Been with Dr. Grosso for many years and hadnt seen him for a time when all was good teeth wise. Late on Friday I developed a extremely panful tooth ache that by Saturday morning had my whole head and eyes throbbing. Contacted the doctor via text (on his office voice mail and available to all) and Dr. Grosso had my x-rays available on his phone immediately and contacted me back to have me come into the office even when closed and on his Saturday day off. Absolutely amazing and far exceeded my expectations and took the right procedures to ease the pain and get me an awful and very painful experience.Absolutely top-box service and a Dr. who cares about his patients health and wellbeing and sacrificing his personnel time to ensure that I got thru the weekend to be as comfortable as possible.THANK YOU and Ill be spreading the good news!

I made an appointment to see Dr. Grasso based on the reviews and thankfully the reviews were correct!!The crown on my implant fell out on Tuesday night and they were able to see me Thursday morning. They wouldn’t take any of my dental insurance because they said their policy is pay 100% as a new patient even though they accepted Delta Dental. While I am not a fan of the policy I was grateful for excellent care and the ability to be seen so quickly as we are new to Florida and haven’t selected our doctors and dentists yet.

Had to make an emergency appointment and Dr. Grosso was very accommodating and managed to see me straight away...very professional and gentle...I would highly recommend...Best dentist ive been to in Orlando!

Dr Grosso is brilliant and his staff is 5 stars out of 5. I had a issue with a bridge needing to be removed and other teeth missing. He had a partial plate made up for me that gives me a movie star smile. He is patient and creative and makes sure his patients are comfortable when performing his dental procedures. I never felt any discomfort. That shows you his mastery with the tools of his trade.BTW, he has this keen ability to able to numb just the tooth and not the rest of your face and tongue, for smaller procedures. That means you can go back to work or get back to your day and not feel any discomfort for hours after. I am a snowbird. I broke a tooth and I had to find a Dentist quickly. I googled “Best Dentists in Kissimmee “ and found Dr. Grosso. I chose him because of all of his wonderful reviews. I have to say that I was truly impressed by him and his dental expertise . He made a beautiful crown for my tooth that looks more like a natural tooth, than any of the other crowns in my mouth. He is by far the best Dentist that I have ever been to. (He is also a very talented Elvis impersonator.)

Im visiting from out of state and Dr. Grosso took me in on an emergency basis in 24 hours. His staff was superb in every way. Dr. Grosso was personable and engaged me in conversation as he prepared me for the procedure. He made sure I was pain free throughout the work he performed on my tooth. He is a gifted dentist and performed excellent work. I would make him my go-to dentist but ufortunately, I live several states away.

Just moved to Florida and had a tooth break in half. I got recommended this office via a friend of mine who talked so highly of this office. Unfortunately, that feeling was no received.I left a message for the dentist to be given a call back by this condescending lady. She first states that I would be likely if I could schedule an appointment with the office. She goes on to say that they do not accept ANY insurance on the first visit and there will be no payment plans available. So I said thank you very much, but I will cant do that. He is very down to earth, easy to talk to and will take as much time as needed to answer all of your questions. I have been a patient for a long time, when our insurance changed we used another dentist, but came back to Dr. Grosso even though we had to pay more because he was not on our plan. I will never see another Dentist. Now he is on our plan, so now he takes our insurance.UpdateMy son had his wisdom teeth removed by an oral surgeon on Friday. Sunday morning he was in alot of pain and bleeding. We called oral surgeon multiple times, 3 hours latter he called back and told us to go to emergency room. We called Dr. Grosso for advice, he told us to meet him at the office. He spent over 2 hours helping my son out on a Sunday. He is a very caring person. I cannot thank him enough.

In from Arkansas. Cracked tooth. Lots of pain. Dr. Grosso was fantastic. This is one professional. I was impressed at how efficient he was and how fast I was out of pain. He did a comprehensive and thorough examination to identify the source of the pain. Then did an injection to numb only the tooth that was the problem and I still had feeling in my tongue, lips and cheeks. I was eating in a restaurant an hour later like it was no big deal. I really appreciate what you did for me. The YouTube Elvis impersonations are great as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Grosso. Hes the best.Follow up: Approximately 6 months after I wrote the first post, I went back to Dr. Grosso to have a crown built and installed. I know I’m from Arkansas but he is my dentist now. I met Dr. Grosso when I was still living in my Orlando house in the 90s. I never met such a young man with so much talent before. He did it all, not only did he have this keen eye for the teeth but if you needed a crown he built the crown right there, no sending off for it. he did it right there by hand by his own hand. Very impressive ! yes! Very impressive! Then on the other hand his staff, well thats not too shabby either, you have on one hand the best Dental Hygienist I have ever gone to, and his assistant side by side gal he just could not work on patients without well shes just wonderful, makes the whole place just great to be in.

I’m a Snowbird so it’s nerve wracking when you have a dental emergency and you don’t have a dentist here. Been meaning to get one but never seemed to get it done. I knew I wanted a private practitioner and not a clinic so, after reading the reviews I gave their office a call and crossed my fingers. I was delighted that they didn’t hesitate to squeeze me in the next morning. They treated me as a person of worth, even though I was not their patient.When I arrived I was treated by friendly but professional staff both out front and inside the office. And Dr Grosso didn’t overtreat or undertreat me. He also had a very gentle touch. He didn’t want a full set of xrays, only the tooth involved. He explained and then thoroughly discussed my issue. And even though he “fit me in” he never made me feel rushed. I now have a dentist down South and I’m really glad that I found this one.

Our family has been with Dr. Grosso for many years. He spends time with you, and lets you know what to expect. He cares about your comfort, and that says a lot since even common dental procedures can cause discomfort or pain. And to that point, he makes sure you will feel NO pain - at all; as he did when I cracked a tooth for the first time and he repaired it. Dr. Grosso is the only dentist I will EVER visit. I had years of enamel erosion from drinking too many sodas, and Dr. Grosso and his staff had my teeth looking like a million bucks! There was also a need for a few crowns (made right in the office, a HUGE time-saver). Dr. Grosso has a great bedside manner, and always took the time to explain things thoroughly. Afraid of going to the dentist because you fear the pain involved? So was I a little due to a scary experience at another dentist.. Fortunately, about 7 years ago we found Dr. Vincent Grosso and he is “hands down” the absolute best dentist we have ever been to. We have both had to contact him during off hours due to dental issues we were having. He always calls us back and makes sure we are taken care of - he even called back when he was on vacation! Dr. Grosso is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring, down-to-earth, honest, and will do whatever it takes to help his patients. He always provides the best, as well as, the most affordable option for treatment. In addition, his staff is very friendly and very professional as well.
