The doctor was very polite, educational, and took her time with me. I was happy with my experience with her. The only weird part was with the front staff at check out, the two women bickered about how much to charge me. I didn’t care about the $10 difference, it was just uncomfortable to be standing there watching them disagree about my balance. And yes, I was charged the extra $10 for some reason.Highly recommend the doctor though!

Dan the vision center manager was excellent. I will only go to this and the Timnath location. Fast, efficient, courteous. Ten star service if you ask me.

I took my safety glasses in to have the $6 nose piece replaced, they couldnt replace the nose piece and broke my glasses while trying to do so. They handed them back broken and didnt offer any remedy for the breaking my glasses.Avoid at all costs! (in my case, the cost was a whole new pair of safety glasses from another optometrist)

I setup an appointment and was in and out very quickly. They had very nice, new equipment and the prescription they gave me was spot on. I highly recommend them.

The service we got here was twice as good as any place Ive been to that was twice as expensive. We ended up taking three visits (to pick out a set, later to order, and then pick up) and got a different person each time, and they were all great. Safety glasses here were literally half as expensive as a regular store. Definitely coming back

I needed a screw replaced on my glasses, and while she was back in the office replacing the screw, she did a quick readjustment that I didnt even realize I needed, all complimentary! My glasses now fit better around my ears, making them stay in place better while Im wearing them. Very impressed with the service here!

Very great service and friendly welcoming employees

I have come here for about 15 years. I have not had bad experiences. Dr Jackson is thorough and great to talk to. He diagnosed my sons keratoconus and referred us to a specialist. He explains things and never makes us feel rushed. I have always gotten my glasses and contacts quickly even when ordered shipped to my house. Other reviewers must have dealt with past employees as I have always gotten friendly prompt service here with or without insurance coverage.

This is the third time I have went into the store and placed my order to be shipped to my house. They never have my contacts in stock and always have to be orders, which is fine. I always ask to have them shipped to my house and every time I go through the process of it, placing order, checking to make sure they have the right address and payment; I always receive a call the next day saying they will be shipped to the store because some how they messed up with a long apology. I worked in retail and did online orders everyday. Its not that hard.

This place is a joke. Duane took 45 minutes to place a contact order. And then he typed in my address wrong and the contacts are MIA to a wrong address. What should have been delivered in a few days is now longer than a WEEK! I am not happy with the customer service, he should have corrected the address but instead he stated that the postal driver should be able to sort it out.

Rude horrible customer service as far as the Walmart dude but the Dr office is very nice very respectful
