My experience was amazing! The people there were super helpful and kind. Mary G. was very fun and supportive and helped guide us with ease. After not getting an eye exam for years due to Covid and life changes, finally getting that exam and finding a new pair of glasses has never felt easier. Absolutely excellent customer service. I purchased some sunglasses from this location about 3 years ago and after some wear and tear, I had to get a part replaced. I went back to this location to see if I could get some help and Nate, the GM, went completely out of his way to help find a replacement part for me. At the time, he didnt have the part in stock but told me that he would would contact me when he does. Nate not only contacted me, but he gave me recurring updates until it finally arrived. Once arrived, Nate gave me the part and replaced it for me all free of charge. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs/looking for new eyewear. THANK YOU NATE

Love the customer service and how helpful the staff is! I went to three other places where I kind of felt like I was inconveniencing them (since I had three kids with me). But at lens crafters they were so gracious with my kids and helped me pick out glasses that I get compliments on at least once a day!

When I inquired they helped direct me to the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses. Extremely clean and organized store. The staff here are very friendly and more than willing to help. Specifically, Nate and Mary were more than willing to assist me and answer any questions I had about my damaged frames. I would recommend buying glasses here as they see you as more than a customer, a friend.

I went to LensCrafters a few months back and ordered prescription sunglasses. When I returned to pick them up it was near closing time, but at least five minutes before the closing posted on their door and 35 minutes before the closing time on the website, the only woman working stated she had already turned on the alarm and couldnt turn it off. She handed me my glasses, didnt let me try them on and shoed me out the door. The glasses were crooked. I was so irritated by my treatment picking them up that I did not want to go back and thought I could live with the crookedness. I couldnt and returned to the store. They stated the glasses were wonky over and over and attempted to straighten them. They are better but still very uncomfortable. Had I been given the chance to try them on, I never would have accepted them. Now I am stuck and as a senior on a fixed income, I can not afford another pair. I do not recommend this store.

Nate was very hospitable and helped repair my glasses within minutes when I didn’t even think it would be possible initially. Very soon my glasses were good as new, and I walked out without spending a dollar. Incredible selection of frames and a very clean store with very helpful customer service, thanks Nate!

I am new to Fort Collins and needed my glasses fitted again because they kept sliding down my nose. I went in to LensCrafters and Jasmine helped me get squared away. Mary has been an a amazing, I have come in at other times with my glasses all twisted by a fall and she brought them back to original shape, she is a master at her craft. This time I came in to with a new prescription and she was excellent help in finding the best frame for me.

Mary G went out of her way to help me & I am so grateful! Spring creek eye center was going to be closed by the time I got to lens crafters & they are the ones with my new eye prescription. So marry went over knowing I needed to order glasses tonight & was on my way- she had them print out my script so it was ready for me & I didn’t have to wait a few more days! I travel through Fort Collins Colorado frequently due to business. When I was traveling through last year. I needed some contacts and had my prescription on me. I went into the Lens Crafters in Fort Collins. I spoke to the Manager Nate and let him know my situation. He had me speak to Jen and she helped me purchase some contacts. I was very impressed with the service I received and the Staff was very friendly. This past week I was traveling through Fort Collins once again. I lost one of my contacts and stopped in Lens Crafters to see if they could assist me. Nate spoke to his doctor and she gave me a trail pair until I could get back to Utah and make an appointment for some new contacts. I have since made an appointment with the Lens Crafters in Ogden Utah. Due to the amazing service that I have received in Fort Collins. Thank you very much for everything!!

Snapping your glasses in half is a very unpleasant experience. This LensCrafters really made me feel great and confident about having to purchase a new pair. When I came in I was sour and disappointed but when I finished with Patrice I felt amazing, respected and truly cared for. I received an amazing price and she honestly answered all of my questions. I would recommend anyone with glasses to go to this location, you will leave with a smile on your face!

Doctor Laura was amazing! she explained every step of the exam process and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way.The rest of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with the check in process and the end where I ordered my glasses and picked out my frames. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back.

Went to LensCrafters yesterday afternoon to get my broken glasses fixed. There was only one person working in the store. He gave me excellent and quick service and at the same time ensured that the family that was shopping for glasses were being taken care of too. I recently snapped the glass out of my glasses and Mary was able to get them fixed for me! Atmosphere is very welcoming, if my glasses break again I know I will be able to get them fixed!

