This is a warm and welcoming place of service. Dr. Rajab and those very nice ladies who assisted him took care of me well. I was always greeted on entry by the lovely ladies at the reception desk. Nelly made sure to explain my billing when I had questions concerning fees for each treatment. I brought three of my children to get their teeth cleaned and and they really were happy afterwards. Thank you guys for being so professional.

After my first exam (around $80 for just the x-rays) I was told I had two small cavities. They quoted me a fairly high price for a cleaning and to fill the cavities (self pay rates). I figured those were normal rates but I decided to shop around to other dentists and found one in the Saint Cloud area and get the cleaning there. The cost was significantly less, but they had a great rating. They ended up doing x-rays and cleaning for the same price of $80. I figured my first appointment at Central FL Cosmetic was a waste of money but I would just eat the cost... I had no issue with this facility as they were just doing their jobs until I was told that I do not even have cavities!!! Central FL Cosmetic Dentistry was incorrect, after two other professionals checked my x-rays and did an exam of my teeth, telling me there were no cavities. I am not sure if this was a reach for money or if they just simply saw something that was not there. Regardless of their intentions, I would not feel comfortable recommending someone to come to a place of business that could make these costly mistakes.

My dentist for the past four years and they are amazing. Office is always spotless and clean. And they followed all CDC guidelines during the pandemic. Will keep going here for all my future dental needs.

I greatly appreciate the staff at CFCFD! They are compassionate and provide gentle instruction. My only reserve from giving 5 stars is that the dental hygienists forget to introduce themselves and as I haven’t been assigned a consistent hygienist, it can feel uneasy and unsettling when it’s always a new person between visits or if I have frequent visits to complete a procedure.

Doctor Rajab Zaza he is amazing doctor I met in my life I have a great experience with him especially when he fixed a root canal for my mom and he was so nice with her.my mom she keep saying this doctor has a magic hands😊

I was extremely scared of the dentist. Spend many years not going. Then we found Central Florida Cosmetic & Family Dentistry. The staff is very professional and the Doctor treat us like part of the family. Now, I come to check my teeth every 6 months. And my son is part of this family routine.

I will start by saying that my experience with Central Florida Cosmetic & Family Dentistry was phenomenal, but mostly if not only because of Dr. Ramy Labib. This man was the most caring and gentle dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and he fixed me up on my first visit with an emergency root canal and crown. I went back several times to finish up my dental plan before getting braces. He did my fillings and the office took care of my cleanings. I loved going there.I ended up having to wait for my new insurance to kick in this year after changing jobs so I could make an appointment with Dr. Labib so I called them to set it up. I was told that he is no longer working at the practice which made me very sad because I didn’t want to have anyone else working on my smile. Without pressing for details, I was told that the reason Dr. Labib left the office was due to family issues.I would’ve given them 5 stars for his amazing work and all that he does to improve dental medicine and provide quality work. But who in their right mind tells a patient that someone is having familial issues? It’s not a HIPAA violation but it’s a violation nonetheless. I decided to contact Dr. Labib directly and let him know what was said about him and he confirmed to me that this is absolutely NOT the reason that he left.Don’t be misled by the people at this office. They are telling other patients the same story and it’s a gross misrepresentation of the truth and it casts a dark cloud on Dr. Labib’s family. I’m disappointed in these circumstances and I have cancelled my appointment. Dr. Labib has moved to a new practice and I scheduled an appointment to see him at his new place of employment.This review has nothing to do with the service I received but I do not do well with people being lied about so casually in a place of business. Total loss of respect.

Update: The dentist called me back within 30 minutes of me emailing them and apologized. She shared they require masks of all employees and take COVID very seriously. She was very nice and understanding and assured me this wouldnt happen again. Ill be rescheduling my appointment later today and hopefully wont see this issue next time.Front desk employees didnt wear mask on my visit on 2/17. Ive been going here for years and have always loved the service. My visit last september was the first one out of the house for me and I felt comfortable. I ended up asking them to cancel my appointment today as I felt uncomfortable. I know everyone has a different comfort level but I wanted to share my experience. Note, I did email the clinic and asked them to contact me to talk through their employee mask policy.I had an appointment for my dental check-up and arrived to find both front desk employees without their masks on (One held it in her hand, the other had it pulled down on her chin). Although the one put the mask on when I approached to fill out the intake COVID checklist, she promptly removed it after. I did not feel comfortable if the staff is not consistently wearing masks. I told them I wanted to reschedule because of their failure to wear masks (at which point they finally put their masks on). The lady told me that it wasnt an issue as I was wearing a mask and the rest of the team was wearing one. I told her that it doesnt do much when I have to take my mask off in a small space with limited circulation if she is sick and spreads the particles around. She then pointed at a window and an air fan saying they do have circulation. She went ahead and started rescheduling my visit and first asked if I wanted next month. I asked her if she would be wearing a mask next month. She then suggested April so the vaccines would all be distributed. I told her regardless of vaccination, you should still wear a mask. She then told me shes a medical professional and knows this. She went ahead and just cancelled todays appointment. When I asked if she could ensure I wouldnt be charged, she said that wasnt her job and was the decision of the financial systems team. She said she understood where I was coming from which I did appreciate. I got in my car and honestly cried on the way home. I really needed this appointment and its shaken my confidence so much that I dont know when Ill be back.

