Dr. Torgersen is wonderful and always makes sure I am aware of whats going on including optic neuritis often associated with my diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. He pays great attention and concern in helping improve my vision. I highly recommend them for your eye care and have even taken my two sons as well as referred family and friends!

Eye exam was thorough with the doctors explaining clearly this status of my eyes and we both made a plan of action that seems most appropriate. No waiting. The whole process was professional and well organized.

My experience was great - the front desk ladies were helpful and welcoming, the technician who administered all of my optical testing was fun and professional, and the doctor was easy to talk to and very thorough. I left feeling like it had been quicker and more pleasant than expected, and like I was in good hands. After the visit, I ended up needing an itemized receipt, so I emailed them on their website and received exactly what I needed the same day. I highly recommend them, and will be going back in the future.

The most helpful and polite employees in the glasses center and the eye doctor plus staff and I am so greatful for the eye doctor making sure I had the right prescription due to where I went before did not make my lenses right and hurt my eyes and the frames selection is great and it only took 44 minutes to make my lenses, so if your looking for great service, great selection and fast making of lenses go here.

Dr. Eric Torgerson has fitted my complicated contacts for years. I received scleral lenses this time, and he and his staff were very thorough in verifying that they fit correctly. My medical condition prevents me from wearing soft contacts, and even glasses don’t provide me with vision as clear as these lenses.I’m very happy with the quality of care, customer service, and the product I received. Dr Niki Ethridge is AWESOME! She is very professional, excellent examination techniques, terrific communicator, very positive & upbeat, super personality - she made it fun. I actually didnt mind getting dilated as crazy as that sounds - because she makes you feel so comfortable during the visit. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a doctors visit not to seem like a doctors visit, but more like a visit to a friend who really knows her stuff & has a Doctoral Degree in Optometry.

Had my first appt with ten and was blown away. Thorough exam and dr ethridge absolutely knew her stuff. Felt well taken care of. Went to to look at glasses and khrystina was amazing. She helped break everything down and really made sure I understood what each charge was and why it was beneficial. We talked about my autistic daughters glasses not fitting at all and she went above and beyond with a plan to help us get some better fitted glasses for her, which has never been done at a previous office and keep my daughter comfortable in the process. Glad we switched!

I have been going to Vision Eyeland since I started needing contacts/glasses. I went back recently and had multiple issues with the the front desk staff. There was an issue when I was paying where the lady didnt put my card in the correct way, understandable, but she was visibly unhappy when I asked her to try again. I booked my appointment because I was out of contacts and needed to check and see if my prescription needed updated. It has been over 2 weeks and I still have not received new contacts. I called and was told that they shipped on multiple different days. I am frustrated I dont have contacts, but understand that is not on Poudre Valley Eye Care. However the receptionist, Alayna, was rude when I asked about an update. I dont think it is an unreasonable request to ask for more details since I was told shipping would take 2-5 days. I do think it is unreasonable to be rude on multiple accords. (In person and on the phone.) I love my doctor, but I am sure that I can find another place with a more welcoming staff.

My doctor was Eric M. Torgerson, O. D and, my eye care specialist was Krystyna S. The doctor was very knowledgeable as was the eye care specialist. The prescription that I was given was perfect. I can see better now than I have in the past 20 years. My whole examination was very professionally done in a clean and Covid-19 inspired environment.I think that Dr. Torgerson is the best optometrist that I have ever encountered. He suggested sunglasses with distance vision. When I put those things on and left the clinic I was amazed at how wonderful my vision became. These glasses make driving fun and, they make me feel very safe on the road.I am grateful for the time and understanding which Krystyna used in helping me to find the right frames and the right glasses. She and Dr. Torgerson are assets to your company as are the other supporting staff like the manager of the eye center who offered support to Krysyna and myself were needed. Thanks so much!

I have been seeing Dr. Eric for 10 years. He is extremely comprehensive and has excellent attention to details. He always explains things in a way that is easy to understand. I love that Poudre Valley Eyecare is now focused only on patient care and the facility have been updated with new technology. I did get glasses from Eyemart and they were the same great quality that I have come to expect! Highly recommend both of these businesses.

