I visited ClearChoice today and received a very detailed consultation. The process thus far has been beautiful. The initial representative I spoke with to confirm the consultation was beyond nice. Ms.Scarlett made me feel at ease and relaxed. She is amazing at simply listening and tries to help as much as possible. The Dr. was so compassionate and caring. I truly hope all works out, I would love to have the amazing teeth everyone deserves, from ClearChoice.

Pleasant visit, great consultation, woke up in the middle of getting my sinus cavity moved , by way of 3 people holding(trying) my head while the Dr used a hammer and chisel to move it, my sinuses have started to leak consistently after 2 years...I paid well over 19,000 to have a nice smile.... Im in the mist of having to replace one of my implants replaced by another Dr , I called Clear Choice to see if anything can be done to help me ....all in all and in not the words Im using because if they say it its bad practice.....but in essencetold me to bend over no warranty, no come see us to see what the problem might be or might have been..Now on to the good part I will have to out of pocket redo my tooth that I was told I would never have to worry about again...what a scam and Im not the ligating type but it makes me rethink after all the stuff I let slide by ....well lets just say ....hmmm what am I going to do next.... People read the fine print before you sign the dotted line because I just got ripped off for 19,000 do.llars.

These were some of the nicest people that I have ever dealt with in the dental industry in 60 years of going to the dentist. They are efficient they are warm and caring and can’t wait to get my dental implants done on September 20, 2021

I wish I could give 0 stars for this extortion practice for convincing me I could pay in payments after installing a new tooth almost a year ago and now they say they cant finish until everything is paid. Every experience I had with this company was unprofessional with nurses and doctors laughing at me for whatever they found funny at my expense. I hope they all read this and reconsider their actions before a patient has paid the entire bill because I would rather have my bill go to collections before I give them another dime!

The staff is very kind and caring. It was A difficult decision to remove my bottom teeth for A implanted denture, they did not pressure me at all. They presented the facts regarding my teeth and left it to me to make my own decision. It did not take me long as the facts speak for themselves. When the procedure was done lucky for Me and modern medicine, I have no memory of them doing the work in my mouth. The were quick and very professional and most important caring. When it was done Then they helped to my room and got me seated, they had called my daughter in plenty of time to be with before the next step and then it was done and they brought me to my daughters car with my instructions and it was done! We went for a consultations. And we were very wary. It was really great. Very professional answered any and all questions. It is not cheap , but it will be well worth it.

I understand your in the middle of a pandemic but most places will atleast let 1 other adult in with their patient. I was told I couldnt see the doctor with my elderly father. Their was no one in the waiting room and I was told to go wait in the hospital waiting room with 20 other people or go wait in my car. This policy needs to change. I had to pass a health screening just to step foot in the hospital where all the signs say ONLY 1 ADULT GUEST allowed. Why is clear smile different? I have no clue what is going on with my father. What they are doing at these appointments. This is not ok

From the first meeting, through the entire process they made me feel comfortable, relaxed and important. “All” very attentive and super professional. I had the entire top and bottom arches done and feel was one of my best decisions made. Although I am in the beginning stages of this process, I have been treated fairly and am so impressed with the staff and accommodations that Clear Choice Dental in Houston, Tx has provided! My surgery went well, I am in the healing process at this time, and would be glad to further review as I move forward. So far so good! The jury is still out but I think my experience is going to be a great one!!

CLEAR CHOICE DENTAL is as good as it gets in their expertise. Also, I have confidence that OTHER dental organizations are as highly commendable. I was fortunate to have found a HUMAN connection with the Clear Choice Team. It has been very comfortable for me tointeract with skilled and caring professionals.One advertising element that maybe ALL SUCH ORGANIZATIONS do is a bit disturbing to me---- but I do not fault the Dental personnel. The commercials come close to being dishonest. The commercials dont lie, but they DO participate in what is known professionally as an ALTERNATIVE TO HONEST DISCLOSURE. We listeners are promised a completely new set to be created in ONE DAY (procedures less costly than full implants are offered as well)..... HOWEVER, THE FIRST SET OF FULL IMPLANTS ARE----- TEMPORARY!That is --- they work and look real ...The follow up care is wonderful and part of the initial cost.

