My daughter chipped her front tooth a week before she started high school. Dr. Ashrafi took her in on a Friday evening and fixed it! She is very scared of dentists, but they made her feel comfortable. THANKS!!

I had an emergency issue. They got me in quickly. The entire staff was so friendly, polite, and professional.They took care of my issues with no pain. I have never been a big fan of the dentistry field. I usually always ended up in pain even after a cleaning. So my trust level has always been low. Very friendly practice, top to bottom. They put me completely at ease. With the amount of dental I need, they had multiple options. Also they have really accommodating hours. I think I found my dentist that will make me happy!

Dr.Khan is great! I have always had a problem with dentist but I enjoy coming to see Dr.Khan. She has a great bedside manor that all doctors should have. She explains everything very well and recommends the best treatment for your needs. The office staff are a wonderful and very welcoming.

This is the best dental office Ive ever been to. Dr. Ash is just amazing and kind and considerate. Dr. Khan is the same. We have conversations like friends and laugh. They are very concerned with the patients comfort. The support staff is amazing as well! They are all the so friendly and accommodating.

I had to change dentist since we moved to the cypress location. I was not too happy about finding a new dentist. Especially needing one that was open on weekends due to my crazy schedule during the week. The office staff was very pleasant and the girl that started the x Rays was pleasant. The man that took over the x-rays however was rather rough and a bit uncaring. When the dentist came in to introduce himself, he was very pleasant and very forth coming. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. During the cleaning he was very communicative and thorough. Overall pleasant experience.

I was in need of a compassionate and honest dentist. I found this and more. The front desk staff was very nice and professional. The technician was informative and friendly. The dentist was attentive and gentle. She was honest about my level of oral needs. Which was far less than years with previous dentist. She actually wanted to listen and hear about my oral concerns and personal life. In 40+ years, no dentist I’ve ever encountered expressed any interest in my personal world. Despite having a cavity, I left quite satisfied.My only negative concern was the unclean odor in the lobby and rooms. I inquired if there was recent flooding? The technician stated no, but there were recent renovations. Overall it was a positive experience. My husband and 3 daughters will be her next patients!

Everyone was fantastic... from the phone call to set the appointment up, to walking in the front door, and all the way through to the end! Taking my kids to the dentist has never been so easy & their prices are great too! Very pleased Mommy

Update: I terribly regret to lower my rating and write this review, and I am only doing so to inform others fairly on what to expect. Be prepared to wait for over an hour for simple procedures! I gave up on My Dental Copperfield location a while back due to poor customer service from the front desk representative who allowed me to sit for 40 minutes before even greeting me or checking me in and an additional 30 minutes to see the dentist until I decided that enough was enough and left. Somehow my booked appointment in which I received text and email reminders for was mysteriously unknown of. I received a call that same day with an apology stating an overlook. Fast forward to today, I gave them another chance! I asked to be removed and no longer be contacted...never happened which is how I gave them another shot when I was contacted again to see if my family and I would come in for a cleaning. The young lady at the front desk (new since my last visit thankfully) was very sweet and polite while booking the appointment...heard my concerns and assured me that things would be better. Nope, same thing...abnormal extended wait times with NO EXPLANATION as if its of the norm! My husband and I went in for our annual cleanings. There was a wait, for me to even be seen by anyone but tolerable. After X-rays, my husband was convinced to get a deep cleaning. Needless to say, we left 2 hours and 50 minutes later with no work done. My poor husband endured a lot of numbing injections...dentist informed him that the needle broke and went to locate another needles (said he was new to the room but was very personable, polite, and thorough) and never returned. 30 minutes later, I requested an update on the delay...nothing. We finally left and vowed to never return again. Please know that the staff is AMAZING! I fault this on short staff and poor scheduling. Dr. Ash, the owner, is phenomenal as well as his staff, but their improved scheduling and communication during awful waits sure would have been nice. We will not be returning...cancelled all appointments for this family of 5!

Staff was very polite, and the dentist/dental assistant were very kind and gentle with my sons. After seeing how well they all worked together I made an appointment for myself. Overall I was very pleased. They are definitely our new family dentists now.

The office is very clean. I love the professionalism of the staff. The dentist always tells me what he will doing to my childrens teeth before he proceeds. I would recommend My dental to my friends and family.

Everyone at the Copperfield location was very kind, friendly, and helpful starting with the young woman at the reception counter. I originally had an appointment scheduled for Thursday but needed to get in much sooner. I call on a Tuesday at about 11 am and told them my kid really needed to be seen much sooner. They were able to get me in at 12:30. I arrived at 12 to fill out paper work and at about 12:15 or so I was seeing the doctor. The young woman that led us to the area where my son would be seen was very friendly and very concerned with making my almost three year old feel comfortable. She brought him stickers, which he loved. She would get down to his eye level to communicate with my son. The doctor showed up soon after and he was friendly and walked us through every single thing he was going to do as he did it. He acknowledged my son and communicated with him even though my son is nonverbal. He was quick and efficient with what he needed to do with my son. Kept his cool even though my son was extremely difficult. Never lost his soothing way of communicating with either me or my son. Reassured me that everything was okay as I’m sure he could see I was very stressed out because my son was crying and screaming. The entire staff was amazing. They gave my son a balloon before we left and he walked out with a smile on his face. I am so glad this place was recommended to me. I will be switching to them for myself as well. Great experience considering the stressful circumstances. Would definitely recommend to everyone especially those with small children.

Our daughter a really bad tooth ache. They were amazing. They were able to help get rid of the pain in just a few minutes and were able to fit us in on a Saturday to remove the tooth.5 stars for the dental assistant and the dentist for being very compassionate.

This office has great customer service. Very Friendly and the Dentist was very informative. Called on a Thursday got a Friday appointment. Wait time was maybe 5 minutes!!! Very Wonderful place would recommend going here and very inexpensive!!!

I went here today to see the work that needs to be done on my teeth as I need extensive work done. The people there were very nice and understanding of my fear of the dentist and work that needs to be done as well as my being embarrassed by my current situation. Until recently I would have given 5 stars.The young doctor that did my cleaning g was cordial and professional enough BUT he seemed to be in a hurry. If he had slowed down he would not have had to apologize for slipping and causing pain as often as he did. Its a cleaning...Not a race.

I was there to see Dr. Jeffries Leon because thats the doctor my husband had seen and recommended. Itd been years since I had seen a doctor so issues had escalated and I was in desperate need of some dental attention. So when I called and found out Dr. Leon wasnt there anymore I made the consultation anyway with the new doctor, Dr. Mujib Ashrafi.I have HORRIBLE anxiety when it comes to dentists and its very obvious. As much as I tried to be tough about it, I was holding back tears before he even started any procedure. But Dr. Ashrafi was very patient and gentle the entire time and so was the staff! They took really good care of me and my teeth in a way no other dentist office ever has before. So, after the great experience, I still suffer from the anxiety of going there and getting cleanings but Im now able to commit to my appointments and getting my teeth healthy! Whereas before Id just go to one appointment and leave to never be seen again till the next major issue.I would highly recommend him to anyone but especially to those looking for a dentist to TRUST!

Dr. Badger and the rest of the staff are fantastic. Dr. Badger is skilled, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. And he genuinely cares about patient health. My Dental does a great job with insurance, particularly pre-approval. And no games about costs. They are all a credit to the health care industry.