AMAZING PRACTICE! Dr Mansur is the best dentist I have ever had. My entire family has been coming to this dentistry for more than 10 years. I never have sensitivity or pain afterwards and the staff is amazing. I would strongly recommend you at least try them once!

The dentists are one of a kind and super accommodating. The location is well kept, and everyone is very nice! My only complaint is that I never know what my balance is. One day I owe money, the next day I have a credit, its something different every time I go. Its kind of frustrating. Other than that I highly recommend this place solely for the dentists!

Ive been going to this dentist for over 10 years now. Every time I go I am greeted with smiles and warm faces, even on Mondays. Everyone is welcoming and professional. The office is super clean and very efficient. Dr. Mansour is the best dentist. I wouldnt trust anyone else in my mouth. My kids ALWAYS looks forward to going here. They are excited about the treasure box. I would recommend this office in a heart beat!!

My experience in this office was excellent! Kind doctor and staff. I got the best teeth cleaning of my life with the dental Hygienist Yoli. She is caring, follows all precautions to prevent the spread of COVID, and makes sure patients are comfortable and completely satisfied with the services provided. Ive been going to this dentist and referring people for over 15 years but after the way that the front desk person Nelly and the new manager disrespected me, my family and I wont be going back. The office manager is going to cost Dr. Mansour his practice. She had the dentist call me to tell me that he might have to send be to collection or drop me as one of his patients. The reason being that my daughter had an appt and was charge but left her credit card. I spoke to the office staff to let them know I will stop by the nxt morning to pay her $90 bill. Come on the practice is doing that bad to actually have the Dr call me less then 30min after my daughter left the office to collect $90. thanks to the office mngr and Nelly giving him wrong information. Over 15 years I never had a balance for dental work. I have 2 dental insurance s so I always have large credit balances. I miss the old staff that knew how to handle the front office and billing.The Drs Assistance April is the best. She is so perfessional and knowledgeable. I will miss April and Dr Mansour.Dr Mansour is so talented and perfessional but due to his office manager & one of his office staff I can see him loosing more patients or maybe his practice.

Every time I go to this office it is a positive experience. All of the employees seem happy to be there and it reflects in the way the patients are treated. The Dr. always tells you what hes doing and why and also has a great attitude. Glad I found this practice!

I called and they took me right in that day. I have been going to Dr Mansour for several years after a co-worker recommended him. I must say he is a different type of dentist like no other. I had asked him to redo a crown that I felt had been done wrong a few months prior to going to him. He was honest and said that if he redid it, he would not guarantee different results and that I should wait at least 6 months before considering a redo. My gums accommodated to the new crown and symptoms resolved. He could have easily ripped me off but he is an honest man. He has built his practice on good old business fundamentals. Very difficult to find in a dentist. I have changed him twice when I have moved further away but keep coming back to him. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

I was referred to this office through 1800DENTIST and I have to say that this office is the best!!! Dr. Mansour and his team are excellent and made me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment plan, answered all my questions and concerns. The office is clean,modern and full of awesome technology!! Looking forward to keeping him as my dentist for the long term!

We love getting our teeth cleaned and all the preventative care we get every 6 months and when my crown fell out, I called and got an immediate appointment to re-glue my molar. We have used this dentist, Dr. Mansour for about 15 years and have always been treated with care and respect. The whole office always goes the extra mile and we truly appreciate them.

Front desk ladies are some of the rudest most condescending people I have ever encountered. They send text messages to confirm your appointment. Mine was for a 10am confirmation to which I replied and confirmed. Showed up about 20 minutes early for what the text message confirmation of 10am was. Sat there for 15 minutes past what was sent as my appointment time only to be berated about how no my appointment isnt until 11am because she left a voicemail after the 10am confirmation text was sent telling me it has been changed to 11am without my approval or knowledge. Definitely goes with out saying but I will not be returning, and I would highly suggest you find another dental office to go to as well. I have gone to chain dentists in emergencies before with better treatment and less aggravation.

