Usually, I dread going to the dentist. Hanna Dental has changed my dental visit prospective. During my most recent visit, I was serviced by hygienist, Ruby. The experience was so pleasant and so relaxing that I felt like I had been to a spa! Thank you Ruby for such an incredible dental visit, and also the ladies at the front desk who provided great customer service to ensure the best available appointment for my next visit. Bye Bye fear...Im looking forward to my next appointment!

Very professional and warm staff. All the ladies at the front desk call me by name and greet me with a smile.Dr. Hanna and the other dentists are clearly very busy and yet they are intentional about adding a personal touch to the service.Maria has gone above and beyond and talked to me several times off the clock when she didnt have to.Becky has helped me so much and treats me like a person not a number. She is patient and is a great comfort. Even when I am a little irritable and discontent. I couldnt ask for more.This has been a difficult and painful process. My smile has been a huge source of insecurity for years. The Hanna crew has made it a lot easier.I would highly recommend their services.

Best place in town!!! The staff was more than great!! Thelma Galindo was very helpful she was very detailed, on what Procedures I would be doing. She definitely helped with making sure the Expenses, were well within my budget. The Doctor was very gentle and explained everything to make sure I understood what he he would be doing. I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Hanna implant center. I’m a registered dental hygienist and my smile is very important to me. I highly suggest against this business.Never have I met more disrespectful, condescending, narcissistic and hurtful people in my life. Members of the staff were letting their friends walk in and discussing personal things like concerts in front of me while they would not let my wife sit with me, yet multiple people were standing talking with them, again with no masks.While in the consulting room, now with my wife present as were discussing money and wouldnt allow discussion without her, I overheard a nurse say I wouldnt want to be in the room with them, they could be dirty. and when I mentioned it, she was very embarrassed and changed the subject.The three nurses I talked to were trying to constantly sell me things. They were saying well take off X amount of money to do me a favor, constantly going over the budget that was discussed before driving multiple hours to their office. I should mention the four hours I waited past my appointment time and the Doctor spent a whole 5 minutes with me and thats being generous.Back to the nurses, they mentioned I dont want to speak for you but I dont think you want this option referring to the cheaper option, and I had to embarrass myself and explain that I am not a rich person, Im very much on a budget and doing this for health reasons.I hope no one has to ever experience what I did. This was a completely embarrassing and infuriating experience that was brought on by the unprofessional and condescending attitudes from the staff. If you choose to go here, good luck to you but please be aware that they are salesmen and will try to up sale things you may not need as well very disrespectful if you are unable to afford what they want you to buy.

To begin I hate going to the dentist, but had very good experience with Dr Hanna and the staff. The girls where great and explain everything in detail. I highly recommend them for your dental needs and the wait time was only like only 15 minutes what made it so convenient for me to get back to work.

I hate going to the dentist,but this place made feel comfortable,the staff was friendly really cool atmosphere. Had quite a bit done,an implant,3 root canals a cleaning and 2 fillings. Each visit was great, didnt have to wait long,came in and within minutes I was called to the back. Dr. Hannah and Dr. Cuéllar were great, did a great job numbing me always asking if I was ok during the procedure. I highly recommend this place. Ill be a returning customer thats for sure.😁

Dr. Hanna is the best orthodontist there is. He did a procedure on my mom around 10 years back, where he restructured the complete bone structure of the mouth, made 8 implants, and put dentures. He literally gave her a new life. 10 years later, his surgery is still intact. The dentures are in beyond perfect condition, mainly she took care of them, and they were also of good quality. Not to mention that we had lifetime guarantee on the procedure and the dentures, we went back every year for a check.

Nobody better!!! The whole staff is awesome. A relaxing atmosphere from start to finish. I had no idea how painless this would be from start to finish. They take great care to make sure your smile is just how you want it.

