I put off going due to the virus. Finally went today. The staff here are so welcoming and professional. No standing around. Call when you get there. They call you back letting you know its your turn. Everyone in mask! Each room has a air movement system. Always clean and very careful! I would recommend this office to anyone! I HATE going to the dentist but I look forward to my next visit.

Ive been going to Dr. Gonzales for several years now. Hes the best dentist Ive ever been to and his hygienist, Barbara, is great to too. Barbaras retired now and her expertise is greatly missed by me. Hopefully, Dr. Gonzales will be around for a long time, too.

Ive been going to Cy-Fair Family Dental for over a year now and I love them! I can honestly say they are the best Ive ever gone to.Everyone is extra nice and considerate. What I love most about Dr Gonzales and his staff is that they are genuine. They care about us and making our Dental visits as easy possible. I never have to worry about missing an appointment because they offer fast and convenient ways to remind or notify me. I can take care of my dental needs when its convenient for me, which is awesome.

Michael Gonzalez is one of the best dentists in Houston and the finest Ive ever used. My whole family and I have used Mike for the last 20 plus years and Ive always had exceptional service using the most up to date equipment and techniques. As I hate needles, Mike has been particularly sensitive to that and always alerts me to what is going on. He works hard to make every filling or crown fit as perfectly as possible.I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a long-term relationship with a dentist or even sudden consultation. I trust him.

My sons and I have been going to Dr. Gonzalez for several years now and have never had a complaint. The staff is very friendly. Barbara, the dental hygienist, does a thorough job and is very gentle. Dr. Gonzalez does a good job in explaining what is going on with your teeth and gums. He also explains what will happen at your next visit if further treatment is needed. Before I visited Dr. Gonzalez I did what quite a few people do, which was not go to a dentist on a regular basis. I didnt like going to the dentist because I started feeling anxious. At some other dental offices I felt like I was having my gums cleaned with an ice pick and just felt bad when I left. Prolonging the trip always made things worse as time went on. Needless to say I developed teeth in dire need of some TLC.My first trip to Cy-Fair Family Dental started like almost all other visits to dental offices go, my anxiety level was at 10.Upon entering his office I was greeted with friendly staff and calm waiting room (Anxiety level 8). Once I sat down in the dental chair I was greeted by a super friendly hygienist and she did an great job cleaning me up and without any discomfort (Anxiety level 4). Next, Dr. Gonzalez came to examine me. I found the manner in which he performed his examination and the way he handled himself to be, for lack of a better term, excellent. All anxiety was gone and I felt like I couldnt have been in better hands (Anxiety level 0).I make the trip to see Dr. Gonzalez and his wonderful staff on a regular basis now. It has been of great comfort to me knowing that I am being taken care of by such a great team!!!

I initially chose Dr. Gonzalez because of his experience and hoped for the best. I have been very pleased with him and everyone in his office ever since. No one treats you like just another patient or dollar signs as Ive been treated elsewhere. I actually look forward to appointments here whether its for a cleaning or a filling. Although Im not excited about having to have a root canal and crown, Im glad I found someone I can trust to perform the procedures.

We have been going to Dr. Gonzales for over 8 years, he is a great doctor but when he was sick last year and had some other doctor as substitute, he was nothing but a joke of a doctor. I have been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez since he started in 1980. I was afraid of dentists but he assured me 33 years ago that his practice was different. Barbara is a great hygienist. She is very personable. Liz is always very friendly when I call to make my appointment.

I had to have a root canal and four filing done the beginning of this year. Dr Gonzalez was amazing! The office worked with me on payments and scheduling. By far the most pleasant dentist experience I have ever had!

I was very hesitant, because I was embarrassed about how long it had been since I last visited a dental office. So I knew that I needed some extra care! The entire staff (and I do mean the entire) was wonderful! No judgment what so ever, just encouragement, advice and understanding from the hygienist that cleaned my teeth. I went to Cy-Fair Dental for a teeth cleaning. The dental assistant cleaned my teeth herself and it was the most pleasant, un-painful teeth cleaning Ive ever experienced. All of the employees were extremely kind, the services were fast, and Dr. Gonzalez himself was very friendly and didnt make me wait long to see him! Definitely going back in 6 months for another teeth cleaning!
