My daughter has extreme anxiety with dental visits…but our first visit at The Smile Club Dentistry and Orthodontics was tear free! Dr Williams and his staff were patient, friendly, and professional. Adding to that, the calm relaxing environment of the office, and (for the first time) we had a no stress dentist appointment AND my daughter’s anxiety is changing for the better. In addition, she was poised enough to NOT force her position and/or opinion with my inquiries..Secondly, when l arrived, (because NOW, l wanted to know more about this company, l made an appointment), l WAS NOT disappointed.In fact, the atmosphere confirmed my introduction. I have been coming to Smile Club Dentistry since it conception and this office had been nothing but hospitable, accommodating, and friendly and I truly appreciate that there hours are convenient for educators, like myself, who usually have to take off of work just to complete simple tasks. The staff comforted me when I had to bring my kids with me to my dentist appointment and provided excellent service while joking with my kids. Dr. Williams and his staff are so pleasant and I will keep coming back for all my dental needs. This office is stellar.

I am truly not pleased! I normally have good visits when I bring my grandchildren but today (9/4/21) I had an appointment for 2pm, I arrive at about 1:20, space in the parking lot is horrible due to a grocery store is in same area! There were no parking spots close to dentist office but I did see the dentist only parking sign out there. I park further down and about about 1:50 I walk to the door and they are not open and the parking signs are on the inside. They close at 3 and there was no call no text and I am really upset.

Really professional and courteous dentist. They actually care and try to save your teeth, my Son has a really bad cavity that we thought there was no hope for. Smile Club just gave us another option to Dave his tooth, a few other dentist were just trying extract it and be done with it, they are trying to go the extra mile and save his tooth. We didnt have to wait long to be called, they schedule your an appointment that actually really means APPOINTMENT, very nice place. 👍

Saturday we know can be hectic on a normal day.Now try to imagine having your 6 year old in pain with an abcess on her gums....Aghh!! There goes any plans other than to take care of my daughter.I called in as a walk in as a new patient because unfortunately our Dentist is not open on SaturdayAfter a quick check the insurance was accepted.We arrived being greeted by the nicest front desk lady that I have ever met.My daughter was so comfortable and everyone did an exceptional job to welcome my daughter in.An hour later my daughter had to get a tooth extracted and it was painful for me as a Mom to see there child scared.The entire time the Doctor and Assistant would speak to my daughter about being brave and speaking to her about positive thoughts.They reminded her that she would receive aToy from the toy chest and kept her happy.A few tears and smiles later.She was so happy about it and asked if she canSwitch to the new Dentist.Dr. Williams and entire StaffThank youThe Smile Club Dentistry I am truly thankful for turning my afternoon around with the special attention and true Courteous Service that we were given.

Dr Williams was absolutely amazing , friendly and professional . The office staff was super helpful and courteous. I came from Atlanta and needed some dental work done so I gave the smile club a try now I’m hooked. Dr. Williams is literally the best! He is so patient with my son and explains to him what he is doing which helps him to relax. Dr. Williams and Dr. Jay are excellent, as well as the entire staff. They make you feel at ease and explain everything well. My kids are very comfortable when they have their visits. Dr. Williams explained that my son needed braces during a routine cleaning. Got us set up with a consultation and everything has been a smooth process. My experience here was amazing. From the friendly faces up front to the professionalism in the clinical side. Karla took us back and assured us we would be taken care of. The smile club is the best dentistry I’ve ever brought my kids to hands down! Dr. Williams was remarkable. Extremely courteous, gentle, patient and attentive with my boys. Incredible. One of my boys had to get a tooth pulled which he’s had before and had a horrible experience with a different dentist. I spoke with Dr. Williams about this he looked at me with a great smile and said, he will be great, trust me, he’s in great hands. So, I did.I decided to go to the next room and not watch. Once my son was done not a single tear drop. What??!! When we left to the car my son asked me why didn’t the dentist strap him down? Mom he let my arms go loose. He didn’t scare me. I replied with tears son, because he’s a wonderful dentist.The staff was very friendly, and kind my boys had a ball making jokes with them as well. The building was very clean, and organized. The whole atmosphere is so calming. I drove a hour away just to take my kids to the smile club & I always will! He botch my wisdom teeth room. There was still a little tooth left over. He had to give me stitch. I have a had my teeth removed from a different dentist, did need stitches. It was a disaster. Do not recommend.

