Excellent service and care. The staff and dentists are kind and knowledgeable. All visits and operations are fully explained and the payment plans are always clearly defined and upfront. Ive been going here for years and am always happy with the work. Its very hard to find a good dentist. I initially went here because it was close to work. My tooth was cracked and I was in severe pain. Dr. Sajidi got me in that same afternoon and stayed late to pull that tooth. His staff called to check on me the next day. The rest is history. This is the only place I will go now. I highly recommend them.

Everyone is very friendly and personable. They greet you by name and make you feel comfortable even if you detest going to the dentist. I have been using them for years now and I’m cavity free so going isn’t as traumatic as it used to be, but they always have great bedside manner. I’m difficult to numb, like my dad before me, but they listen and make sure I’m comfortable even if it takes more to numb me than most others. I appreciate that. You can’t go wrong with them, my entire family has been switching over, you should too.

Please think twice before you pick them as your dentist! The issue started when I received a letter from both of my insurance. I realized with both insurance payments and my own payment I had over paid. Everything went wrong after that. They agreed to give me a credit after fighting for one. Then it was upping the price of other procedures I needed that I already had a treatment plan with pricing for. Adam the manager is honestly useless. I had to settle things with an older crew member because Adam did not have the capacity to deal with an upset customer. Now that I have gone to a different dentist they have made it so difficult to send my X-rays to my new dentist. My dentist office requested them days ago. She followed up with them to be told patient has to pay 25 dollars even if it’s another dentist office requesting them. If you want rude customer service upfront and a cocky entitled dentist in the back this is the place to go!

Dr. Meykadeh is the best dentist! She’s really sweet and super patient. She frequently check up on me and make sure I’m comfortable during the procedure.

Wonderful experience - from the time I went in to the time I left, everything was so comfortable. My dental hygienist was so thorough and did a fantastic job. Dr. Nguyen took such good care of me and she kept on letting me know each time she was doing something with my teeth as I had to have a cavity fixed and a crown replaced. Her assistant Jackie was also extremely helpful and when she took over she made sure to let me know step by step as to what she was doing. Even though my anxiety goes up just walking into the dentist office, they did such an amazing job that I was calm and comfortable the whole time I was there. I would highly recommend this team and this dental office. Melissa at the front helped me set up my care credit and made my payment plan easy to manage. Everyone was honestly really pleasant, friendly and professional.

I showed up for my 9:00am appointment with Dr. Nguyen for a cleaning and 2 fillings and I must say she is one of the best dentist I have ever seen!Her speed and accuracy surpasses all the other dentists I have used in the past! Extremely unprofessional & inexperienced. The multiple phone calls to reschedule to suffice their office needs, the back and forth on billing because they’re uninformed on how to deal with insurance. The lack of communication with procedure expectations, hidden fees, unnecessary upsells and a plethora of other things will be the reason(s) I never allow any physician with this company work on me again. If you want to get several insurance kick backs and end up owing what should have been covered based on the information they provide. Go for it.

I had a deep cleaning done here price 900,i went to another dentist for crowns they did new x rays and told me t had deep spots of tar on some areas I was in shock, I had to pay extra to have them re do the deep cleaning, I was very up set. Careful people.😢

Been a patient at this practice a little over 4 years now. We recently moved further away from it but continue to use them for the 2 adults in our home and our 2 oldest children. We’ve had exceptional service, that we’re willing to make the effort to drive an additional 25 minutes to them now (even tho I’m sure we can find a closer practice). Highly recommend them! My jaws and ear were giving me so much pain which I figured had to do with my teeth. Dr. Pham let me know that my wisdom teeth were hitting my nerves and applying pressure causing all of my pain. I had my wisdom teeth extracted a few days ago and the experience was amazing. I didn’t feel anything and had almost no pain, bleeding, or swelling after the procedure. They even called to make sure everything was fine the next day. It’s not my first time getting dental work done at Eldridge and it won’t be my last.

Went in for my regular bi-yearly check up and cleaning. My teeth are shiny new and feel like they had a spa day. Their dental hygienist is simply awesome. I also felt that the staff took every precaution possible to sanitize and keep me safe during this pandemic. I highly recommend and I am getting my elderly parents to also get their dental check up at this location.

