I found Hearthstone Urns on Amazon but wanted to ask some questions. We were on a tight deadline—needed to receive the urn in Indiana and transport to South Carolina in a few days. Randy corresponded by phone, and then text, and started working immediately on our special request. The pecan urn is even more beautiful than pictured. Ordered on Monday night and in our hands Wednesday afternoon. Excellent, compassionate, and personal customer service. I highly recommend Hearthstone Urns! We worked with Randy in July. It was an incredibly stressful and emotional time for our family, and we had very specific feelings about what we wanted to find. We found it through Hearthstone. It came very timely and very quick, which we needed. We ordered one of Randys beautiful urns off of Amazon but had him create a custom name plate for us. The urn arrived earlier than expected, and we were blown away by the beauty and craftsmanship. Randy also included a handwritten note on notebook paper, to our family. This intimate and kind detail truly touched out hearts. I am so glad we found Hearthstone Urns during such a difficult time.

Randy, owner of Hearthstone Urns~ was so incredibly kind, understanding and professional, at a time when i was falling apart.... which now- a- days great customer service is so difficult to find.He made me the most gorgeous Urn for my Great Danes ashes and it will not only sit forever on the center of my reclaimed wood 10 ft dinner table (because it doesnt even look like a typical Urn) ...but it will be buried along side of me when its time for me to go. This Urn was made of rustic re-claimed wood (just like i asked him to) and we designed it together with an old rusty plate that has Isabellas name, birth date and death date engraved on it.It is truly the most beautiful possession i own.need not look any further.this is your guy.Mel Gorham

We were in need of an earn for my mother-in-law towards the beginning of the year. After searching online and finding Randys website, I was beyond impressed with what I saw, and we knew that we wanted to have her urn made by Randy. One thing that definitely stood out to me was the fact that I messaged Hearthstone pretty late after hours and received a message back almost immediately. Their customer service was fantastic. We received exactly what we wanted. We picked out a beautiful handcrafted wood urn, with a horseshoe on it, as my mother in law was an avid horse lover. The craftsmanship surpassed my expectations. We really loved working with Hearthstone.

My brother passed away from covid in August. I have purchased urns in the past, but knew that I wanted something special for my brother. Something that wasnt just mass produced. I got online and searched for reclaimed/refinished barn wood urns (as my brother was known for his beautiful woodwork himself). When I came across Randy at Hearthstone Urns, I knew I had found what I wanted. He caught my eye because he was a small business, local, and handmade. I called him and left a message and I was so impressed that he immediately called me back. I could tell from the beginning that he was a good person and genuinely cared about my situation and helping me to get just what I wanted. After discussing all of my needs and wants, he went straight to work. The whole process started thursday night, and I had the urn in my hands on Monday. I received exactly what I wanted.Beautifully handmade with no rough edges or burs. Simply beautiful and you can see how much talent and love goes into Randys process. The Urn has been a comfort to my family member in trying times, and I know that if my brother were here, this would have been something he would have created. I thank Randy from the bottom of my heart and will continue to recommend him to friends and family.

My aunt passed away unexpectedly in March. Following her cremation came the task of finding an appropriate urn. I first went on Amazon and found some urns made by Hearthstone. I loved the look of them and loved that they stood out from everything else offered. I decided to contact the Hearthstone directly, instead of going through amazon. Randy was incredible. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was always incredibly fast replying to me and was willing to go back and forth with ideas and samples. He worked with me in such a caring way even though I couldnt always make up my mind. He made a difficult task, easy. I chose a beautiful pecan urn and added a cross and a special poem. This urn was very custom, and even with all of that, the price was more than reasonable. Randys customer service and his craftsmanship is a lost art. When I received the urn, only 3 days after finalizing the details, I was blown away by the quality. It was more than I could have imagined. When I brought my aunt, and her beautiful urn, to the memorial months later, everyone was blown away by it, and how fitting it was to my aunt. He captured everything about her, in that urn. It was worth every penny. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Randy, and have since referred a few people to him. Hearthstones quality, craftsmanship and customer service are a lost art! Thank you so much for helping me through this difficult time.
