I cannot begin to explain how safe, confident, and special I felt with this team! Having vision issues can be scary, but they made me feel so assured. The owners and staff are beyond kind, thoughtful and fun. I suffered from terrible migraines and after my visit, left with a prescription and more understanding of why protecting my vision is so important. I now proudly rock my glasses, and love supporting this crew. 11/10 stars. PS- if you ever have the chance, having Mindy help pick out your glasses is a MUST! She is so clever with frames!

Hello! I’m a 4th year, out of state student, at Colorado state university. I used to see an optometrist back in my home state, but that became increasingly difficult to do with my life now being out in CO. I had some eye-health scares due to my misuse of my monthly contacts… since finances are a huge restriction for me, I was wearing my “monthly” contacts for more than a month. I should probably mention that I’ve been wearing contacts since middle school and have owned the same pair of glasses since then too (so for about 8-9 years already). Since I almost really messed up my eyes, I began to wear my glasses way more often… however, with the start of a new (non-covid) semester I realized i would need to see an optometrist office to get new contacts (especially since it is hard for me to work with horses wearing my glasses). I was extremely nervous to pick out an optometrist office in Fort Collins, but after doing my research I found edge optics and felt comfortable enough to make an appointment with them. Long story short - I have had a phenomenal experience here. Upon first walking in, everyone was so friendly, hip, and helpful! They even have free coffee and an old Pac-Man machine for guest to play on while waiting. I wouldn’t get to into the game though, because you won’t be waiting too long at edge optics (they are so fast)! Taking my previous contact usage / eye health risks into consideration, my doctors decided to switch me to “daily”contacts to ensure I wouldn’t run into the same issues I had with my monthly’s. I sampled two different contact brands, originally the first contacts I was given by the male doctor here weren’t a great fit for me. With how dry CO is my contacts were getting dry very fast and I wanted to rip them out by the end of the day. Upon coming back in to report this, I was worried it would be a couple of trial runs before I found the contacts for me! However, I was so wrong! The female doctor looked at my eyes with the 1st sample contacts they gave me, made adjustments, and found a brand that would provide me more comfort and hydration! I just got done sampling the Acuvue Oasys 1day w/ HydraLuxe and loved themCustomer service:Both of my doctors were so kind, patient, and intent-full with their service! They took the time to answer and explain all of my questions in detail, as well as explain the process behind some of my specific questions. That is something I really appreciate when seeing doctors - you know? With all that said, my most favorite person to see at this office was Hasan! Hasan was my optical sales and marketing specialist! This is the person you touch base with after you have seen your doctor. Hasan ALWAYS made sure he was going above and beyond to help me out with this entire experience. I had so many questions and many repeated questions that Hasan always answered thoroughly and with genuine delight. He even made me feel really good about buying a new pair of glasses and let me try on about half of the store! I had found a pair I really liked earlier in the game, before my contact selection was complete, and he made sure to put a star on the glasses’ tag to ensure he saved it for me and knew the exact ones I wanted if I did decide to go through with them. Apparently, there are a whole bunch of fancy things you can add to lens’ now and Hansan explained each to me so I could make an educated decision for my personal desire and financial capabilities. As I mentioned before, finances are a huge worry for me and something I have to pay great attention to. Hansan sat down with me for perhaps an hour or two after my appointment was complete, and inputted different scenarios and options into the computer so that I could see each breakdown of what things might cost me… and I mean a detailed breakdown, we tried every different options I could consider….. Hasan is the employee that made edge Optics stand out to me! I’m walking out w/ annual daily contacts + a sweet new pair of glasses! Honestly, these people have changed my life. They gave me a job, gave me tons of experience, and they were always patient with me when I was having personal issues. It truly meant a lot to me. I am sad I had to relocate to Denver or I would continue to come to their business for all my eye care needs. I seriously cant say enough about the character of this business, and its owners. I recently was referred to Edge Optics by a dear friend of mine who raved about her experience. Let me tell you... THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! I had been suffering from crushing headaches for the last year and began noticing my eye sight declining, especially when driving at night. At the advice of my friend, I contacted Edge Optics. They were able to get me an appointment right away which was such a great convenience! Upon entering their establishment, I was immediately greeted by the staff who made the whole process incredibly easy! The doctor was very knowledgeable, educational, kind, and charmingly funny! Since visiting, my headaches have dissipated and I can see clearly again! The thing that stood out the most to me about this company was the EXPERIENCE. The customer service was unparalleled. Often times when you enter a medical facility, youre treated as a number. Not here! These folks really take the time to ensure you are comfortable and satisfied with their services. They really gave me a wholesome family feel. I felt as though I had known the staff for years. It was a awesome experience, the service was great and I got my glasses really fast. They had no flaws and there is no way anyone cant like it.