Dr Hannas office is exemplary in all areas. Beginning from the first phone call to the office visits the staff is friendly , all dressed in matching attire and smiles all around. They are all extremely qualified and able to talk intelligently to you about each step of the process. The surgical and dental procedures they use are the latest equipment and the most knowledgeable . Maria was my treatment coordinator and she is a love.! but then all the gals have been wonderful. Dr Hanna is everything I had hoped he would be. I saw him on Good Morning Houston as he had done implants on her Mother and was so pleased. I didnt think the budget would handle it , and it is costly, but worth every single dollar in the long run. They have financing and never pressure you to sign the dotted line. I HIGHLY recommend this Dental Firm and think anyone using them would be completely content.

They treated my mom great but the wait time was horrible. But once you get to the money talk all goes so fast. Sign the papers see what you qualify for and boom you are set with your next appointment. Great atmosphere and few moans and groans but all in all ok. Just that damn wait....

This place is incredible. I had an emergency and lost a bridge in the back of my mouth. I was referred to Dr. Hanna and within 1 hour I had an appointment and walked out with a temporary retainer. Having been kicked in the mouth by a horse when I was younger, I have not only a fear, but horror and anxiety when it comes to dentists!Dr. Hanna and his staff did an awesome job of making me comfortable before and during the extractions of two teeth. I had local anesthesia-- with no swelling and no pain after the first day of surgery.I have never written a comment before on google, but have to give credit where credit is due. The staff was exceptional and Dr. Hanna was incredible. I know there are many doctors in Houston that do implants but please make sure you meet with Dr. Hannah before you let anyone perform the surgery. He is the best in Houston.

Dr. Hanna is an extremely patient and kind person. She made me feel at ease from my first to my most recent visit. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hanna and his entire staff. The initial consultation was exactly that, a consultation. I wasnt made to sit alone in a room and watch infomercials about how my life was going to change, and how I will cry these tears of joy when I look at my new smile for the first time. Unfortunately, this is what some of his competitors do. Dr. Hanna and his staff instead got right to work with a thorough examination and a course of action. I appreciated the no-nonsense approach.I got the all-on-four dental implant on both my upper and lower jaws. To do this, Dr. Hanna had to remove 31 of my natural teeth. The surgery was a breeze and I was quite surprised that I didnt have any pain afterwards. Just some minor swelling but I was fully back to myself within 48 hours. After a few months of sporting some nice looking temporary teeth, I got my permanent set! I love them, they are awesome, and I cant believe they are mine!Every person that works there has been nothing short of delightful to interact with. You can tell that they genuinely like being there. And they all seem to work well together as a cohesive team.I like that Dr. Hanna is local. I like the fact that you see him on his TV commercial and he is the one that does the surgery. I like that I wasnt made to feel even worse about my then-current dental situation then I already was. I like that the price was fair and competitive. I like that they begin appointments on time. I love his staff! And of course, I love my new smile!

Dr. Hanna and his staff are absolutely amazing! Ive had a few implants, a crown replaced, fillings..he never hurts you and is always concerned about your comfort. Ive never had any problems with anything hes done..and he never tries to do unnecessary procedures..and I hardly ever even have to sit in the waiting room..I live about 45 minutes away from his office ,but he is well worth the drive. If you are looking for an exceptional dentist, go see Dr. Hanna!

Very displeased. Had an appointment today at 12:30 wasn’t seen until an hour afterwards. A lady with a scheduled time for 1pm was seen before me. The two staff members who did my x rays were very unprofessional. I heard them snickering and giggling about my circumstance. “Gold teeth?! Lol probably a drug dealer” after sitting in the chair for another hour I was repeatedly told “we’re waiting for room in the DR’s office for your assessment. Approximately 15 minutes later,”would you mind sitting in the waiting area?” Me: absolutely. This is absurd. Im being judged on a bad decision I made when I was a teen. Here I am a business man and Christian who has turned his life around. Only to be ridiculed by some unprofessional employees from this “place of business” needless to say I will take my business elsewhere. Clearly It’s not wanted here at Hanna Dental