Since my original post I have had my surgery and everything is going great. I was surprised that I didnt have any pain after the surgery. I mainly had some slight discomfort because my gums were sore but honesty, I could have gone back to work the next day. Obviously this is not the case for everyone and I am guessing that I am one of the fortunate people. Having had major dental work and experienced severe dental pain since I was a child has influenced my opinion of all the work and treatment from Clear Choice Dental. My confidence has greatly improved and people say I cant quit smiling. Do yourself a favor and at least check out the facility where the procedure is performed. Ask any questions that you may have and they will give you an honest answer. If youre still not sure about the procedure then do research and watch testimonial videos. There are videos out there that were posted by the patients that are honest experiences they have had. Im extremely pleased with everything I have experienced with Clear Choice and dont regrets other than not going through with it sooner. My quality of life is so much better now that I dont have to hide my smile.Everyone has been great! I’m so happy that I took this step to a greater smile and can’t wait until my surgery in a few weeks. Had my consultation, secured financing, had my exam with the dr and booked my surgery all in one day. I love how they walk you through the whole office and you actually get to see where they build you custom smile! Everyone is so welcoming from the moment you walk through the door and that comfort lasts throughout the whole process. Truly great staff.

Incredible how easy and painless the whole process was before and after the implant surgery. I was nervous and aprehensive but I should not had been. Let me start off by saying, I was not the typical patient. I did not want to get implants, I HAD to get implants. After bad orthodontics over 30 years ago I was left with a beautiful smile, but no root structure. My regular dentist put it best, “your teeth are like an iceberg they look beautiful on the surface, but it is what you cannot see that is the problem”. That statement really hit; me and 27 years after being told I would be in full dentures by the age of 25, I found myself in Dr. Syros’ office. I was terrified and broke down in tears more than once. But Majik was amazing and truly cared about me as a person, not as a “sale”. I was taken such good care of by everyone I met and wish I could remember all their names. Meds will make your memory fuzzy. I was NEVER in pain after the surgery. None at all, but that being said I did EVERYTHING they told me to, to the letter. Ice packs every 30 minutes, ok! The hubs set a timer. Meds every 8 hours.... you should see the number of alarms in my phone. I cannot say one negative thing about my experience, NOT one. Thank you to the entire team, and I am sorry I cannot remember all your names. You made a difference in my life and I will forever be grateful.

Top notch facility, courteous and professional staff... GREAT RESULTS !!! I would recommend the Clear Choice Implant Center at Memorial City for anyone needing dental implants.

I have no complaint with the actual Houston staff or Doctors. The work they have done is amazing what I do have complaint with is THEY LIE!!!!! When you go in for the consult, we were told they dont file the insurance for you (ok, I can handle that) but they will assist you with whatever you need for you to file with your insurance. THIS IS THE BIGGEST LIE!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY THIS!!!! A Tax ID number is required by almost all insurance companies in order to process your claim. Clear choice absolutely refuses to give one (they have to have one to be in business), which causes multiple resubmits on our part, and 6 months later still no reimbursement check. Clear choice went so far as to tell us they were working on getting us a tax ID # only to later find out that was a LIE they told their front office staff to tell the customers. If I had known how difficult it would be to file the claims on my own without their assistance, I would have taken my $50,000 to a company that would actually help recoup some of the extensive cost. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU DO NOT INTEND TO FILE INSURANCE!!!!!

From a bold decision over a year ago turns out to be a wonderful experience. I was skeptical at first to try this place so far from home (1 hour drive from Friendswood). But from the very first consultation to the last appointment when I came out with a big smile and a beautiful implant/crown. I already missed this place. Dr. George Syros is truly a gentleman and a wonderful surgeon. He was always professional, cheerful, attentive and helpful every step of the way. Everyone in the office was the same way, from Amy the receptionist to dental/surgeon assistants. They all made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Dr. Syros is not happy until Im completely satisfied with their work. The color of my crown was only a bit off but he insisted on sending them back to the lab. To me it was fine as I was so happy to have my smile back. The price was very reasonable (I did my research before going with them). The fact that they dont work with insurance company was never a negative factor to me as they were very helpful in generating any paperwork you need. I had been down to four lower teeth for several years when they began to break and hurt.I saw a Clear Choice ad on TV and called.They said they could schedule an appointment in a couple of days. I told them I was in pain and would appreciate seeing them as soon as possible.They asked if I could come in today. I said I could and went to their office.After the free exam, they set my appointment for the following morning at 7:30.I was there at 7:30 and by 3:30 that afternoon, I had a complete set of lower teeth for the first time in years. PAIN? Little to none.There are no words to describe how thrilled I was.On February 23, that will have been 3 years. I look on it as another birthday.Over and above all this, I sti.ll marvel at the care and treatment of the Clear Choice personnel. Their cheerful demeanor, their concern for my comfort and welfare and their post treatment contact still amazes me.I have had no problems with my prosthesis and am only sorry I didnt discover Clear Choice sooner.If youre thinking about it, dont wait.