I dreaded going to dentists which unfortunately is the reason I neglected to go for quite a number of years until I ended up having to have a root canal. A co-worker of mine recommended Dr. Mansour and told me she takes her kids to him. I must say even though a root canal is not exactly a spa, Dr. Mansour did an amazing job. Trust me, go to this dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Adel Mansour from back when he had the little office on OBT. I think it was around 2001. I have watched the practice grow as well as his family grow. This is a well run dental office that provides truly exceptional service and still has a family owned feel and style. I know that they have had to adjust to changing medical laws and rules yet they have been able to maintain the atmosphere that makes a patient feel special and well cared for.

My daughter had been too two different dentist office regarding her lose baby tooth ( the two front ones) one office seen her and said that they wouldnt be able to remove the teeth till the end of the month. The other office didnt put enough of the numbing cream and when they tried to inject her with anesthetic she started screaming and crying from the pain and then rejected to see her again.Granted my daughter baby teeth had been lose for some time and it was giving my daughter a lot of pain and trouble eating.I took her to Dr. Mansoor and he was amazing with her. She was very scared considering all the pain the previous dentist caused her with the injection so she was a little nervous when she went to see Dr. Mansoor, but he was able to come her down and he took out the two teeth with no problem. She was so happy to that she got the teeth out and that she was able to eat food again with no pain. She loves the treasure box that they have for kids and the special tooth case. This office truly thinks about its patients experience.Oh and his staff again amazing. Rita in the front office she is amazing. She was so helpful by hearing my situation and trying so much to work my daughter into the schedule. She is truly caring and honestly one of the best customer service i have seen.Just by going into this office and see the staff and the dentist you will have this your permanent dentist office. Does not get better than this office

My son is a squirmer he hates pain but come on who does well he kept having trouble opening his mouth for the doctor and she gave him 2 troes and stuck the object to keep it open he kept saying it hurt well she finished he was fine it was only a cleaning well she then proceeded to make fun of him for not staying still and wamting to throw up after my daughter was next up she on the other hand is a little more tougher and took it like a champ plus she has less cavities she kept looking at my son laughing and telling Him we should of took your sister first she listens and laughing that he kept saying the toothpaste or treatment after was makeimg him wanna vomit regardless of his exaggeration he is only 7 I find it hard in its self to get him to a dentist let alone for her to make fun of him and keep comparing him to his younger sister even i felt very uncomfortable by the end of it let alone having to sit down with him and explain why her behavior was wrong and that he shouldnt feel insecure about that doctor. I will not be coming back but I couldnt leave with out sharing my sons horrible experience

Dr Mansour is a skilled dentist and is great at reading people, which translates into a bedside manner appropriate for every patient. He is very accommodating ... more than anyone that Ive ever met in the medical community. The experience at his office sets that bar for which all other providers ought to be compared. No stupid paper forms to fill out ... you enter your data at the laptop on the counter (just a few mins the first visit). They remind you of appointments via a combination of email, text, and voice. Weve never had to wait long, even if we show up early to an appointment. We willingly drive all the way from Titusville just because we trust the competency of Dr Mansour and his entire staff.

My friend who goes to this office recommends Dr. Mansour. Over the past 3 months, Ive been going to this office several times because I do have different dental problems. The experience was great. Dr. Mansour is really good, he only asks me to do the treatments thats very necessary, which I like a lot. Because I went to some other dentists before and they always list lots of treatments for me to do. All the other staff are very nice and friendly. I did cleaning this morning, the hygienist Sherry is also very nice.I just love this office, Im glad to find a good dentist who cares about patients dental health instead of trying to get the money out from your pocket.

Couldnt have asked for a better experience! I recently went to Dr. Mansour after a toothache became unbearable. I had been avoiding going to the dentist for a while because of a broken tooth. While in the examination room, the hygienist reviewed x-rays and recommended extraction. Shortly after that Dr. Mansour arrived and introduced himself. Not only was Dr. Mansour concerned with the tooth he was about to extract, but he was interested in how I felt (I had previously expressed how nervous I was). As Dr. Mansour started the extraction process, I was overtaken by an anxiety attack. Immediately Dr. Mansour put his tools down, positioned the chair in the upright position and asked the assistant to get some water. Dr. Mansour was genuinely concerned for me and told me to take my time and to let him know when I was ready to continue. After about 30 minutes, Dr. Mansour recommended I go home with some antibiotics and some medication to relieve the pain and come back in a few days. I went back exactly 3 days later! Once again, I was greeted by the friendly staff. I was taken to the back where Dr. Mansour was waiting for me. Once again, he asked how I was feeling and if I was ready. Before I knew it, Dr. Mansour was done with the extraction. I have since returned to the office for an evaluation and cleaning. I have recommended Dr. Mansour to all of my friends and will continue to do so when asked if I know a good dentist.Dr. Mansour, thank you for taking care of me and making visiting the dentist a positive experience. A big thank you to Veronica as well.
