Our daughter recently passed away. She lived in Cypress and we are from Oklahoma, so we had no experiences with funeral homes in the Houston area. I called several homes to check prices and get an impression of the folks to whom we would entrust the care of our daughter. We chose Cypress-Fairbanks and couldnt have been more pleased. I mostly dealt with Christy and was just so impressed with her compassion and kindness. I highly recommend this funeral home. We couldnt have been more pleased!

We recently use this place for my brother. It really is an amazing place Natalie was great. Going though losing a love one its really difficult by itself, she REALLY did an incredible service. I dont feel like i was pushed into buying any additional stuff for the funeral she was informative on what basic things to get, she also advise on certain stuff but never pushy. My sisters were really happy with this place it is very neat and clean all around inside outside everywhere. Our brother was well known that being said we had at least 100+ people in attendance. Plenty of parking. It never crossed my mind to check a review for a funeral home I just happened to pass by the establishment if you are come check them out . I highly recommend. Hopefully we dont have to use them soon but in the future I will use them again for sure.God bless you. losing a love one is hard. Natalie and team brought a little comfort into a tough situation for us.

James, Lois and Susan were so professional, helpful and empathetic at a very difficult and stressful time. I also appreciated the mortuary assistants who came to the house to transport my husband as they were very gentle with him.

Cypress Fairbanks Funeral Home provided my daughter the most loving and caring service, beyond what I could have asked for. I truly believe Kathy provided my daughter the service she would have given her own daughter, she handled every detail flawlessly. My daughter had taken had her own life, so it was especially difficult. Kathy and staff handled everything so personally and gracefully. The out of state transport and other details that I was not able to handle were taken care of. Every memory of her was there, It was like she knew my baby as her own. Even the most painful detail was done with a Mom Hug, and I couldnt have done it without that. The most painful event in my life, Cypress Fairbanks Funeral Home made such a sweet and special farewell .

Ive been to numerous funeral homes all over the west side of Texas. This one, without a doubt, has been one of the ones with the warmest and most welcoming atmosphere Ive been to. The decorations and marvelous paintings really set the soul at ease.

When my friend died, I had to do all the final arrangements that come with being a best friend. They were professional with me and explained each step in the process to get things going.They also handled my Moms cremation back in 2008 and did a good job there as well.

Autumn is the best! She walked us through the entire process making sure that we were taken care of. This is not an easy process but great people like Autumn make it easier.