Tremendous service. I showed up at 4:30 when my appointment was at 4 and they still took me. Most places would turn you away. I got a pair of glasses from Hasan. He helped me find the perfect safety glasses for work fitted to my needs. Great service and good choices in frames makes this a great spot to get your eyes checked out. At no point were they not willing to work with me based on my needs. Would recommend this place to anyone.

There to help a friend select a frame, I was given super service by a detail-oriented employee named Eric, who hooked me up with some anti-fog drops for my own eyeglasses-along with great customer service. Oh yes, and my friend got a stylish pair of specs for a great price. :-)

I haven’t had an eye exam in about four years and was due for an updated prescription. The exam went really well, was very informative, and I feel like the doctor really nailed my prescription. They are transparent about prices and offer a great VIP plan if you don’t have insurance. The customer service is above and beyond, not just from the person who helped me, but also from everyone I saw helping others during my visits. They have a great variety of glasses frames and sunglasses on display or can update the lenses of your current frame. I came in about a week after my appointment and they cut the lenses for my frame that I brought in. It ended up taking longer than they quoted, but they frequently checked in on me and gave me updates while I was waiting. I’m not too familiar with glasses but the lenses had quite a few glass strings around the edges and a piece of glass poking out around the nose pad. None of these things bother me enough to get them fixed, which I’m sure they would if I brought the glasses back in, but it is something to note. They also did not automatically provide me with my prescription information, but did print a copy for me when I asked. A good experience overall.

Ive been into Edge Optics twice over the last 4 years, and both times the level of customer service has been outstanding. I recently went in to recheck my prescription and all the staff members I worked with were incredibly nice and answered all my questions about my prescription as well as the machines. Dr. Mason Bryant walked me through the changes to my prescription in detail and helped me find lenses that Im confident will perform perfectly. Hassan helped me find a pair of frames and was absolutely amazing through the entire process. I ended up looking for probably close to two hours over two different days, and Hassan was incredibly patient and helpful the entire time. He helped me find frames that were just about perfect, and never made me feel pressured to settle for something or buy something out of my budget. He even went out of the way to see if the frames I wanted had any color options that I liked better. My insurance didnt cover the glasses, but they also gave me a discount for paying out of pocket. I am confident that the glasses I will receive will be perfect, and I will make every effort to return to Edge Optics for eye exams and glasses for the foreseeable future!

Justin was amazing and went way above and beyond to assist my wife after her frames broke. When new frames were ordered the lenses were not fitting right and Justin sought out assistance from the frame maker and my wife did not have to pay a dime. I got in for a last minute appointment with Dr.Schieber to update my glasses prescription. The whole process was super easy and professional and Dr. Schieber was great to work with. Le’von was the awesome sales specialist who helped me pick out my new pair of glasses. With his help, I picked out a great frame that I’m actually excited about. I stopped in to have my glasses adjusted and I was so impressed with the staffs expertise and patience. It took at least ten tries and two separate trips to get my glasses to fit just right, but every time they would say they would keep trying until they got the perfect fit. Great selection of polarized sunglasses. Customer service was very personalized and two representatives were willing to rearrange scheduling to work with me. I have yet to make a defining purchase, but would feel very comfortable purchasing eyewear or meeting the specialists who treat walk-in patients. As its been said, the eyes are the windows to the soul. This may well be my starting point for some great sun protection for those 300 days of Colorado sun we get annually. HOLY MOLY! BEST customer service I’ve had at any company in Fort Collins thus far. I enjoy a lot of luxury services and restaurants in the area. This is the best! If I could bring lunch to edge optics and just sit in there for the vibes everyday I would! I left my card at home and called the front desk man Justin. He told me that it’s totally fine just because I made an honest mistake doesn’t mean that they wouldnt be more than happy to help me if I needed to run home. I was immediately an inconvenience and he assured me that taking care of me as a guest was his number one priority. Such an awesome feeling. Then I was feeling so self conscious about buying glasses and Collin leaned over grabbed my attention gave me his opinion and called me a blonde Ariana Grande. IMMEDIATELY I felt a million times more confident. I picked out not one but TWO pairs that I wanted my fiancé’s opinion on and he held BOTH of them in the back for me to assure me that I will get one of them I want! I went home grabbed my fiancé and went back almost immediately. Laura helped us with the last part of the transaction. Not only was she super knowledgeable about frames and lenses but she also guaranteed me the best deal without making me feel pressured to buy any of the extras and I still purchased the extras because I KNOW Laura had my best interest in mind. The frames I picked out were actually chosen by a super beautiful red headed woman who’s name I didn’t get the opportunity of finding out and she left before I could tell her thank you but if you’re reading this I chose the Lacoste frames! Helping me to find glasses that are a statement of my style and personality. The second aspect is as important as the first, IMO because if I dont feel good in my glasses, I wont wear them. Great staff! Today was my first time getting glasses. They were very welcoming and walked me through everything step by step. They made it a very fun experience but were still very professional and answered all of my questions.

