Worst cleaning I’ve ever gotten in my life, my electric tooth brush does a better job. Felt like i was in the shower with the amount of water spraying on my face. Not recommended, go somewhere else. They are all about doing the least posible for the most amount of money.

Called to set up appointment, explained that it was an emergency for a broken molar, they said that next appointment available would not be until 10/21/21, and today is 9/30/21. Unbelievable that they would make me wait all this time. Don’t think I will recommend this place OMG 😱

Dr Sherin is awesome! So pleasant and friendly. I have terrible dental anxiety and had to go in for a broken tooth. This was my first time at this office.. From scheduling to arriving for my appointment was made so easy and went so smoothly. Everyone was so nice and welcoming I felt very comfortable. The entire staff is just awesome. Thank you!

I couldnt be happier with my decision to move to Coast Dental from another practice. Everyone at Coast Dental has been professional - from the front desk, dentist, and hygienist! A special shout out to Mayra and Marilyn for ALWAYS being so efficient and courteous.

AVOID. They screwed me over with my insurance.I went to the dentist to have a deep cleaning performed. As per insurance recommendation so I am covered, I had schedule for this work to be performed on two separate days. The orthodontics (I dont remember his name) who was working on me did all my teeth at once even when I told him I already have it schedule for the other half the next day. He ignored that and did it anyways.When finished I brought my concern to the front office of what happened and she informed me he was not suppose to do that and they would take care of it.They did nothing and did not take care of anythingBecause of what he did my insurance is not covering his mistakes and Im expected to pay out of pocket for his mistake.

I used to never have fear of dentists, but after my experience yesterday, I will never go back. I get my teeth cleaned every six months and havent had cavities in years. I switch to Coast Dental due to insurance and end up having 7 small cavities on first visit. My teeth cleaning took all of 10 minutes, which usually takes 30. I went in for fillings in the 7 cavities, two on lower right side, three on upper left, and two on lower left. They did them all in one visit with 14 injections between both sides. I left shaking, confused, had an anxiety attack, and almost passed out. In researching dental numbing shots, I learned I was overdosed on the medication and it could have been fatal. Not once did they ask me if I wanted both sides done in the same visit. I have the feeling of a hangover today with no reason other than those shots. I will NEVER go back.

Can I just say I am so happy I finally made the choice to come see a dentist.. I had been slacking lately!! I came to Coast Dental because my insurance has them as my provider! What a great choice! Friendly, hospitable and amazing staff.. They were kind, super safe and clear about all procedures and protocols.. They explained and guided me thru all the steps towards a healthy smile and what steps to take in my personal dental health. If you are looking for a a dentist who will treat you like an individual and not a general patient.. If you are looking for competence and professionalism.. This is the dental care you should choose!! Cant wait for my next appointment for a deep cleaning! I give them all the stars!! 😍💁

Left Greenberg Dental in Hopes of finding better service... So far this place is no better. They will provide NO assistance with my dental insurance in order to see me on an emergency basis. It took multiple calls to straighten that out only to get an emergency appointment a WEEK later!! In the meantime, patient in pain is none of their concern. I finally got a 10:30am appointment and still had to wait over an hour to be called back! I do not plan to go back, nor do I recommend this place to anyone. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Might be better off going to the Health Department. :-(

HorribleThey tries to charge me And then when I asked about my coverage then they looked it up and found out that I am covered after that everyone had an attitude the x-rays were not working for anyone And nothing was explained properly The lady kept trying to walk away because it was her lunch break and Kept saying you need to reschedule and walked away without any other information. Wonderful office! So accommodating, and NO wait at all the both times Ive been seen here. Maria the hygienist made my cleaning quick and easy. I normally am so sensitive with my cleaning but she literally made it painless and comfortable. Super sweet/great staff. HIGHLY recommend this office.

Don’t trust this office. Made an appointment far out in advance after the coronavirus had started hitting the area in February. Had a scheduled appointment with them today and they said that I did not have an appointment. Could not be seen cuz they said they were booked up. Told them that I’m never going back to them again. Canceled that office and found another dentist to continue my treatment plan.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this dental office and would recommend them. I went in for a cleaning a week ago and was pleased with the high level of customer service from every staff member I encountered. The front office personnel was courteous, friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist (Lisett) was professional, gentle and thorough with my cleaning. The office is small but based on my positive experience I plan on going again.

I had the most amazing experience, staring with Bessie and the reception staff. Dr. Balda is very caring, thorough, and conscious. I had a great experience at Coast Dental. The moment I walked in I felt comfortable,and I dont usually do dentist very well. Prior to my procedure they explained EVERYTHING to me and showed me the price with my dental insurance for what I will be paying. The ladies at the front where great. I love this place. I have always HATED going to any dentist. Coast Dental in Kissimmee has made me actually look forward to my appointments. The people there are so welcoming and just want to help in every way. Their dental hygienist is extraordinary! I had a deep cleaning which was very needed and she was so wonderful and patient. She made sure I was always ok and not in any pain. My teeth look and feel awesome. That to me shows commitment and love for what they do. It shows that they care, which makes me feel comfortable to know that Im in good hands. I definitely recommend them 100%.

I have always HATED going to any dentist. Hygienist Maria was very wonderful friendly, professional making sure your OK through the process and answers your questions. Dr. Maria Balda is great the whole staff is friendly from the time you walk in the lady behind the desk always greets you saying hi and the lady at the desk that where you pay is very nice and friendly.

Staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They provided emergency service that repaired my son’d damaged front tooth the same day. Payment options were made available and wait time for surgical procedure was under 2 hours. Would highly recommend this location to family and friends💯

I called to make an appt for regular cleaning & the lady that helped me told me that because I am pregnant I need to bring a letter from my gynecologist giving me permission to get the xrays done as long as I’m properly shielded. I go to my Dr, get the letter, took the day of off work just so the receptionists tell me the letter is no good because the Dr. won’t see me if it’s not an emergency. I told them I was not adviced any of that when I called and they said “well you spoke with the phone operator people”. Wellll someone needs to train these people, I just wasted my time and lost money by missing work for nothing. Will never use this dentist again & won’t be recommending it to anyone.

Starting with Bessies most pleasant initial greeting at front desk a mere 10 minute wait., Nicole who seats you and does the preliminaries, then Judy comes in for the cleaning, if this procedure was an olympic event she would be gold medalist, very fast yet very through. Marilyn who checks you out couldnt be nicer. All these people contribute to making my dental visit, a very positive pleasant experience. Thanks!!

HORRIBLE!! I was lied to and had service done. I asked for a full fee SCHEDULE on a root canal then was told after the root canal procedure was done that I will NOW NEED A CROWN!!! WHICH I TOLD THEM TO GIVE ME THE FULL FEE SCHEDULE ON EVERYTHING I NEED FOR A ROOT CANAL!! BECAUSE OF THEM I HAVE A WHOLE IN MY MOLAR BECAUSE THEY GAVE ME A SURPRISE ADDED EXPENSE!!! IF THEY WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THE FULL FEE SCHEDULE LIKE I ASKED I WOULD HAVE NEVER PROCEEDED WITH THE ROOT CANAL - I THEN ASKED FOR A REFUND AND NEVER RECEIVED IT NOT GOTTEN A CALL BACK FROM THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE AFTER I LEFT MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS. THIS WAS ALMOST A YEAR AGO AND I AM JUST NOT GETTING TO REVIEW THEM BECAUE I AM STILL DEALING WITH THE GIANT HOLE THEY LEFT IN MY MOLAR!!!! I AM OUT OF $500 FOR A ROOT CANAL THAT DID NOT INCLUDE A CROWN EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE THE ONES THAT DID MY EVALUATION AND I ASKED THEM FOR EXATLY WHAT I NEED AND HOW MUCH I WILL NEED TO PAY. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!! I ALSO CALLED TODAY TO GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE FOR THE CROWN THEY NEEDED TO PUT ON AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!! THEY LADY WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL - STAY AWAY PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR MONEY AND TEETH!! I STILL HAVE A HOLE IN MY TOOTH FROM THEIR SO CALLED ROOT CANAL. I went in for a regular cleaning today, no forms to fill out, appointment was for 11:30, at 11:31 I was called back for the quick cleaning/checkup.A very refreshing change from the typical medical practices stack of paperwork and hour long waits.As far as the work performed, I dont know how to rate this portion. Having my teeth cleaned and getting fillings here was on par with every other dentist Ive been to, which is to say, pretty awful.

I really wanted to get in sooner than the scheduled appointment I had. Well, they made it happen. I already knew going in my insurance wouldnt cover getting my crown work so I asked about a payment plan. They got my financial information and we picked the plan that works for me, not for them but for me. Im so satisified with what has been done so far. Having a great smile is so important because I was so uncomfortable arriving to interviews with a not so good smile. I dont have to worry anymore thanks to Coast Dental staff members Margaret, Maryland and Mercedes! They were all so kind and fun to talk with. The front office help were all kind to me as well. I thank you guys for all you do and I really do thank God for your help and appreciate you getting me in sooner. God Bless!!!

First time visit. Dental Assistant Eunice very helpful. Dentist, Dr. Maria Balda, came in, introduced herself, exam my teeth, told me they would enter the information in the computer and walked out.Eunice explained everything to me. I expected at least to have the Dentist explain her findings, find out my expectations, and even make suggestions on my dental care! I will not suggest this dentist to anyone.

I am a scaredy cat when I go to the dentist. I used to get sedated for any dental work when I lived up north. I started coming here since last year and had a thorough exam and was able to fix all my problems. I decided to hold off on this crown until this year but when I came for my hygiene appointment last week I told them I was ready to get the crown done. They were able to schedule me within 3 or 4 days which worked perfectly with my work schedule. The treatment was easy going and reassuring. I really like the lady who checks you out, (sorry I didnt get your name) she has a great attitude and personality. She thoroughly explains payment plans and always has a smile on her face. The dentist is very kind and sweet and does great work and made sure I was comfortable. Their waiting area and restrooms are very clean, which is a must for me. I would highly recommend Coast Dental in Kissimmee. I give the entire team an A+!!!

This office staff is incredibly fast and kind. I was early for my appointment and they took me before my son scheduled time n saw him quickly, came and spoke to me and explained exactly what was needed. I recommend this office highly!!

This Dentist will try to get the most money out of you by making procedures mandatory and not providing patient options. For example, deep cleaning was the only option which my insurance charges more and she recommended doing it every visit for the next several visit. I just wanted a regular cleaning and I will sign any waiver necessary so that she is not liable for anything. She made an excuse that she was liable if she did not do the deep cleaning, but patient should have option. Their excuse was they did not have that form. The form can be easily made. I would not recommend this dentist.
