Wonderful family owned business. Very kind and caring staff and the doctor is patient but thorough. He knows what hes doing and I was relieved at how patient he was. I have a hyperactivity disorder and PTSD but I experienced problems with neither at any point of this appointment. Calm cool collected and professional all around. Thanks Doc!!!! Great selection of frames too. ✌️

Been coming here ever since I was like 10, theyre always nice and I cant recall a single bad experience here. My whole family goes here. One thing, a warning not about the place itself but the area. Its a pretty unsafe area. A few years ago their window got shot (?) so if you come it would probably be a good idea to bring someone else with you just in case.

B & F Optical have NO regard for the law. They do NOT follow the FTCs Eyeglass Rule - they do NOT provide customers with a copy of their prescription as mandated by law. They do not follow HIPAA laws relating to disclosure of patient information. I am reporting this place to the ADA, the FTC, and the State Medical Board of Ohio for discrimination. DO NOT GO HERE WITHOUT A LAWYER PRESENT!

Excellent customer service.Extremely knowledgeable of insurance details. I have Caresource/My Care Ohio, and that can get screwed up extremely easily.It was a pleasure to do business with them.

Rude, Have to schedule a appointment just to pick up my glasses after 3 weeks of waiting. Waste of time
