Brought my 18-year-old daughter to the dentist for a check up and cleaning he recommended filling 7 cavities in all my daughters molars. Took her to tow dentists after that for a check up to make sure. Both dentist said no fillings recommend. Over selling recommending unnecessary work that damages the teeth further down the line. always get a second opinion!!!

Made an appointment last week.$200 teeth cleaning. No insurance lost job due to covid. Went in today for appointment at 10:00 am. 20 minutes early. Then waited 30 more minutes. In the Back room really!!! Asked me if I wanted to reschedule? Which is ironic I had an appointment they took a walk in ahead of me! Who knows what their reason for an APPOINTMENT. Ridiculous!! Someone else will take my money. Good luck y’all need it!!!

I’m very happy with my dental work. I had been dealing with unsightly dental issues for almost two years but Dr. Im restored my smile in less than an hour. & best of all he kept me comfortable with no pain.

I was pleasantly surprised, it’s a really nice office, with state of the art equipment. Dr. Alvarado was very nice and cares about her patients. I went in for an advertised special on teeth whitening and they did what was promised, very efficiently. There were no upgrade suggestions or hard sell on getting more work done there. Just that alone made me want to come back!

I was looking forward to my appointment with Dr. Carol Alvarado; but after going back and forth a few times ; I was surprised by a very unprofessional phone call from the dental hygienist cancelling my booking for the second time. I don’t think it reflects negatively on an institution when the staff do not coordinate with the main doctors and when staff make internal issues visible to the public. Such a shame.

I was pleasantly surprised when the office manager offered to show me all of the office amenities and services they offered. I came here trying to find a new dentist. This location was not as convenient for me to get to and they were not in my insurance network. So I was frank about my concerns and didn’t have any expectations of staying. Upon meeting Dr. Peeling and her staff, I quickly reconsidered. They addressed my concerns with professionalism and polite candidness. There were no surprises and awkwardness. They provided the information I needed to make a decision about whether to get treatment here or not. They explained things every step of the way and made sure I was very comfortable. They gave me all the options to consider and did not push one over the other. I felt that I was well informed to make a decision and had a great first experience.

The facility is extremely clean and inviting. I feel very well taken care of every time I come. Dr. Peeling is very informative and the staff is extremely friendly. Everyone works as a team and I LOVE it! I highly recommend!

University Oaks is beyond amazing. I needed an emergency root canal and they did the procedure in under an hour on a Saturday. The technicians are beyond nice and helpful and offer the best customer service. Dr. Morency did an overall excellent job. I would recommend this place and Dr. Morency to anyone and everyone!

I have been wanting to change dentists for a while, but I had a difficult time finding a place that made me feel comfortable. I stumbled upon University Oaks Dental on San Felipe as I was going to the restaurant next to it and it turned out to be a great find. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Peeling did an amazing job on my teeth. The office is clean and calming. I also liked that the office has the technology to allow me to see my teeth on the TV screen so I that I could understand the problems we were discussing. I am happy with my decision to change to this dentist.

Me and my wife went to get our teeth cleaned and had a pleasant experience with them. The whole team worked as a single unit and gave us a ton of knowledge about the conditions our our teeth and gums. Had no pain while doing the cleaning and we then decided to start the process of getting Invisalign through them. They all seem to have the knowledge and expertise of how to use exellence service, and make our dental hygiene a top priority!

I started back in Jan 2018 with Dr. Peeling. I was so excited to get my Aligners. The process was going very smooth and my teeth were just about straight until Dr. Alvarado took over. Its been so many problems with there machine. It is now March 19 2019 and Ive had the same tray in my mouth for 2 1/2 months. I called and text weekly and all Erica does is lie and says she going call the company and call be back but she never does. But then I get random text to come in for cleaners which are expensive compared to other dentist. I ask about aligners again she says she will call and check on them. My aligners finally arrived on the late evening of March 6 which Erica asked when I could come in. I tell her March 12 which is following Tuesday. She tells me the would be close the entire week. As of March 19 I still havent received an appointment or courtesy phone call to set up an appointment. A process that should have taken a week has taken 2 1/2 months. plus. I would not recommend them for Aligners. $5500 and my teeth still arent straight. 😥