Dr Hanna and the entire staff are so friendly and professional I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. The amount of personal attention that they pay to their patients during and post visit is amazing. All of their equipment is state of the art and the care provided is unparalleled. Let me start by saying Dr. Hanna helped change my life. I will not bore you with my life story, but here are the facts. He was able to do what every other dentist I went to said was impossible. Every time I come to the office I am treated with compassion and care. The surgery was a breeze, I was sedated and slept through the whole thing. The outcome was amazing. I have the smile I always dreamed of and most importantly my mouth is healthy again and I am completely out of pain. I could go on forever with why Dr Hanna is the best! I cannot praise my experience with this dental practice enough. I was terrified of having my tooth removed and procrastinated for quite awhile. On the day of my dental surgery I arrived early and was assisted by Kody, a member of Dr. Hannas staff. She saw that I was nervous and assisted me in completing the required forms. She showed great patience and kindness. Dr. Hannas assistant was Helen. She performed her responsibilities with great care and competence. Dr. Hanna was fantastic. I did not feel the tooth being removed, which took about 2 minutes. I did not even know it had been extracted. I walked out pain free and never experienced any discomfort from the moment I left his office. Maria was great as well; when I originally called the office on a Sunday, she actually answered the phone and assuaged my concerns. I saw Joyce, Dr. Hannas assistant twice; she was very accommodating with me and went above and beyond the call of duty to help with my concerns.I have never written a review but feel so strongly about my positive experience that I am sharing it for anyone who is looking for a great dental practice. I am very grateful and highly recommend Dr. Hanna.

I cant say enough great things about Dr. Hanna and his team!From the moment I walked in with my son for a emergency wisdom tooth extraction Kody greeted us with a smile. Lo quickly got us to the back and got Gavin settled in. Dr Hanna and Lo answered all my questions and put myself and Gavin at ease. Once the procedure was over Joyce helped us to the car and again made sure all questions were answered. Later that evening they even called to check on us!Not only was it a pleasant atmosphere you could tell how they took the time to know each and every patient.

I was totally amazed at how easy and quick the procedure was. In just fifteen minutes the root of the old, broken tooth was extracted and the titanium implant installed. I had no pain or significant discomfort. Dr. Hanna and his staff are outstanding.

I recently lost a bridge consisting of most of my front teeth. I found out the hard way that not everyone who does implants is equal or even knowledgeable. I had different periodontist tell me many different things and of course they are motivated by that high profit margin on implants, So I was confronted by a situation that I had to deal with. After enduring a brutal extraction, then a three month wait with no front teeth. I out found out this is not necessary or even advisable. So when I found Doctor Hannah I found a level of expertise far above the most dental professionals I had to consult with. I didn’t know that at first but after my experience with Hannah dental I can see that his methods and expertise are far above most dental professionals and even though they were professional they were compassionate too.Wishing you well,Mark

A few years ago I lost a tooth... a year ago I was with another dentist for a root canal which unfortunately did not help and I lost another tooth, and this weekend, another tooth broke.I was sad, worried, just 43 years old and with 3 missing pieces.I start with google, I wanted to find the best specialist in Houston to do dental implants, I red in detail other patient opinion, and I decided on Dr. Hanna because he has many positive reviews.Today I called the Patient Care Manager (Maria Hernandez) and she treated me with genuine kindness, I explained her my situation and to my surprise Maria gave me the appointment for today.I arrived half an hour before, because Maria recommend me to fill out the forms before the appointment, the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness and elegance of Hanna’s Dental Implants office, then the service: we were offered water, coffee, juice.I filled out the forms and went through the Surgical Assistant (Lo) who effectively took X-rays and 3D scanning while patiently gave me options...After that, Dr. Raouf Hanna came, introduce himself and explained the details, then I returned with Mary and she explained costs. I already knew this was going not be economical, and as I have no insurance, hoping to find a financing option. Maria offered me an outside service to pay in 2 years without interest ... I signed everything and went to the room of surgeries with Lo and Dr Hanna.Oh my God! ... World-class service, I sat down and for my surprise they have Netflix relaxing videos, and procedure began.I would really recommend Dr. Raouf and his very attentive staff.Walgreens pharmacy staff took me my medicine directly to the Hannas offices, at home, I received a phone call from Lo´s cell, and she asked me how I felt after the procedure.Woooow! ... That level of service!. ..