I went there for new glasses, and they noticed I had a bad cataract. They got me in touch with a surgeon, and I saw them for all my post OP checks. The staff is very helpful and friendly! My doctor was very kind, always looking for best care. Do make an appointment, they seem busy.

***update*** Spoke with younger Dr. T and was told the issues I mentioned are being taken care of the other doctor, who made these mistakes, is retiring and these issues should no longer be. Was impressed they took time to call and not just air it out on Google.Get a second opinion!! Took my kid there from age 2 1/2 to 5 1/2 and also the other 2 kids twice. The youngest got 2 new pairs of glasses every 3 months, total 26 pairs. Kid needs eye surgery not glasses...found out in 1 visit with different doctor. Other 2 kids dont need the glasses they charged for either! Insurance fraud at its finest.

I scheduled an appointment a week before my appointment and they said they scheduled me and my husband 30 minutes later than mine. When I showed up, they told me they didnt have me in the system, but they had my husband. I will go somewhere else for my eye care needs. I was very disappointed, until someone came into my husbands room and said that the dr heard about the schedule issue and would see me. He compensated us, as well.

I was adjusting my stand up desk over my regular desk and it slipped out of my hands. Gravity being the Law it smashed my glasses, popped both wires holding in the lenses and bent the frame. I called and they let me know the Vision Center was closed due to Covid-19 however if I brought them in Heather and Dr. Torgerson would repair them. They did not have to do it - it is not their job however they did it quickly and it was an excellent job. These guys are total rock stars and I would recommend them to anyone.

I can walk in with bent rims or lost screw and they fix my glasses promptly with no charge. There is no pressure to get new lenses when an exam shows little change in vision. I couldnt ask for more. Absolutely superb service! This was my first time getting glasses. The selection was enormous and the tech was very patient. He offered advice on lens shapes, frames, etc. and made me feel very confident with my decision. I wouldnt hesitate to come back here even if only for the quality of service.

Discovered Vision Eyeland Super Optical which is close to our new home and went to them for an eye exam and replacement lens. I was pleased that their optometrist picked up a problem for the first time that I expect always existed but no previous exam by others ever noticed it (correctable with proper lenses). I was also pleased with the care and time taken to properly fit me with progressive lens.Vision Eyeland provided an excellent overall service and our family will use them from now on. They get a five star rating from me.

Walked in found a pair of glasses immediately! I informed her about my struggles with reading and computer work at the office. She suggested the perfect combination of progressive computer glasses. I have been going to Vision Eyeland for years. I have taken my children there to get their vision and eye wear. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors are a pleasure to work with. Everyone that I have worked with at Vision Eyeland are excellent to work with, they take their time to make sure that you are happy with your new eye glasses. They are patient when you are putting your contacts in for the first time.

Had to give these guys a try due to an insurance change. Very unprofessional and disappointing in general. Front office staff was rude and incompetent. Vacuum cleaner was running the entire time I was in the waiting room and loud rock music was playing in the retail area. Not a relaxing environment whatsoever. Dealing with the front office to work with my insurance which they are supposedly an in-network provider for was nearly impossible. I am happy to say that my insurance company was able to help answer any questions that the office manager (Heather) and Elexis could not answer and I am very happy that I will never be going back to Poudre Valley EyeCare.

I had a great experience with Vision Eyeland. The Exam was much more in depth then other places I had been too and Dr. Eric really took the time to get to know me and what I needed as far as sight was concerned. Then after I was through with the doctor I was seated with a frame stylist that helped me actually understand everything about my glasses. I loved how everything was customized to fit my life and what I needed. I never knew there was so many options on glasses till I went to Vision Eyeland. You can really tell that they actually care.

This place makes you feel like your needs are being meant not with just the atmosphere, but also with the pricing, I need to always bargain shop, with my work glasses and prescription frames being purchased here. I have been going to Vision Eyeland for something like 10 years, although not every year. My eyesight has change very little, so only occasionally need a new set of glasses. Never pressure to get new frames of lenses if not needed. Adjustments and new nose pads when needed with no hassle or charge.
