I was very happy with their services. They seemed to care for my pet with much care and love. The paperwork was very special it include a space for a photo but also had my Chubbs paw print. I lost him March 13th to being hit by a car. I read the poem that was included and still love & miss him everyday. There are days I cry all day and cry myself to sleep. I was very pleased with their work & the care they took with my Chubbs.

After my dog died I took him here. The people where wonderful and very caring.

My boy, Jeb, was sent to them by our Vet.The package we received was beautiful. Not only did we receive his ashes, we also received two keep sakes. Both with paw imprints. We didn’t have a chance to say good bye to him, since he passed while he slept. The keepsakes are extra special.The turnaround was less than a week. I really wasn’t expecting to get him back so soon.

Ive had all of my pets cremated through whoever my vet offered. However, when our bunny died on Christmas Eve, I needed to find a company that I could take Bentley to since he wasnt a patient at our current vet. Cherished Pets is AMAZING to deal with. I believe her name is Amy. She took numerous calls from me taking questions, letting me confirm hours, helping me find the business, etc. She was absolutely the sweetest person to deal with. I feel that they truly take to heart the service that they are offering. I highly recommend Cherished Pets to anyone considering cremation for their pets theyve lost. I feel that Bentley was in very caring hands with them. Thank you so much for your love and kindness during a difficult time!

I called to get rates Saturday morning and Amy answered the phone and shared no empathy. it sounded like she was a teenager working for Chuck e cheese,I cant help itwell theres nothing I could do about it.Were her answers when I asked her what does she suggest since the veterinarian cant hold my puppy on the weekends. The veterinarian actually suggested them! She told me to go back to the veterinarian.her response was horrendous cold and caring disgusting; no empathy! And spoke over me over and over again.How can a company have an employee like her complaining that shes the only one in the office. That is not a place to be cherished!shame on the company for having AMY answer the phone and work there. I asked her if she had any pets and she said no. Figures.

I would give zero stars if I could. They were extremely unethical and unprofessional. Took more than the time they said to cremate my dog and when I got everything back her name was spelled wrong. So I had to wait an additional week just to get the stuff corrected. When I picked up the corrected forms, the date for the cremation was different from the original one I had received. So it makes me wonder if they even know what date they did it or if it was my dog that they cremated. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

We lost our beloved dog in early November. Our vet suggested that we look at Cherished Pets. We were very pleased with their facility. We also liked all of the urns and other memory items that they have. The price was very reasonable and the people we dealt with were very kind and professional. We had a viewed cremation. It was very nice and we found it to be very healing. We ordered a number of items and we were happy with all of them. We got them when promised. I highly recommend Cherished Pets.

Its never easy to say goodbye but this company has went above & beyond for my baby. They helped the transition go easy and have great communication. The prices are great and the memory package is amazing. They handle my little one with care and grace. Thank you guys so much.

Very nice and helpful people. Found them online came by place and very happy with the services. I would not hesitate to use them again. After talking to them turns out my vet uses them also.

We heard about Cherished Pet through Circle B the veterinary clinic in Katy where we took our 14 year old chocolate lab dog to be euthanized and then cremated. Their charge was so low I was shocked. Our emancipated 50 pound dog was only $55 to cremate whereas other centers like Live Oak were $150 and more, even for a group cremation with no ashes returned. Also the vet there was wonderful. So sweet and compassionate. Even teared up as well, even though not knowing our dog ever before going there. I was simply looking for the cheapest place to take care of the sad duty of putting down a pet.

Curt and his team are professional, caring and pay close attention to all the details.My husband and I recently picked up our beautiful urn and received a personal tour of the facility! They really make you feel special and you will never doubt that your precious pets are being well cared for. We are very happy with this experience and would recommend their services to anyone.

They are one of the best cremation company Ive ever dealt with. Ive been in the veterinary field for over 10 years and have met a lot of cremation company owners. You wont meet anyone in this company that doesnt care. They provide packages that are same price for almost any weight. They have so many perks that you would have to call to know everything. They will also never stop trying to make it better, or at least they havent with us.I would recommend them for every client and any clinic Ive worked at.

Beautiful cremation package. Went though my vet. I had her back with in a week. Handled my Casie girl with love and kindness.
