Great service and best optometrist Ive seen. First time I think Ive had glasses with a fresh prescription that was spot on. Didnt have any frames in stock that fit what I was looking for but ordering was simply easy. I do wish they went over coating options better than they did however as I like to be informed of my options and probably would haveade some different choices

I really enjoyed the optometrist technician as well as Dr. Greg. The communication with my 3rd party payer was truly lacking and no one knew what was happening. Glasses took 6 weeks to be ready and no one even called to tell me. Extremely frustrating that I had to make an appointment just to pick them up.

Excellent exam today. The most Thorough exam I’ve ever had. This was the first time the doctor showed me the images of my eyes.

I’ve been going here for about 20 years?! Dr.V is fantastic and so is the new female optometrist. I also like the staff. (Not always the case) But now the ladies at the desk are so sweet and on top of things!! Especially Emily, she’s the bees knees.

I love this place. Ive been working with them for at least 5 years. Just got a new pair of glasses yesterday, and they are great! I asked for a new anti-reflective coating that wouldnt give me that weird purple glow in all my videoconferences, and the optician knew exactly what I needed. Now I look like a normal person again. A normal person who can see clearly with a really cute set of frames.

20/20 vision took me back to an exam room quickly. They were efficient and knowledgeable. I was happy with the services provided and thought that Dr. Vosseteig did a good job explaining each of the tests and what the data meant.

This place is a professional practice with an easy process to get high tech information on my eyes. I go every year for a check up. I need glasses and my eyes are important. It is good know that I am getting good service and confidence in my vision care.

I went back to 20/20 two times, and both times was told to give them a week or two. (The style was quite different than any glasses Id had before and the Rx was stronger.) Sure enough, a little patience paid off, and Ive been very happy with them since.

Staff was friendly and helpful; Dr. Sara was very thorough and friendly. Unfortunately during the checkout process, which was rushed due to them closing, my husband and I were charged about $300 extra for contacts we did not order yet (I am trying them out for the next two weeks and he hasnt even been fitted yet). I will be going back Monday to discuss the charges and what to do about them. I will update my review after that.

I had a great experience here. Everybody was incredibly nice and professional. I struggled to get contact lenses in for a while, but the staff was very patient and understanding. They never got frustrated and always maintained a positive attitude. Without their support I dont think I could have done it! Thanks a million. :)

If I could give this place a negative star I would. My husband went there for the first time last AUGUST for an exam and glasses. We paid for the exam and half the cost of the glasses. By JANUARY they still could not get the glasses right and had various excuses including, the prescription was wrong. The icing on the cake was when they told us that it had been so long that we were going to have to pay for another eye exam! By the end of January the glasses were still incorrect and they said they couldnt help us anymore and would only give us a partial refund! Incompetent care and bad business. Do not go there.

I have gone here for a multitude of things, from a routine eye exam to sudden vision loss. The team here always goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and are extremely helpful when it comes to pretty much anything, but especially when picking out glasses. I went here for the first time and had a great experience. Everyone was very nice including the front desk, the paraoptometric, the optometrist, and the glasses/contacts technician. I got detailed explanations on the results of every test they ran and I have a better understanding of how my eye works. I got called back immediately on my appointment time and only waited a couple of minutes for the doctor after the tests were run. I will keep them as my new eye doctor. Thanks.

Recently, I purchased a $1,200.00 pair of glasses from 20/20 Vision in Fort Collins. There was something wrong with the glasses/prescription and my right eye was blurry. When I reported this to the office, they refused to check out the glasses to see what was wrong with the prescription. I was told to wear them for 2 weeks and get used to them. There is no getting used to the WRONG prescription! I have had glasses and contacts for 48 years now and I know when my glasses are not correct. The fact that 20/20 Vision would not take responsibility for their faulty product is very disturbing. I have purchased a pair of glasses and contacts in the past. The people at 20/20 Vision will treat you fine if you dont have a problem, but if you do, LOOK OUT. You will need to PROVE they are wrong and then they may still refuse to stand behind their services and products!!!!!!!!! I insisted on a refund and will NEVER go there again.