This was my first time here at Eldridge Dental and being that their office is closed due to covid 19, Dr. Sajadi took me in and relieved my tooth pain. I’m terrified of going to the dentist and knew my wisdom tooth needed to be extracted so I was already dreading this visit. Dr. Sajadi explained everything to me step by step and how he was going to do the extraction and answered all of my questions. He gave me all of my options and assured me that he would make me as comfortable as possible and before I knew it my tooth was out. I did not feel a thing besides the small pinch for the numbing medication. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend my friends and family anytime. Thank you Dr. Sajadi and staff.

Dr. Sajadi is THE BEST!! I have had a missing front tooth since I was 6 y/o and 17 years later Dr. Sajadi was able to make the impossible happen for me. I was told when I am an adult and even when I am 18 y/o I can get an implant. My teeth shifted to where I only had one big front tooth and made it look like I had no missing teeth. Which looked SO weird. I was made fun of so many times because of that. I went to multiple orthodontists to get them to open up some space to put at least a fake tooth to make it seem like I have no missing teeth. Until I was 12 yo I found a dentist that had an orthodontist to be able to do that for me. That dentist told me to wait until I turn 18 to start look into getting an implant. Funny thing is that I started working for him and he gave me a partial/flipper and I was using that until now! I am 23 yo now and Ive gone to multiple dentists telling me that I cant get one and that it will be very difficult. I didnt have enough bone for it. On the first try he was able to put my implant in. Dr. Sajadi is so awesome, super careful, and is always making sure throughout the procedure that youre okay. I totally recommend him!

When looking for a medical or dental professional I was looking for someone that cares more about patient care than the insurance claim, online reputation, and themselves.When I read their reviews I thought I found that place. This is why I went along with my husband.I placed an updated review because normally after a teeth clean and fillings everything goes back to normal. But his was bad. He went in with good teeth and gums and nothing wrong. After he visited he said his teeth and gums hurt for weeks. Yesterday he was still complaining about fillings and the issues now he has after visiting the dentist. He said since he visited the dentist he been having issues eating on his left side.So I guess it 50/50 on the experienceNow after I changed the review is when the Browbeating started with their owner Ali. Since I changed the review because after weeks there was discomfort as a fact he was upset. While we were communicating he stated that he had bad teeth with out even knowing who my husband was. Later on the conversation all the sudden he had the records. Then threaten me on yelp putting a false review on my employers page.Later I found this was a common practice that if you give him a bad review he browbeats the reviews and now there are others that reached out about the abuse.

Back in December of 2015 I came to visit my folks living in Houston and was due for a cleaning. They immediately took me to Eldridge Dental. At first I was skeptical... I mean come on, who actually likes going to the dentist #amIright? Especially one that is in unfamiliar territory! So I went, had my my teeth cleaned, and was very satisfied to say the least. The staff was absolutely great! Not only were they friendly and skilled in the dentistry arts, but the staff was genuinely concerned with my well-being. They were very loquacious and made me feel comfortable in the daunting dentist chair. DUN DUN DUUUUN!! After my cleaning I expressed interest in some cosmetic work like veneers. They laid out some options, gave me a plan including affordable financing, and told me to sleep on it. Well I slept on it for about 5 months while I finished up my semester of school in Charleston, SC. After consulting other dentists in Charleston, who by the way gave me outlandish price estimates of up to $14,000, I decided I wanted to go back to Eldridge Dental. I flew back this past May and began the process. Throughout the duration of my plan over these past couple weeks, Dr. Banks, Dr. Sajadi, and their Lab worked on my case diligently to ensure I was completely satisfied. As I was pressed for time to get back to Charleston I was flabbergasted at the amount of work and overtime the staff at Eldridge put in for me, not to mention their experts at the lab working on my veneers to ensure the color and shape were perfect. After the veneers were all done, I can honestly say I could not have asked for a better group of doctors and assistants working on my teeth. They are absolutely perfect and now give me the confidence to show off my smile that Ive always wanted. So whether it is merely a dental checkup or cosmetic work, I highly highly highly recommend Eldridge Dental.
