Incredibly impressed with the facility/service. My family and I were treated with so much respect and care while being there for a private viewing of my pets cremation. The staff was so helpful, kind and comforting during the entire process from my pet being picked up all the way to offering to have her ashes dropped off. The viewing was beautiful and we could tell her body was well taken care of. It felt very personal, so thankful to have had Pet Meadow during my time to say goodbye to my 17 y/o girl.

I used Pet Meadows services through Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialist. My dog Era was by my side for the past 14 years and I unexpectedly had to say goodbye a week ago. I am so thankful for your services and the respect and care you have shown myself and her remains. I picked up her ashes from her private cremation at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialist and they were packaged in a beautiful cherry wood box with her name engraved on a plaque. I will forever cherish this and her paw print. Thank you again for the care shown at every step of this incredibly difficult process.

Pet Meadow was a blessing to our family. After losing our beloved dog, we reached out to them and they came and retrieved our dog on our timetable and showed tremendous compassion. I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to the amazing people at Pet Meadow! Sadly, my Great Dane passed away unexpectedly from heart failure on my kitchen floor. Not only was I completely devastated but I was also home alone at the time. That being said, I called Pet Meadows and spoke with Sydney. Sydney was so kind and patient with me as I was barley able to form a complete sentence. She sent Dan right over to assist me and Dan was an absolute doll as well. He treated my big Love Bug with the upmost respect and care. After my fur baby was loaded into the van Dan asked me if I wanted to spend a few more moments with him. As I spent my last painful moments saying goodbye to my sweet Boo Bear, Dan respectfully stood back and gave me my space. Additionally, Dan offered me kind words of comfort as he left. I will forever be grateful to Pet Meadows for their kindness and compassion. It’s so incredibly rare to come across a business these days who actually cares about their client’s well being and is not just out to profit from their loss. I highly recommend these folks to help ease the stress and loss of a beloved fur baby.

At 4am on a Saturday morning, I was desperately calling all over central TX to find a business that would suit my needs. I was so panicked — I didn’t realize how difficult it would be to locate a service that would return my pup on the same day. I couldn’t bare to leave him somewhere for days, it knowing who it was I was picking up.Norah called me back shortly after I left her a message in the very early morning. She was so eager to help, and simply said everything I needed to hear in that moment. What a relief. Pet Meadow was able to see us as soon as they opened only a couple of hours later.When we arrived, Sydney helped us. She was so professional, compassionate, and sensitive to our situation through the entire process. All my wants were met — it was private, we got paw prints and nose prints, I was the last one to hold him, and I got him back immediately when it was done. I know 100% that it’s him — quelling my greatest fear going through this process.I am so incredibly grateful to have found Pet Meadow. We drove all the way from Austin, and I’m so glad I did. It’s such a painful thing, but the beautiful service Norah and Sydney provided took away the panic. Gosh, thank you both so much. I cannot express my gratitude enough!

The Pet Meadow team was there for us after we had to say goodbye to our 9-year-old sweet girl. From the first conversation, they treated us with care, compassion, and understanding. The process of returning our Lucy home to us took 1 week and she was delivered with the highest quality urn and beautiful paw prints. It has been one of the hardest weeks weve endured, but Pet Meadow was communicative and delicate and I cannot thank them enough for treating our baby with the love she deserves.

The passing of a pet is such a painful experience but thankfully there are people like those at Texas Pet Meadow who made the final arrangements so easy and a beautiful tribute to my pet. My pet and I were both treated with tenderness and respect and I knew she was going to be in good hands until I could bring her home again. My baby died unexpectedly and very suddenly. I wanted to find a place that I could be present for the cremation because I wanted to feel confident I got her ashes back and I wanted the ashes the same day. I was able to call and set up a same day appointment. Nora answered a million of my questions and I called her back to answer more questions and she never minded and was so patient. When I arrived Nora was there and ready for me. She gave me some extra time with my baby and never ever made me feel rushed. John also gave me all the details I would need to know for the viewing and was really sensitive and kind and kept me in the loop constantly of each step. It’s a hard day and it’s a hard thing to do so it’s nice to be around people who very clearly care about you and your dog during this process.

I just got back from picking up my baby boy Big. I cant express enough how wonderful profesional comforting n sympathy the people made me feel.

Wonderful, compassionate company. They really do love pets. My buddy was 11 years old when he passed and I got his nose print less than 48 hours later. I was a vet tech for ten years and have seen my share of negative outcomes with cremation services: wrong pet cremated, wrong pet’s ashes returned to the clinic, etc., you name it. I can tell you, without a doubt, this company is 100% legit and will not screw you over. I’m so genuinely happy and at peace with the product I received. I can see my Dylan every time I look at it. Honestly still going through this extremely difficult transition I can honestly say this company this place definitely hold a spey place along with my baby as well. The staff especially Ms.Sidney her compassion even though I was probably getting on her nerves BUT Im extremely grateful that she took the time to listen for Im going through (WE) going through I will never forget no matter what was asked they took the time to understand and listen along to make our baby has his place for dignity and respect also not to make sure hes not just another body or distant memory. One of my pets passed away on August 2nd, and even though they were closed, I received a call back from Nora in response to my voicemail within a couple of minutes. The process explanation and timeframe, the staff and their conversation, and the communication through the entire ordeal was excellent. Totem’s urn and glass jewelry were all as described and lovely, and they are genuine people. The private cremations offered is a distinction that I appreciated, and you can’t get a nicer, more professional group of people.

This establishment has demonstrated to us how ALL beloved pets should be treated as they dearly depart. Their packages are VERY reasonable and make it easy to memorialize your fur baby (or feather, scales, etc, they memorialize them all). They really put us at ease and getting our little girl back with our choices completed as requested, pleased us so much and has really helped us in our grieving and healing process. Absolute dignity in their treatment of our little girl, cannot thank them enough!

We had an attended cremation for our Loki today. This is our first time losing a pet and going thru something like this and I’m so grateful we were directed to them.
