My experience with Pro-Dentures on S.Gessner was completely amazing.. Dr. Ron Evans has blessed hands when it comes to caring for his patients and staff... I know i was lead to him by God up above. Before i went to Pro- Dentures i had a fear of dentists, but his compassion and experience made me very comfortable. Dr. Evans took the time to explain, in terms i understood. Let me tell yall, i had some major work done, but the sincerity of his spirit pulled me threw.. Dr. Ron Evans will always be my go to dentist.

I went there and was quoted 4,000 for my top denture but I picked top notch! That included all my teeth pulled , sedation, my bottom teeth being scalled and shaped , so that’s what u get what u want real dentures!! Not mill dentures!! So I’m getting mine done next week there absolutely beautiful! Cosmetic dentures!!

I visited this location a few weeks ago because it was close to my job and I needed some work done in a hurry - and it was just that! I could not believe how fast and efficient Dr. Evans and his staff was in assisting me. No long wait times and further, it was so humbling to see Dr. Evans doing the work of his hygienist because they were busy with other patients. I have already referred him to my friends who have since visited him. AND his bowtie/suspenders/sock attire is spectacular (random) *2 THUMBS UP*

I had a tooth extracted today and it was the BEST experience I have had at a dentist office.... clean environment, fast, pain-free, courteous, professional and efficient. The support staff was also extremely courteous and professional. I already recommended him to my daughter and will recommend to anyone who needs dental work done.

I noticed they take walk-ins, bi-lingual (Spanish), Free Xrays, clean facility, and they really will go to great lengths to accommodate the customer. Their service is fast and affordable. I was a patient at the 8000 South Gessner location and every time I went in I was greeted with a smile at the front desk by Cristina, she was always super sweet!!!! Sergio and Fernando always made sure I was as comfortable as possible with my soft liners and did anything thry could do to make my last year as comfortable as they could. Nice decor, pleasant staff and Dr. Evans didn’t look at me in judgement of my ridiculously toothless mouth. And most importantly the prices are reasonable. 4 extractions, 4 Fillings, upper and lower partials...$5700. I went to a place that quoted me $5000 for one implant. I knew if I looked hard enough I’d find a dentist I could ride into the sunset with✌🏾

My husband had broken a bridge but had bone loss and couldn’t get an implant. Went to Dr Evans because of the reviews, the guarantee, the price and the fact we were to get dentures fast. He said my husband had too much pain the first day of extracts to pull bottom teeth so we had to fill a prescription and come back for further extractions. I was concerned about him being too groggy to get home but was told not a problem. The pharmacist that filled the prescription was alarmed about the dosage and told me he wouldn’t wake for eight hours. The clinic was only open a half day for the he appt. I told Dr Evans what pharmacist said and he brushed it off. Needlesso say they couldn’t rouse my husband. I couldn’t get him to the car much less home. I was beside myself. I literally had to rush around looking for a wheelchair to purchase. Took three of us to get him in it and two of us to get my barely conscious husband I’m thecar. Of course he didn’t stay conscious. I won’t go into the following drama but let’s just say this Dr sent home an unconscious patient. Unreal. We continued to go there. The dentures he received looked like Mr Ed. The horse from old tv show. I had to insist he get dentures that fit and look like him. They still don’t fit but at least look better. We moved and haven’t been back for a while. Today, after driving almost thirty miles, he had his remaining teeth cleaned. Just three days ago I was contacted to make this appt and told how much I needed to pay. Today, I’m told I have to pay the full amount since they just stopped taking our insurance which is delta dental. No phone call no nothing. Took four or five times if asking why I have to pay full amount to even get them to tell me that. No idea if true but as sit here in their lobby for the last time, I would NEVER recommend these folks. Yes, the staff smiles. Dr Evan never even spoke to us after the medication fiasco. He’d just walk past us. Horrible place.Update: I never mentioned that this dentist never paid attention to the fact my husband was in blood thinners and never called his cardiologist about it before he extracted his teeth. Needless to say my husband bled prolifically when sent home and we were both in a panic.Flash forward to 9/21/2020, tried to call or email before stating this, as I wanted to give him a chance to respond. But no email listed and phone goes to some other company. So, warning. Went to new dentist today. Turns out, his upper dentures already had a tooth fall out. He’s never been able to wear his partial lowers as it causes pain. Turns out, there is a partial tooth, not properly extracted, after letting the patient bleed a lot and over dosing in meds, yet sending him home. Unreal. No wonder he can’t wear his lower dentures. So, I’d like to know if teeth fall out this soon, and under what circumstances that a dentist or his assistants that constantly have their hands in your mouth, do not know there is a pointed tooth sticking out before your complete the dentures. Impossible. Do not ever go here. By the way, after I posted my first review, a marketing guy called me on behalf of the dentist. Offered nothing. Told him I was ashamed the dentist could not be bothered to speak to me. Took a long time, eventually, the doc called me. But left a message that I insinuated he had no clear what had happened and acted as though I had initiated the call. Never bothered to call this incompetent man back. He is arrogant. That might be ok if he is also brilliant. Unfortunately, no such luck. He needs to be out of business. Maybe he is since I can’t reach anyone. What I DO know, is if I have to replace my Husbands dentures, he will pay for that at the very least. Really really bad dentist.

My denture was cracked . I call this office on Friday , see doctor Evans on Monday and have my new denture which is fitting very well on Tuesday.Thank you prodentures and I highly recommend this office .Phung Đang

Hello in my opinion with Pro Dentures they do great work and they also have good prices and they will also work with you if I had to refer a friend or family member to a dentist then Pro Dentures is where I would send them they always meet with a smile ask you how youre doing and come up with a plan that whatever youre trying to get done with your teeth and theyre very patient I think theyre going to be my regular dentist from now on!

I paid over $2k to have dental work done for a family member and paid for a 5 year warranty! They do not honor their warranty policy. Shortly have having the dentures they broke and the facility would not honor the warranty on file. Sorry, but that is dishonest and fraudulent! Shame on your company!!!