From the phone call to the “see you at your next appointment” everything was 5-Star. This is huge is to me because our previous dentist office was horrible and it took us awhile to find a good dental office. The office is super clean and the televisions are a nice touch. Never going back ...my oldest son had worked done he got caps in the front, his gums started turning purple when I told about they didn’t do jack they said it was Normal then my daughter went and they wanted to do the same procedure on her and I declined when I told them I didn’t want any caps they gave me a stank attitude then I I still kept going back I went back with my youngest son and the same thing happened they wanted to do caps as well and I refused I also got a funky attitude but what make you think Im going let you keep doing caps if y’all didn’t fixed my oldest...the work they did in my youngest was fillings and it seams like they did a bad job because his filling fell off three weeks later and when I told the about they seems no to care .so I moved from dentist office.

First time coming here since they changed over. The staff here is very friendly and will answer all questions you may have. Dr. Williams came into the room and was ready to answer questions and ease your concerns right away. Even walked me through the events that would be done to the kids. When he mentioned to me about my sons teeth needing calcium he even showed me exactly what was going on and explained as to why!

Love the new office and staff!! I’m terrified of the dentist but they made me feel so comfortable. My kids all enjoy it, and Monica from the front desk is very nice and awesome.

I took my 2 year old son here for a check up, and it was awesome. When I first walked in I was greeted by the receptionist and I was seen very quickly. The dentist explained everything he was doing and very nice even though my son was upset. I would recommend this place to anyone.

One of the assistant is really really good with kids and the doctors are nice. I wish I could give more stars but the truth is that our experiences have not been so well. First you don’t get to read or get a copy of the release forms that you sign and they don’t tell you the truth about what you sign for which feels really shady. My son had work done on his teeth this last time and the assistant that was suppose to be helping wouldn’t even suction the water out even when my son clearly sounded like he was chocking. I told her to suction after the doctor had already told her but her ego took over and completely ignored the request and the well being of my son. If you don’t like to be told what to do you should not be there. The previous visit she was suppose to be holding the UV light on the tooth but she was aiming it at my son’s gum line and he was crying in pain and she just kept chatting with the doctor about her weekend plans. I told her about it and she said it shouldn’t hurt. Yes it does!!! I’ve had that experience happen to me in the past when I used to get my braces fixed. Hope they start caring more about the kids comfort and well being. People like that implant a horrible experience on kids and it makes them not want to visit their dentists anymore. My son used to love his visits until that lady hurt my son due to someone being in the wrong career.

Ive had work done here, my wife, my kids. This place is for everyone. Took care of everyone in my family. Definitely referring others to this place.Ive had many bad experiences with many dentists so I come in very skeptical and scared. I used to hate going to the dentist but now coming to my 6 month dental check-ups isnt so bad. Ever since I started coming to DinoDental Ive kept up with my check-ups because of their reminders. I keep coming back because of their friendly staff and great work. Their exam and X-rays arent as expensive as other places that Ive gone to, and any treatment I need is affordable.

This place is only open to take your money and bill your I insurance for services that they arent providing. My son was having an issue and they made it worse for two visits and said they would refer him because they couldnt do the work that they knew he needed weeks prior. TOTAL SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I originally left a five star review for Dino dental. I now have to change that to one star. Dino Dental cancelled my appointment the day before my visit. They said they dont feel like taking my insurance anymore. Yet they are covered under my insurance and have taken it in the past. I even had my insurance call them to confirm they are a providers under my plan. They still refused to take my appointment, which was scheduled months in advance.

