist.Well my teeth cleaning today went fine there - no pain, no bleeding gums, and oh they didnt see any cavities that needed to be filled! They saw no obvious signs that I need ANY crowns. They took x-rays and said they would call me in a few hours to confirm if there is any hidden decay that would only show on x-rays, but since I have no pain, no temp sensitivity, and no rotten breath smell they are also suspect about any need for crowns. But wouldnt know for certain until x-rays results.Well I just got the call. The x-rays to do NOT show any decay. Thus I do not need ANY crowns let alone 4 crowns and a cavity filled!!!Makes me wonder if I even did have a cavity that Sigma Dental filled two years ago that was a painful & unpleasant experience.I do NOT recommend Sigma Dental at all!!

They were very helpful when asked about dental care and which products to use. They were a very clean environment and everything was sanitized down after tools were used. It doesnt have too much things for kids entertainment but still they are good with Kids when they go in for a clean up. I would have given them 4 stars but they need some kids entertainment and at the end it took just a bit longer then expected.

The staff was really friendly and the The Dr. very professional!! 100% Ill recommend.

Horrible experience. Doctor Francisco is not at all professional. I went to have a work done on my front teeth and because of my type of bite it was difficult to make a bite as he asked me to. GUESS I CLOSE WITH THE FRONTALS thats why I went to fix my teeth. I felt very bad. He had no passience. Then he told me to let him know where it bothered me and he said: if you think its there but I dont see that you have anything, they all look even. He returned to tell me how you feel, I did not want to say anything else because he kept arguing that it was not where I indicated. I went because they were Venezuelans and I believed that I could feel at home but the truth is I did not return. I just wanted to run away. My front teeth are larger than normal.
