Writing a review for a cremation service isnt something that I had ever planned or hoped to do, but this business really took care of everything. As like most people, I had little to no experience dealing with the death of a loved one and the process involved. My father passed away unexpectedly, and we were scrambling to figure out what needed to be done. We essentially called roughly 20-30 funeral and cremation services in the Houston area. My father always said he wanted to be cremated and for it to be a short ordeal, so we settled with Integrity, based on the excellent reviews and surprisingly low cost.Everyone we spoke to was extremely polite and very patient. The building that the viewing is housed in is not glamorous, but simple, clean and all we needed. The process was made very seamless and there were no unexpected charges or hiccups. The tragedy and shock of my fathers death were terrible, but integrity at least made the necessary part, cremation, smooth for our family. I received NO compensation or discount for writing this review, I simply felt it would be good to help others find a reputable business in their difficult time.

I had spoken to Integrity before actual need but had not made arrangements. My father passed suddenly but not unexpected. I called Integrity and they arranged pick-up and basic cremation like Dad wanted. Hilda and the rest of the staff were helpful and professional. Everything went fine and as expected. I recommend them.

Professionalism and price.

A loved ones death is gut-wrenching, so being compassionate is required of any funeral company; however, solving problems to meet the familys wishes goes above and beyond, so I cannot recommend Integrity Funeral care highly enough.A little background:My wife had terminal cancer, but passed more quickly than expected (we had planned a last trip with the family for the week after). We had discussed that she wanted to be cremated, but had not gone into details as yet, so when the hospital asked me to indicate which funeral home to use, I had no answer.While we were going home, my oldest daughter suggested we spread her ashes in the ocean as her mom loved the beach and water. By default, I called the funeral home nearest our house and they said it would be $3,500 and that it would take 1 week, which was far too long as we were leaving in 5 days. This prompted me to search and I found a dedicated cremation service that charged $1,500, but they said it would take 1.5 weeks and tried to upsell me to get jewelry and other items. I was getting a bit desperate, but then I called Integrity Funeral Care, while everyone I spoke to at the other funeral homes sounded compassionate, Integrity seemed to really understand the issue, gave me the options and advised me how to work with the hospital to work through the process more quickly.In short, they were able to have my wifes ashes available in 4 days and we were able to take her for our final trip to the ocean. David and Chris even coordinated to come in when the office was closed so I could pick up the ashes. This gave us all a sense of closure that we would not have otherwise had.Overall, even with a rush charge (which I gladly paid), Integrity Funeral Care was 1/2 the price of the first funeral home I contacted, did *not* try to upsell me on jewelry with my wifes ashes or fingerprints like the second I contacted and met the schedule we needed. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