We took my mother in for a new pair of glasses, and after she received them she started getting double vision. We didn’t realize the glasses were the cause, and assumed she may have had a stroke, so two MRIs were completed along with total blood work. Right after these procedures we’re done, we received a call from LensCrafters letting us know the had left out her prisms which can cause double vision. To my relief we took her down and had them install the new lenses. Assuming life would return to normal for every body by the next day, I was disappointed to hear her double vision was still happening. The neurologist suggested seeing a specialist at eye center of northern Colorado. So a month later, during Covid, we were able to get her in. They informed me that the lenses they swapped out were actually in the opposite sides and would cause double vision. I was in total disbelief. One mistake I can understand, but after this and spending almost $15000 trying to figure out moms issues I called Nate to find out if they would be willing to compensate. After a little haggling, they did refund the money for the original glasses, and offered me half off if I wanted to roll the dice and purchase another pair from them. A far cry from the $15,000.00 we had spent trying to figure out her double vision. I will not be spending any more $ with LensCrafters. Very disappointed

Mary and Kyla are awesome! Because of them I felt so comfortable and was able to pick out glasses that I loved in under an hour (which is so hard for me because I am very picky!). One of my lenses came out about a week after I got my glasses and I went in again today and they both her their and welcomed me and fixed my glasses in 5 minutes!! I would recommend this place to anyone! Lovely workers there!!

Bought my glasses and frames less than 6 months ago and they are already peeling. They dont warranty their frames and even with the warranty i bought i would have to pay to use the warranty. Thats not a warranty, thats insurance. Such a waste of money, will not buy again nor recommend. Unfortunate because I work right across the street and will not get my business nor my co workers.

I waited an hour for LensCrafter to tell me that they couldnt figure out how to check my benefit from a major vision insurance plan. At the end of the hour I was told I hope YOU can figure it out.

The people here are awesome ,super respectful, and comfortable to be around. I highly recommend giving this place a visit for eye exams and anything else that may need to be worked on regarding eyes.

Mary was simply wonderful! I bought my glasses online and they needed an adjustment, so I called LensCrafters. Mary took my call, and told me I could walk in for an adjustment. We had a great conversation, and at no point did I feel uncomfortable for buying my frames elsewhere. To top it off, the adjustment was free! Thank you, Mary, for taking care of someone on a tight budget!

Been using Lenscrafters for over 15 years, and they were fine until I had a problem. Since then I have discovered just how awful their customer service is. 14 months into having a pair of glasses the frames broke, and I had to buy new frames, 3 months later the coating on the lenses deteriorated and I had to buy news lenses, now 3 months later the frames are broken again. All they are interested in is whether I am going to buy yet another set of frames. If I dont want to just spend more money then they just tell me to contact the manufacturer myself. Lenscrafters dont seem to care. They dont see a need to do anything to make things right. The limit of their help with expensive frames that lasted less than 6 months (right after selling me a previous pair that lasted only just over a year) was to put scotch tape around them. I will be buying my glasses somewhere else from now on.

My experience with Lenscrafters in Fort Collins was very positive. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional and helpful.Im frustrated with Lenscrafters in general over their 30-day guarantee. I think its ridiculous that the 30-day period starts on the day that you purchase the glasses. It can easily take a week or two before the glasses are ready, and that waiting time is included in the 30-days. It would make much more sense to start the 30-day period on the day that you actually pick up your glasses. How in the world are you supposed to know if theyre okay until you try them?However that doesnt take away from the excellent service I received in Fort Collins.

Terrible service! I will not be returning to this location. LensCrafters has really become a terrible company to shop with. For whatever reason they find it appropriate to literally have NO ONE available to pick up contacts. I already paid for them but can’t pick them up because no one is in the office? They can’t stagger lunches so they can take care of paying customers in a timely manner? I even asked a woman working in glasses if they could get the contacts for me since I have my ID on me and I already paid for them and she said no. There are plenty of optometrists in Fort Collins who I’m sure always have someone available to assist customers. Honestly, what a joke. I’m contacting corporate and filing a complaint against Patrice who told me she couldn’t help me despite having already prepaid for my contacts and having ID.

They went over and above to make sure my glasses were satisfactory by giving me an upgraded lens at no extra cost. They called a few days after I picked them up to make sure I wasnt having an problems.
