Dr. Provencher is by far the most friendly, caring, knowledgeable and thorough eye doctor I have seen. He spent over an hour on my exam making sure that my eyes were checked thoroughly, that my prescription was 100% correct, that I understood everything and that all questions were answered. He provided me with a lot of useful information - things that most doctors wouldnt take the time to discuss. His staff are equally as caring and knowledgeable. I was given a lot of help picking out glasses - the tech explained clearly all the options on lenses, helping me get just the right ones for me. She was not pushy at all - just very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They reassured me that they want me 100% satisfied with my glasses and to let them know if I have any issues at all. They also invited me back anytime to check my glasses, make any necessary adjustments and sonically clean them. I couldnt have had a better experience. These folks are top notch!

Not only is Dr. Provencher an excellent optometrist (he found a scar on my retina that no other eye doctor has ever mentioned and he found it before my eyes were even dilated) but his office staff are amazing as well. They really helped to take the stress out of finding the right frames for my face shape. I couldnt recommend this place enough! Unfortunately, I had to relocate out of state. I am having a hard time finding a new eye doctor that measures up to them.

Dr. Provencher is the best optometrist I have ever seen in more than 40 years. He is the most transparent in telling me what he has found, and the most willing to help me understand rather than simply giving me a prescription and moving on to his next patient.The staff is helpful and friendly. They have always done what they promised to do, and they were able to help me repair a broken pair of glasses rather than replacing them, saving me a considerable amount of money. Glasses are expensive here, but the service is great.

Was in today as a new patient. Front office was clean and staff was friendly. Dr. P was personable and didnt push any unwanted/unnecessary tests. Very pleasant experience and definitely plan to return. Great experience :)

Wow!! I’ve been moving around for several years so I’ve always had a different optometrist but Dr. Provencher was by far the best optometrist I’ve ever had. Weve been taking our entire family (7) to Dr. Provencher for about 15 years. Ive been to a lot of other eye docs and he is by far the most knowledgeable. Ive also heard friends tell me that they have been to the ER for an eye problem, as well as a other eye doctors only to have things misdiagnosed. When they went to Marc, he knew exactly what the problem was and helped them get the right treatment and a good outcome. Absolutely wouldnt go anywhere else.

The staff and service was well above par. All of the diagnostic equipment is state of the art which does make a difference.