I live about an hour away from Ft. Collins but I will make the trip here any day! The staff has been extremely nice and able to answer all of my questions each time I’ve been in. I hate going to a place where customer service isn’t a priority but here it seems to be. Their selection of eyewear is fantastic. All in style and styles for everyone. I haven’t been to a optometrist in 5+ years! Can you believe that? I was having difficulty seeing (go figure right) I called Edge on a Saturday at 1 pm, they got me in that day at 2 pm! (No other places I called [6 others] couldn’t get me in until September!) I showed up and waited for a grand total of 3 minutes. Got in I could actually see the bottom line! And the print was tiny!!! They helped me pick frames out and gave me 100% honest feedback!! Also a reminder the staff talked to me about piercings and tattoos!! (They also had them which made me feel completely confident to keep my business with Edge!) they got me in and out (without time for frames haha) 10 minutes!! Very friendly!! Very VERY nice. The optometrist was fun! He was making jokes and making me laugh while being nervous he calmed my nerves!! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WORKING WITH ME!! I don’t have insurance And for polycarbonate lenses scratch resistant coating and frames my grand total was $302. And did I mention they have a 1 year warranty. Go there!!!

I don’t think I would have ever expected to describe my eye clinic as cool and fun, but now that I go to Edge Optics I would! There is such a fun and energetic vibe about the atmosphere that makes you excited to get your eyes checked! I hadn’t gotten my eyes checked since moving to Fort Collins about 6 years ago, in part because I didn’t like my last optician. The opposite couldn’t be more true of Dr. Bryant. He is so fun and easy to talk to, as is the entire staff. When I was choosing my frames, I described what I was looking for, and they helped me choose several options. The first one we looked at ended up being my favorite! They have a great selection of quality and stylish frames and I would definitely recommend them!

These guys are amazing! I had a very pleasant experience during my eye exam; everyone was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment last minute and the exam itself was relaxing, as I do not usually like going to doctors of any sort, but the doctor had soothing background jazz music playing and me made feel at ease when he spoke to me. There was miscommunication when I ordered my contacts, but after we got it all sorted Mindy was extremely helpful and personable and even hooked me up with some sweet swag! Such a great place and all the staff, including the doctor, were very nice and welcoming. This was my first time trying out contact lenses and so it took a while to get them in, but the gal who was helping me was very patient and talked me through it giving me tips on how best to do it.I had to call today, the Call of Shame because I had lost one of my contact lenses while trying to get it in my eye this morning. They were so nice and understanding over the phone and found a replacement for me that I will go pick up after work.Im very happy with Edge Optics and hope that I can continue going there for years to come. :)

We are traveling through Fort Collins and found this place. We went in and my husband got his sunglasses tightened and cleaned and then I found some great new sun glasses. The selection is a nice size with lots of options for glasses and for sun glasses. There is a cute area in the back for kids to play too. When we come back through we will stop again!

I had my grandkids getting an eye exam for the first time. Dr. Bryant was very patient and made the kids, twins boy and girl, feel comfortable and actually enjoyed the exam. He explained what he was doing so they werent scared and let them examine the equipment before each procedure. I will bring back the older kids next week. I’m not the best at figuring out what style looks the best but she was SO helpful and accommodating. I did not feel rushed at all and got to try on a ton of different options.

Fort Collins is lucky to have Edge Optics! Not only is Dr. Bryant a talented and conscientious optometrist; Mindy makes use of their business as a platform for social justice and important causes here in our town. This past Christmas I had all my young adult children pick out sunglasses and they loved the great selection.

The lab that Edge Optics uses is a complete disaster. They are sloppy, use inferior quality materials, the craftsmanship and precision is terrible.I have a total of 8 pair of eyeglasses / sunglasses. Every pair was botched in some way. Several of my lenses had to be re-done 2-3 times and the lab STILL couldnt get them right.The frames of one of my pairs of sunglasses broke so I bought an identical pair of frames so I could re-use the prescription lenses. It was then that I discovered the lab used by Edge Optics had actually BENT THE FRAME to get the lens to fit. Apparently the lab was entirely incapable of duplicating the shape of the demo lens with any degree of accuracy. This is why my frames broke, because the lab bent them intentionally.I also supplied 2 pairs of drill mount frames. Supplied with the frames were metal cap-nuts that go on the threaded studs after the lenses are installed. I got my glasses back and the lab didnt use the metal cap-nuts. They used cheap, plastic nuts that fall off and get lost. Lynae offered to get the correct nuts for the threaded studs but never followed through. She completely dropped the ball, but then had the nerve to email me asking me to revise my bad review.Pay a little more elsewhere for quality because you wont find it here. I had well over $2000 worth of frames / lenses screwed up by their lab!