The staff is friendly, their hours are great (late on Thursday), Dr V is very professional- takes time to explain things that others have not (diplopia combined with near and far sighted limited my options).Frame choices are abundant and prices are competitive.The family goes here. Ive been seeing Dr. Larson for a few years now, and I have no complaints! He is very friendly and professional, and even though I only see him yearly, he really takes the effort to get to know me. Last year there were some issues with the contacts they ordered for me; it was covered by insurance but then my insurance company caused a lot of problems for Dr. Larsons assistants. At one point the contacts ended up at an office in California. Im sure it was very frustrating for the lady handing it from Dr. Larsons office (cant remember her name), but she kept me informed the whole time and kept going after the insurance company until I got the contacts. A++++ service!

Dr. Vosseteig and his team are the best! I have been going for over 6 years and wish I would have sooner. With my keratoconus it’s been frustrating for other doctors but not Dr. Vosseteig he takes as long as it takes to get my prescription right.They also were able to get me scleral lens that have made a huge difference in my day to day life. It’s amazing we get so use to seeing the world with our limited vision. Iam so thankful for 20/20 they are extremely helpful in everything from ordering special frames to ensuring I have plenty supply for my scleral lens. So thankful to his entire team!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Vosseteig for several years and have always had a great experience at 20/20 Vision. Most recently, I had the LipiFlow procedure done. My eyes were extremly dry and watery which caused a lot of irritation. During the procedure, I felt very relaxed as they provided a spa like environment. After the procedure my symptoms were better and my eyes have felt much better than before the LipiFlow procedure. Thank you Dr. Vosseteig and 20/20 Vision!

Im sorry to say, but after having a great visit last week with Dr. Grey Vosseteig, I was completely disappointed when visiting today. Last weeks appointment was wonderful. I spoke with a woman on the vision wear side of the business and was given a discount on the Zeiss lens. I mentioned I had a frame before we continued ever looking at the array of frames available. She said I could bring in my frames. I did today and she changed her story saying that unless I buy her frames I couldnt get the discount. All she could say was Im sorry I didnt tell you. Talk about driving folks away! If I treated my clients like this Id be out of business quickly! NOT COOL! --- Another disappointing part of the experience is in simply having a look at a previous review (Linda White). This business responded in an argumentative tone! A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL approach, especially online for the world to see. If you pride your business on customer service then do what those two words describe...CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT Customer Contradiction!

Ive reached out 3 times about getting the specs on an old prescription for computer filters with zero response to phone, email, or Facebook inquiry. I spent several hundred dollars on top of what my insurance covered and it seems as though the only time I hear from them is when they want more money from me. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. DO NOT give these folks your business.

I have been a patient of Dr V for 8 years even after moving to Loveland because I know my entire eye exam will be very thorough and educational. The best technology is an added bonus!

From start to end it took almost 5 weeks before my contacts and glasses were correct. Contacts kept not fitting well and they would just say come back in a week after trying a new brand and not caring to fix the problem more promptly (I actually had to mention that maybe the size needed to be increased, which was the problem, but they insisted on upselling and pushing expensive brands on me)... glasses were ordered incorrectly with wrong prescription. I wore them for a week (told to get used to them) and had the worst headaches. The person who ordered them didnt want to admit there was a problem until Dr. Larson had to step in and correct her. Lady who helped with the glasses fitting was very impersonable, and made me feel guilty like I was putting them out. Ive been to multiple eye doctors in the past and never had any experience like this. Getting eye prescriptions should be an easy process. Yes, they corrected the problem, but they had no sense of urgency and I did not have the time to visit their office weekly for almost 5 weeks. By the way, you should read the responses from the office to the negative comments on google...kind of aggressive and not professional in my opinion. In fact, one the the responses from the owner to a patients review on google (patient had his first and last name open to public) contained way too much information about the patients encounter with the office. The owner listed off specific details and numbers that is bordering HIPAA violations. Please be aware that this office does not deserve as high of a rating that it currently has.

I tried to give these guys a fair shot at my business for two years now, and both times have had the wrong prescription ordered by mistake which lead to delays of getting my new glasses. This last time I ordered them back in July and just now got them a week ago after having to have them reordered twice. Then when it is all finally good I find out that the original order was billed wrong and that I have a bill that still needs to be paid after paying what I thought to be the whole bill at the time of my original exam. This is extremely frustrating and quite simply unprofessional. I would highly recommend to do your business else where, while the staff is friendly I have a feeling everything behind the scenes is unorganized. It is hard to believe that the wrong prescription can be ordered in a row and the whole time that multiple people are looking into it that no one realizes that I was incorrectly billed. And on top of that when the error was found no one from billing was in that day so they said they would get back to me Tuesday which also didnt happen all the while I have a bill of an unknown amount floating around.