Great docs, great staff, and great service. The clinic is clean and everyone is professional and nice. I highly recommend the work done by the doctors here. They take their time to make sure their work is done properly and beyond that spend plenty of time explaining about the treatment itself. Dinosaur theme is AWESOME and they also have Xbox to play with!

Great staff and service! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to insurance claims.My insurance was declined when I arrived but they were able to resolve the issues and really went out of their way to make sure that I was paying the correct co-pay. The entire environment was very kid friendly and helped put the kids at ease during our visits. This was the first time that we walked away from any dental procedure WITHOUT tears and this included a tooth extraction! Appointment times were very flexible and convenient. I really appreciated that the doctors were very thorough and went into detail with their recommendations. Can not recommend this office enough, especially if you have kids that are prone to have anxiety before their appointments!

Well I had never really had an issue with them just that sometimes I didnt like the fact that they want parents to be out of the room when children are getting treatment .The last visit was the last one for me; my daughter had a lose tooth and I asked the dentist to pull it out , to my surprise he did not only pull the one I asked , but also the other one next to it .All he said was sorry for the confusion, I wonder what if it had been one of her permanent tooth, what if he had been a doctor and cut off the wrong limb. Parents beware and at times some of this dentist are out just to get yor insurance money.

04/11/2019 Stay AWAY**** Today I went in to supposedly pick up refund. The dentist said he would not issue the refund they owe me of $281.40 unless I changed my review to 5 stars or removed it completely. How unethical! I immediately left. They overcharged me. They are fully aware they overcharged me and refuse to refund me. The money they owe me has nothing to do with my review. If I had been treated with respect I would have said that the issue was rectified, but making my refund conditional on me changing my review is absurd. This behavior from a health care provider is appalling. I hope no one else has to experience this. There are laws that protect people from this type of fraud. Im glad that I am fully aware of my rights. To be continued...I was seriously overcharged by this office... by over $200. Now the office manager is never in and no can help with the refund they owe me. I brought in my explanation of benefits from my dental insurance company to show them what I was suppose to pay along with my receipts of what they charged and they just act very snarky and wont give me my refund. If you have private insurance stay away ... theyre great if you have Medicaid, but paying $370 for a dental visit that was only suppose to be $87 and cant get my money back from them makes me feel like theyre criminals. I can only assume the amounts they overcharge to Medicaid and get away with it. SMHTo address your reply:I did ask to speak to Janette AKA the manager and instead of addressing the issue when I was there in the office in person, I was told someone would go get her, then after waiting an additional 30 minutes I asked if the manager was going to come, I was told she wasnt in. I immediately left and called my credit card company to dispute the charge and then my insurance company to advise. Both companies promptly contacted Dino Dental. The insurance representative called Dino Dental and was told to call back the next day because the manager was doing braces. The next day when the representative called back, Dino Dental claims they cant refund the amount they owe me until next week and they cant refund my payment method but I have to return to get paper check. I dont want to return and be treated in that manner again. I didnt take 2 weeks to pay them and I didnt underpay them. I would appreciate the same courtesy, and in a prompt manner. Its not my fault Dino Dental owes me a refund, its theirs. I understand mistakes happen. The mistake was not on my end. When a mistake is made, customers and patients appreciate a prompt response and an apology. No one appreciates being ignored, snarky attitudes and comments, eyerolling , and being given the run around which is what I got and why I decided to take matters up with my credit card company and insurance company. At least they got a prompt response for me.Too bad I couldnt get a solution as fast as the reply from their office on this Google review. Disgusted that a social media site got more attention from that office than I did standing there waiting for Janette when the receptionist already knew they were going to ignore me and play the game of the manager will be with you shortly , the manager is busy and finally the manager isnt here all within 45 minutes. Then you told the insurance company the manager was doing braces 15 minutes later while I sat in my car parked right in front of your office door. Hopefully the dentists that practice here will get better office staff and change the no parents in the room policy. Those things are costing them business which means its costing them money.