Ive never worn glasses in my life and never thought I needed them. I had noticed a slight change in my ability to see things from a distance so I decided to have it checked out! I went to Edge Optics as a friend had recently told me how awesome their store was. I was SHOCKED when I found out I needed a prescription and saw what a difference my glasses made!! Who knew!! The staff, the store and the products are AWESOME! Top notch really! Ive gotten so many compliments on my glasses and shades! Will be going back to this place!

I had a really great experience at Edge and am happy to say that I have found my local optometrist! Dr. Bryant was professional, calm and I found my appointment to go by quickly. I hadnt gotten my eyes checked in quite some time, and was surprised when Dr. Bryant said he could get me to 20/20 vision, which is something other optometrists havent done.Mindy helped me pick out some really great frames - Im stepping out of my comfort zone with them a bit and am happy to do so, I was in bad need of an update. Im looking forward to feeling like a stylish mama. :)

This store is amazing. Lynae and the other girls there were super helpful. I brought in a pair of Tom Fords that the frame had been stepped on and they tried so hard to fix them, but ultimately couldnt, however they accomodated me in so many other ways by helping me find another pair of sunglasses. Seriously, their customer service was beyond! Thats where Ill go from now on for my eye care and merchandise!

Great place with great staff. Have since moved from Fort Collins but come back to still get new frames and prescriptions when possible. Check em out!

I LOVE Edge Optics! By far my best experience with getting glasses. Dr. Bryant took his time during my exam and throughly explained my prescription and how I can better care for eyes. The office staff was fun, energetic, and helpful as I picked frames and Mindy took extra time to make sure the fit was perfect. I highly recommend them and can say that getting glasses was a great experience !

Macey is also amazing, was very patient and worked well with me on some scheduling issues and my insurance stuff.I have been worried about my vision for some time now and went to Edge Optics to have an exam done. When I noticed my vision was getting worse I began calling different opticians. Edge Optics made a great first impression during my phone call because they were kind and went out of their way to check my insurance coverage for me. Since this was my first time getting glasses I was nervous but everyone there was amazing. They also had a wide variety of frames to choose from and made me feel relaxed about taking my time to choose frames that would be perfect for me. I am glad I went here, I definitely recommend them!

Both my five year old son and I had appointments at Edge optics! Dr. Denenberg takes the time to make sure you and your child understand what’s going on and explains all the tests as well as the results so that way you aren’t left totally confused! I have to give a huge shoutout to all the AMAZING ladies at Edge optics because, you guys make this place feel like one big family plus you guys are so much fun!! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else ever again! Thank you, thank you!

Worst experience I have had with an eye care facility. They kept scheduling me incorrectly, set me up for a follow up with a different doctor, never resolved my prescription issues and then stopped calling me. My vision has been getting worse and I used up my 1 insurance eye exam on this place.UPDATE: I was a patient here and worked with Jewell Apodaca and saw Dr.Bryant. After 3 separate trips in my new prescription was not resolved and they stopped following up with me. Very unprofessional office and the reply to my review is as well.

Edge Optics rocks!!! Our 3 year old son recently received an eye exam at his pre-school which recommend we do a follow up visit with an Optometrist and we decided to try Edge Optics. Dr. Mason Bryant and his staff were fantastic. We werent sure how our little guy would do, but Dr. Bryant put him at ease and was able to perform various tests needed in order to get him the best care possible. The whole process was very easy and seamless.

I bought my current pair of glasses from Costco (Timnath); their employees were unable to fit my glasses to my face after 3 attempts.Went into Edge Optics on a whim and was immediately greeted warmly by Mindy. She was patient and understanding, and after five short minutes perfectly fitted my glasses! They have my business from now on.And: WAY better than Costco Optical.

Dr. Bryant has an awesome staff who very friendly and helpful. He is very good with kids and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I was very pleased that they did not try to upsell me and helped my family stay in our budget. Highly recommended.

Although she is was quite uncomfortable, the experience was great, and the pink eye cleared up right away! This year our son had a questionable appointment with our pediatrician. They were concerned about his vision and about possible color blindness. Dr. Bryant was able to make the eye exam fun and easy for a 5 year old boy! Well done! While there, I was also able to find a FANTASTIC pair of Native Sunglasses for myself. We will be back!

Had to find a new doctor because my last one moved her practice to Loveland. I wasnt sure where to go but I was so happy that I gave Edge Optics a try! The staff was so friendly and very professional. I was especially thankful for the help from the front desk, the ladies working there are so friendly and really helped me decide on what options were best for me. But my overall favorite thing about Edge Optics is their selection of glasses. They had every style you could ever want and every brand I liked, I absolutely love my new glasses thanks to you guys!
